My husband dropped our Ford explorer off Wednesday of last week to get the heater fixed and to figure out why the engine shuts off randomly. When I got my car back Friday, it was in worse shape then it was when I brought it to the shop. The heater is fixed, but the AC no longer works. The engine no longer dies, but now it rattles and shakes so bad it moves the entire SUV. It also is giving me a powertrain warning and is driving very stiff, which was not a problem before i dropped the car off. I was not given a receipt or list of services that were done that cost over $200. My husband has made multiple attempts to contact the shop with no luck and has left messages that have all gone unanswered.

Very trustworthy and honest mechanic shop. Allen is a man of his word and very dependable. If your looking for a mechanic shop that will be honest and reliable, this is the one. Amazing! Allen replaced my wheel bearing a little more than 12 months ago and when it went out again replaced it under warranty even though I was over on mileage. He also caught damage to my axle, which he repaired for the cost of parts only because he had it torn down already. He runs a caring, thoughtful, hometown business!
