Had a decent experience at Supreme Nissan of Slidell. It took a lot longer than expected to get vehicle serviced it was there for two days. I know they had a shortage of help which seems to be the case at a lot of businesses. After taking to Dale a few times and after expressing my concern about the length of my vehicles stay he got someone right on it and got in repaired in just a few hours. I really appreciated this level of customer service and will be back to this dealership. Make sure you ask for Dale so he can take care of you!

I was having issues with my car battery and called to speak with someone in the service department. They put me on hold and after holding the line for 12 minutes if not longer, and no one answered, I hung up and called again. The operator transferred me again, and I left a detailed message describing my issue for Heather, because Dale was on vacation. Needless to say it is now the following day more than 24 hours later and I have not received a return phone call from Nissan of Slidell. I am beyond disappointed yet grateful that I followed my first mind and called Nissan of Picayune. They actually answered the phone and listened to my concern. By the time the call ended, she was able to schedule me for a service appointment 2 hours later. I received a jump and headed to Picayune. My battery was still under warranty and had to be replaced. They located the information in the system, installed my new battery and I was on my way less than 90 minutes later. Its a shame that all customers are not valued, or if one employee is out, the whole system falls apart. Had I not called them, I guess I would still be stuck at home unable to bring or pick up my daughter from school today. Transportation is a necessity --and in my case it was also time and money--because I was also unable to make an important meeting with a client. I truly expected better. I understand that I am not the only customer, but there is no excuse for not returning a call to a customer, if service is your priority. The operator upon my 3rd call could have taken the message to the service department instead of transferring me. Just awful!

Buying a car is quite the process. There are so many moving parts and it can be very stressful and exhausting. Luckily I went to Supreme Nissan of Slidell because they made the experience great! I worked with Jordan who was probably the best salesman Ive worked with. He was very thorough in showing me all the details of the car, and even lifted the hood and explained the parts of the engine to me. He was never condescending, which is something I have experienced as a woman looking at a car. When I moved over to finance I also had a great experience. Arthur was very easy to work with and made sure that I got the best financing option available. While in the finance office the GM even popped in to say congratulations on my purchase. Overall my entire experience felt completely personal, and I never felt like I was being strong armed into buying the car. I could really tell that this was a smaller dealership and they cared about you as a customer versus making sure they got the most money out of you. Would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership!

Mr. Austin Randolph was very professional. He greeted me with the most high care of my needs. He diligently worked with me to ensure I was happy with my purchase before the purchase.The only thing I Did Not like was when the young lady Michelle or Melissa, who came out and tried to steal his busy. When she approached me, I told her I has spoke with Mr. Austin and Came to she him. She went in to tell him I was there, so she say. But she never did tell him. After I had been on the lot about 45 minutes, I called him. Mr. Austin said, No one told me you were out there. So that part was not cool, actually it was very sneaky of her. But Mr. Austin still remain very professional. He is a great saleman!!!!

I am not happy with the fact that they didnt clean the axel grease underneath my car after changing the part. The service department told me to bring it back. They will clean it up. When I got there, they wanted to charge me to detail the car. I paid 740.00 for them to change the axel.

Not happy with that situation. Hopefully Austin can get some clarification on this.All is good now. My bad. Everything was explained to me by Arthur. Booked an appointment online the day before and was told I would be reached by someone to confirm the appointment...that never happened. Got up the next morning and had to call to confirm myself, which was then told to me the service would only be an hour.I brought my car in and left it at 9am.I didn’t receive a call that my car was ready until 2:23 pm.The job was done but the time it took was not what was told to me thus interfering and having me cancel meetings and other events that were to take place .

They LIE! The general manager and salesman lied to us and refused to refund our money! This dealership pressured my husband and I into processing a downpayment on a car we could not afford and even added several unnecessary additions that kept making the vehicle more and more expensive. We were not able to test drive the vehicle as it needed a new tire, so we said we did not want to officially say YES until we were able to drive the car. They said of course, and told us they would rip up the paper work if we decided not to purchase. However when we did change our mind they were RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL and REFUSED to reverse the $5000 we put down on the car! The charges have still not been reversed and it has been over a week. The general manager LIED to my husband when we called for confirmation of the charge reversal, he said he had done it...but he has not. I strongly suggest you DO NOT purchase from this dealership.

