Mr. Keith was awesome! I had some issues with my muffler gurgling, after hitting a pot hole in New Orleans. Mr. Keith and one of his service members took a look at it, and after 10 minutes of inspection, he came in and told me it was fixed. I was so pleased i had someone so professional to look at it. What i thought would be super expensive, turn out to be extremely affordable. He was super easy to talk to. And fixed my problem in no time. Thank you Mr. Keith!

I had to pull my vehicle from this place today on 6/30/21. On 6/10/21 I dropped my 2021 Chevy Silverado off for a flowmaster job. They called me before noon and told me the truck was ready but it was muffled snd not loud. The lady Brenda and the mechanic said they did not know why. They called me back that Monday and told me to drop it off the following Saturday to fix. My truck sat there for half a day before they pulled it in. Since they close at 1:00 on Saturday they were unable to fix snd sent me home with my truck. I was busy the following week so I called snd set up a noon appointment on 7/30/21. I dropped vehicle off at 9:50am and did not here from them. I called Brenda at 12:58pm and she said she would check on status snd call me back. 2 hours went by with no call. I got suspicious and jumped in my wife’s car to run up and check to find my truck in the same spot I left it 5 hours earlier. I called Brenda s and she gave me the run around. I pretty much stopped her in mid sentence and told her to leave my keys I’m coming to get my truck. I told her there was no way I was coming back a 4th day when I paid in full the first day. 5 minutes later her Husband called trying to give me the run around. He just would not let up. Do not use these folks. What professional cuts somebody’s pipes off a brand new 2021 Trail boss not knowing about the baffles in the stock tail pipes? Stay away folks. This is fresh news!!

Terrible service. First of all the exhaust was terrible with nothing but leaks. The owner said he did the spark plug job himself that wasn’t done correctly. Just don’t ever go here or you will waste your money and time. Total waste of money.

Keith has an extreme attitude problem. Brought my vehicle by to see if hed look under the hood for 30 seconds to see if my cold air intake needed cleaning. OH, but he had a doctors appointment in about 15 minutes. He had 5 minutes to look under the hood. He refused. I then went back to the car bays. Keith was there quickly talking to his employees. They quickly started closing the doors when they saw me even though it was not closing time yet. I live out of town and rude crude Keith wanted me to come back in the morning so he could take the 30 seconds to look at it. He had his employees quick close the doors before closing so they couldnt look at my cold air intake. He will also stretch the truth about how many hours he works every week. Relaxing in a chair isnt working.

Brought me in for what he said was 2k in repairs and upgrades at the end he wanted 8k. After paying for what I thought was a great job it broke down and had to take it back 3 times. Still isnt right.

Truck broke down, they fixed the problem. accepted partial payment thank god

Keith and the Crew did a great job on the rear end on my Chevy truck. I was really surprised how fast they could rebuild my rear differential! All of the noises are gone. Great Guys great service

Mr. Dorr does awesome work and does NOT try to rip you off. Pep Boys quoted me over 700 to change my alternator. I picked up the parts I needed and took it to Dorrs automotive and spent LESS THAN half that didnt even charge to change the belt.

Beware of this place! He is a my way or hit the highway kind of guy. He doesnt want to hear what you want, he likes to tell you what you want. He tells me to drop my vehicle off first thing in the morning and he will have it done in a couple hours. I ask him do we need to order anything and he tells me nope I have it all and I make all my own pipe. So great i drop my vehicle off at 7:30 in the morning. 12:00 rolls around and no word from this guy. I decide to run by the shop and see whats going on and my vehicle hasnt even been moved. I walk in and he tells me bad news, your vehicle takes a special pipe I have to order. So when exactly where you going to let me know..what happened to I make all my own pipe? Now half the day has been wasted and luckily I decided to go by there because he definitely had no intentions of letting me know so I wouldnt go somewhere else. Avoid this place people trust me, you will be saving yourself a headache. There are way better shops in st tammany.

On may way back to Houston from Jacksonville my 1995 Toyota 4runner broke down with a front axel problem. I contacted Kieth at about 655am and told him my dilemma. He said bring it in and he would take a look. When I got there in the tow truck the front wheel was already falling off. He immediately had it jacked up and diagnosed what parts were needed. After numerous calls looking for local parts it wasnt going to happen. He did have the parts expedited and had me back on the road as soon as he could. Thanks for the great work you did for me at reasonable rates.

I use his shop for my regular services, I dont know how he does a synthetic oil change for under 40 bucks but they noticed i was driving on one lug nut!!!!! one more turn and who knows....(a road side service had not done a good job with the repair)..they are known to guys as a speed shop BUT WOMEN TRUST IN THIS SHOP! ...... They took the extra time and attention to show me what was causing havoc with my Volvo and fixed it for an extremely reasonable cost. they worked out electrical on a Volvo and I still money left over. My Volvo will always be worked on Here!

This shop will try to rip you off in the most extravagant ways. This stand up citizen will try to take advantage of people who appear to have a less than knowledgeable experience with cars. He tried to tell me that I need to rebuild the entire front of the bottom of my car on problems that dont exist. He starts by talking fast and trying to scare you and then tries to tell you it will cost over 1000$ but dont worry he will give you a discount if you bring back the list with barely legible writing. I received a 1200$ discount by never going to this establishment again and I will give you the same discount by advising you to never look to this charlatan for help with your car.

I have an 05 Expedition that had old plugs in it. Dorrs knew of the issue with spark plugs in this model Ford engine, and had the tools to address it. They were informative about the potential cost that allowed us to budget properly. The work was done right on time with their estimates and the cost was well within their quote (lower end at that). Well be going back there soon for additional work on all my vehicles. Great place with friendly staff!

I have a 2001 Silverado 2500 that Keith and his crew took care of my rear end noise. He also let me know that i had leak that got on brakes and repaired them also. He did a great job with only the best parts available Keith is very honest I recommended him to all my friends and family.

I bring my vehicles there for routine maintenance. I have not had any problems.

Took my truck in for an oil change, which they can do great. Decided to change my transmission filter and fluid. They snap the bolt off the exhaust. Managed to get it out of one side but now tell me that they will have to pull the manifold off to fix it and also I will have to pay for what they f&ok up.

I was skeptical of bringing my truck here because of the bad reviews but Keith did a great job on my exhaust. Good price for good work. I will continue to use Dorrs and recommend them to others.

Never go to Dorrs automotive. Owner Keith is one of the worst people to deal with. I brought my vehicle to this business to have my motor built on my 2011 5.0 mustang and it took him 4 months to have my motor built and done back in my hands. After I got the car back it would die in the middle of traffic on me because the tune was so terrible. I have brought the car back numerous times and the car still runs terrible. When bringing the car back he would put gas in my car and have the confidence to ask for money for gas instead of paying for the gas because of one of his mistakes. He has had my car more this year then I have, never ever bring any type of vehicle or motorized anything to this man or business or you wont be pleased.
