One of the best fishing guide services I have ever been on. Sam was extremely helpful to get everything dialed and setup for us landing in Sitka to getting fish sent home. Our guide Josh was excellent as well with a great attitude and made fishing a blast as we caught more than any other boat we saw out there. The boat was in great shape especially with twin Yamahas rather than a big old diesel. Could not recommend them more and will absolutely be using them next time we visit!

Wow, our second fishing expedition with Alaska Adventures Unlimited Sitka. This trip of a lifetime was full of adventure and fish. Our team was able to fish with two different skippers during our stay in late June, Captain Ryan and Captain Dylan. These guys know where to find the fish, King Salmon, Silver Salmon, Yellow Eye and my favorite, Halibut. We caught fish on both days we were out on the water! The boats are clean and the skippers were so attentive to us. Along with the fish, we had snacks, soda or water and lunch right on time.You will definately enjoy a trip with this group!

My fiance and i went on a full day charter with Alaska Adventures Unlimited and it was a great experience! Scheduling was a breeze as Samantha clearly communicated everything with me and had great follow-up. We had Josh as our captain and he was phenomenal. He kept us in the fish all day and worked his tail off to make sure everyone was enjoying their fishing trip. This company is a well oiled machine that works great as a team. Fishing with Alaska Adventures was one of the most pleasurable two days I have ever had with old friends.The skippers were great. They worked hard and the five us us caught many fish with limits at a slow time of the year. I have never seen such perfect handling of the fish to preserve the quality and the packaging was perfect. We fished with Ryan and Aaren/ our skippers.We caught Kings, Coho, yellow eye, ling cod, and of course, halibut.Highly recommendedVern

My wife was dreading the salmon fishing excursion on our Azamara cruise but it turned out to be the best experience on the whole trip. We went with three other people on Captain Josh’s Ada. All of us caught King salmon and Josh was as excited as we were when catching the fish. He was determined that everyone would be successful and he made it happen.

Excellent experience! Alaska Adventures took superb care of us during our half day trip around Kruzof Island. The guide provided snacks and drinks, which came in handy when the waters began to roughen, and accommodated the group by changing our location the boat when the fish didnt bite. The group had a blast reeling in fish, but the best part of the trip was when we saw a whale breach about 50 yards away from the boat! Extremely memorable and enjoyable experience. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a local outfitter.

Great crew, great equipment, epic location and fantastic fishing. Got our limits on Kings, Halibut and Rockfish both days we fished. Loved every minute of it.