I was price shopping online they lack in transparency. And make up for it in hidden fees. 200 bucks for wheel locks for a vehicle that comes with hubcaps? Window etching that almost cost $500? Both products can be ordered on Amazon if you really want them for a fraction of the price I’m talking about like $25! Spent all day trying to get a full price breakdown to see what other hidden fees they would be charging me with. I will not waste my time with them again

Several weeks ago, I began my journey for researching to purchase a new car. I wasnt in a rush so I was reading reviews and researching ratings on various cars. I had submitted an application to my credit union for approval to purchase my final decision in cash. I had origionally set my mind on a KIA or Hyundai. Late one evening after work, my daughter, niece and I decided to just begin test driving cars. (She is also looking to purchase a new vehicle after her college graduation Spring 2022.) We went to Slidell because all the dealerships are located in a row. So we began at the KIA dealership. Well, lets just say, I was not impressed with the service. Instead of allowing the experience to dampen our evening, I suggested going to Nissan since I daughter drives an older model Versa. Immediately after arriving on the premise, we were greeted by Mr. Austin Randolph. He welcomed us, asked if we wanted something to drink, asked what brought us in to the dealership, and began to asked me what were I specifics in purchasing a car. He listened to my concerns as well as steps/research I had already taken. He asked me what model/color cars I wanted to review. We test drove both the Versa and Sentra while he thoroughly explained the features of both cars. He even hooked up my AppleCar Play to demonstrate how it work. After keeping the dealership open passed the time, I did not purchase the car. However, I did tell him I would get back with him in a week after I make a decision. True to my word after many prayers, I reached out to Mr. Randolph a week later. He was in transit to a graduation and told me we would connect when he returned on the Thursday. True to his word, he sent me a picture of the Sentra with the specifications that I had requested. The story should end here right. Wrong! Mr. Randolph asked me to give him a chance to get the financing on the car, so I told him I would meet with him that evening. Well, on my way to the dealership that evening, my car stopped on the Twin Span at mile marker 260. I called Mr. Randolph to tell him that I would not make it that night because of car issues. He called me back telling me that he was coming to pick me up and the manager was having my car towed to the dealership. He picked me up in my brand new car....thus delivering my car to me! Of course, what could have been a horrible night for me turned out to be an excellent display of service, love of humanity, and blessings from God. Again, I keep the dealership open passed closing. Mr. Randolph, Mr. Warning, and the manager were wonderful. Since I have always worked in the service industry, I am huge on customer service. I returned to the dealership two days later on Saturday to have my car detailed and Mr. Randolph took the opportunity to further explain the features of my vehicle, showed me the video on the car, introduced me to the members of the maintenance department, and placed the App on my cellphone. I am extremely satisfied with the level of service I received at Nissan of Slidell. And to think, Nissan was not in my top 3 choices of a car. Faith, just have a little Faith and walk through the door that God opens.

The guy never actually let me go to the lot to look at things. Had plaques on the wall for awards, but didnt have sincere customer service. You can tell he is just trying to make a sale. And then he didnt even copy my license before the test drive. And also didnt give me numbers on the car until after we returned even though I asked several times before we left. I also had to ask for the car fax 5-8 times. It was the last thing he gave me. Wish I had a better experience to report, as we do bring our other vehicle here to get serviced from time to time if our nissan service location is booked.

Brought a new car less than 24 hours tried to get the manager to cancel the contract and he wouldnt do it. I was sadly this appointed because I had been a loyal customer for many years. The bank said he could have canceled the agreement because they didnt even have all the paper work yet. If you want to get a new car go to Nissan in Picayune. They will take good care of you.

I walked in the door at 1130am, Scott immediately started helping me. He made the process super easy! He was an extremely nice guy and even invited me behind the counter in his office to hangout with him while he worked the processes. I was done and out the door by 130pm! I also want to say that I have never had my salesman in this case who was Mike Reed, go out his way to come and say hello. Called us over to see a car. Scheduled appointment, and salesperson wasnt present when we arrived. The person filling in brought over the wrong model. Decided we would come back when salesperson we had spoken to was present. We had explicitly communicated the amount we wanted to spend - 10k (and would be willing to stretch some within reason). Said well work with you. When we got there, they showed us a car (it was listed at 15k). I again verified that they could get close. Took a test drive, then when we got back the salesperson came back with 19.9k. Said theres hundreds of dollars worth of room, not thousands. Yesterday afternoon I went in to Supreme Nissan of Slidell to purchase a used vehicle for myself and family. I chose Supreme of Nissan because after I inquired about a couple vehicles online and a Director from Nissan, Lisa, reached out to me via call and text message. I explained to her what I was looking for and she not only contacted me, but kept touching base with me for a week because I was unsure of what dealership I should go to for my purchase, so I was stalling. Many other dealers contacted me but Lisa stood out by answering my questions first instead of just telling me over and over to come in and well talk. I didnt want to waste time, I wanted a few questions answered before I was going to take time to visit a dealership.I finally showed up at Nissan of Slidell. Mr Ed and Katrina took outstanding care of me throughout the entire process. I was looking for an SUV, not any specific kind but definitely wanted a SUV. I ended up buying a 2017 Nissan Rogue Sport all black. Toni Keeler made this a great experience. She had all the paperwork done so we could get in and out quickly. Her office was sanitized and everyone came to us so we were not exposed. This meant a lot because I am recent cancer survivor and my immune system is still weak. The price was as we agreed with no hidden costs. Thanks Toni!
