This place is absolutely amazing. I stopped at the gas station near by and my car started acting up. The check engine light came on and the car was having a hard time starting. I knew the good year was right around the corner so I decided to stop in and see if they could help me. They were extremely busy but saw that I was a bit stranded so they took the time to help me, while also continuing to serve their other customers. The work ethic here is real, and so is the genuine kindness and compassion. I am so appreciative of their help, I really thought Id have to leave my car in the parking lot and take an Uber the 45min drive home but the amazing people here saved me.

Excellent service every time I visit. My go to place for tires. I had a nail in my tire and brought it to Goodyear and they patched it for free. All other places charge a fee for this service. My wife also had a nail in her tire and she brought it over and they told her no charge as well. To me, offering a service like patching tires for free will keep me going there for all future tire purchases and repairs.

Don’t recommend - Total waste of time, staff at front desk was rude. I dropped my car off at 9AM to have a front end alignment. Three hours roll by… They call me at 12PM to tell me I need to take it to the dealership. They said the reasoning was because they were scared to do the alignment because my car has electronic steering.

Excellent customer service & compassion. We were traveling from Florida to Texas & had a flat tire. We put on the spare & realized it wouldn’t make remaining 375 miles home. I called multiple places to find a tire that would fit. Many didn’t answer the phone & others said they weren’t taking any more cars today. I called & Aaron immediately answered the phone, verified they had a tire that would work, then gave me directions on how to get there. Thank you! After a week long vacation, 3 tired kids & 2 even more tired adults, they got a new tire on & we were able to head home. They truly listened & went above & beyond to assist us. Highly recommend!

The only auto service shop I will go to. They always do their best to make my visits as quick as possible, the employees are very kind & professional without trying to up sell me on every little thing. Once I had a leaking tire & I went to a tire place close to my house because I was worried about getting a flat, the place was so rude to me, I left there chanced it coming this far & Goodyear fixed it fast & didn’t even charge me for the patch. Truly kind & pleasant people to work with! The lobby is always nice & clean too!

Friendly knowledgable staff. Immediately checked our tire for any punctures and repaired it. Goodyear doesnt charge for fixing flat tires and we were never pressured into buying a new tire.This was definitely a very pleasurable experience !!

Set up with a guy there to order me some tires and four days they couldnt be bothered to call me back. Went and bought the tires elsewhere. When I did actually talk to somebody they were nice though so maybe I fell though the cracks, but all I can do is relate my story.

I guess a Brothers money is not wanted. Employe didnt seem to want to give me good service since I wasnt buying at the minute. I told him so to see what he would say. He really didnt care. I could have bought a set of tires if I needed them right now or not. Right. My preference and my money. Ill go to a competitor. And Ill let all my social media followers and maybe my YouTube subscribers also. My 73,000 views are there for a reason.

Associates were very helpful with my tire issue. Had to get the right front plugged and patched. They did it for free as company policy states. They did it in just under 90 mins and I couldn’t be happier

They must have new employees. I have had previous good experiences with them. Not sure what happened. Showed up at 6:25 was told too late to get a tire although they dont close till 7pm. He looked up my tire and said he didnt have it in stock. I asked him to please order my tire told him i would be back as soon as i could to get it put on. Returned 2 days later at 4pm. Still no tire for me. I left work early to take care of it. Still in need of a tire. Hope i can make it without a flat on my commute until i have another chance to take care of it.

I have had multiple oil changes on both vehicles and new tires on one and a brake job on the other. They normally have good service but not always. When they send you an email with a coupon, they don’t want to assist over the phone at the store, they tell you to do it online or call the “800 number”. Then the “800 number” couldn’t get it to work either, so they want to put you in touch with the store. Why email a coupon if you don’t want to accept it. With as many places there are to do work, I will begin to look around for another mechanic.

Highly recommend this shop. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. And the employees showed my 3 year old the shop and explained the work they were doing and even set him up with glasses and a rag to feel like he was one of them. Definitely made his day as he asked the same questions a million times and was answered every time.

Just stopped by here to get my tires looked at and the guy, Vincent, at the front desk was incredibly impatient rude and snappy for no reason. I asked how long it might take to see why my tire pressure light was on and he rudely replied “We have to jack it up so who knows. Just get in line and we’ll get to it when we get to it.” I don’t normally have this kind of experience here, but I’ve also never encountered him before. I hope he is not always as rude as he was to me and my sister. probably won’t be coming back for a while.

Great location. They do all my oil changes and always have a great turn around time. Theyre super attentive from front end to mechanics, they even diagnosed a problem with my hvac system and a check engine light. I never worry about getting subpar service or getting ripped off.

Shop stripped out a lug after purchasing all new tires causing it to break and then said Its not our fault it was whoever did your brakes last. My Father is a Mechanic in Colorado and we did it ourselves last I visited them, pretty sure I didnt strip my own lug and drive 2000 miles on it... Super poor Customer Service!

These guys always have my best interest at heart. They give me options and tell me how bad the issue really is. Ive never felt that they were coincidentally finding new issues to fix, just to get me to pay for the service. Highly recommend this place.

Ive been getting my oil changed from this establishment for over a year now and after my last oil change a month and half ago and 2k miles the engine locked up. Toyota of New Orleans inspected the vehicle and found no oil leaks, burning of oil, nor tampering of the vehicle. After several attempts from Goodyear finally agreed to send someone out to inspect the vehicle. The third party company only drained the oil, nothing more, and discovered there was only 1.5 quarters of oil in the vehicle when there should have been 5.5 quarters. Toyota said there is no way my vehicle burnt 4 quarts of oil in 2K miles and in their opinion Goodyear did not add enough oil. Goodyear denied the claim with out explanation.

Brought my car in cause I had a slow leak in one tire, I had to leave it there for 2 hours to even get looked at and when I came back the rude customer service guy tells me there was nothing wrong and no leak! I left and brought it to another place and the man found the leak IMMEDIATELY and fixed it. NEVER go here

Showed up at 6 (they close at 7) to pick up a new tire and to get a different tire looked at. store manager refused to even look at my car because it would take too long. he wouldnt even allow the mechanic to air up the bad tire.- terrible customer service- lazy attitudeJust do your job.

I purchased tires from Walmart but they did not install them because they told me all 4 tires had lug nuts that were seized. I drove to Goodyear with my Walmart tires in the bed of my truck and they installed them in less than one hour because there was no problem with any of the lug nuts on my truck. They saved me time and the extra expense was definitely worth it and I will be a return customer. All of the customer service representatives at your Goodyear store in the Fremaux center were friendly and worked quickly and I appreciate that.

Ive been a loyal customer of Goodyear since they opened but unfortunately after my last oil change my engine locked up because there was only 1.5 quarts of oil. I made a claim with goodyear and all they will say its not their fault. My vehicle wasnt leaking or burning a drop of oil. The engine can be replaced for less than $5,000 but they would rather loose a customer for life. Think very hard before you trust a goodyear with your vehicle!

Marcus was extremely friendly, courteous and informative regarding services offered by Goodyear . I went in for a routine tire rotation and balance and took advantage of the manager special for a cabin filter and air system cleaning. My tech Craig was equally friendly and competent as he pointed out that I had a rear light that was out and he and another tech quickly replaced the bulb . I was very impressed with the whole operation from lobby to the Keurig coffee machine and nice waiting area with large tv and free Wi Fi . I have found a new go to auto repair facility.

Wife limps in with a nail in tire, quotes her $100 over the cost of a new tire (compared to local shops) requested for them to at least put a spare on so shes not stranded, charged her for that as well. Class act.Paid for spare to be put on brought it to another shop and got the new tire installed with tax $100 less out the door, they too were appalled that they charged for spare install for someone stranded
