Our experience at Ford today was very good. Chris (short with dark hair & beard) was most informative & shared lots of info on cars we were looking at. Before we drove them he gave us thorough instructions.We were very uncomfortable he was unvaccinated without wearing a mask. We have small grandchildren but he did put a mask on at our request. Came in from out of state, knew what I wanted. The vehicle was held for me due to the 4 hour drive. The vehicle was already pulled up front and cleaned up. Went for a quick test drive, had my trade evaluated in a timely manner. I worked with Lyle who communicated with me throughout the whole process after the initial inquiry I made earlier in the day. Was in and out about as quickly as can be done in the automotive purchase process.

We went into Sioux Falls Ford after having been to a few other dealers. My husband and I had a general idea of what we wanted but needed to narrow it down. He was very patient with us, our situation is a bit abnormal and he did all he could to get us into the vehicle we wanted. I specifically told them not to run credit thru multiple loan companies and told them specifically which one I knew I was qualified for and they still tried 4 different companies and 2 of them companies were ran twice... very disappointed with that... this dealership will make sure your leaving with a vehicle at anyway possible even if its not listening to the customer and hurting your credit more than saving 1 percent interest

In 2016 I purchased my very first brand new Ford Fusion from Sioux Falls Ford. I was so pressed with the shopping experience I vowed to always go to them for vehicles and service. Since, I have had nothing but problems in the service dept. From day one I have asked for full synthetic oil to be used in my car, I have yet to get that on the first try. They have always had to redo the oil change. I have had another issue to which they didnt get enough oil in the engine and I ended up with a blown turbo. Now, I have had my car in there for, now, the last oil change they will ever do and they didnt even get the right oil in it. I am so fed up with having problems due to the Quick Lane! Good bye Sioux Falls Ford. I will only purchase a vehicle from you if my salesman is still there.

Rob Warden is amazing! My wife and I were interested in buying a new vehicle but were hesitant due to a bad experience at a different dealership. We happen to be lucky enough to have Rob give us a test drive. The vehicle was slightly used and in great shape. Bought my daughter her first car from here. Within 24 hours of buying the car, the blower fan went out which caused the car to overheat. Even though we bought the car as is, Ford fixed it at no cost to us. They were awesome to work with, very professional and courteous! Would definitely recommend and would buy from them again.

Got slapped in the face with a poor trade-in value and was shocked that a Chevy dealership gave me a better experience and an even better value for my S550 mustang (literally thousands more...). The used/as is no warranty lot manager/appraisal guy wasnt pleasant to work with and told me I was better off going to someone else. Either he didnt wanna sell me the car or he thought I was dumb enough to take dirt trade value. Bummed out I spent 2 1/2 hours waiting to just leave and not settle on a deal.

(Budget lot) Amazing car buying experience! Great conversation and great guys that helped me out to buy my truck. Wouldve given a 5 star rating but the vehicle I bought wasnt very clean. During my look-through I saw a piece of unwrapped candy and a sunflower seed. The center consol had coffee stains or something on the plastic and the center console storage was barely vacuumed out. I was a little disappointed in that. Other than that, it was a great experience! Just hope they start cleaning their vehicle just a bit better. Im buying from a Ford dealership, not some Used Car scam dealership. I expected it a little cleaner.

I stopped by the quick lube to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I was in and out in 30 minutes and on top of changing my oil, they checked all of the vital systems in my car. The waiting area was clean and there was plenty of space to socially distance. There is free wifi available and there are spaces conducive to working on a laptop while you are waiting. There are also tons around the area to help pass the time. I felt comfortable while I waited and the service was great!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! We dropped my wifes car off first thing in the morning for basic service/oil change. They had it ALL DAY and didnt get to it. When we went to pick it up the next day, we noticed it sitting in the lot with a window down..it had been raining all morning. Then they couldnt find her keys. ABSOLUTE JOKE ! They used to be better...

Josh Oliver provided us with some of the best customer service we have ever experienced. During our 5100+ mile trip, we had engine problems with our RV. Even though Josh was booked for the next several days, he managed to get us in, find the problem, and get us back on the road again. That kind of customer service is extremely rare today. Had my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Received a call saying it was done at 12:55, but I couldnt pick it up until 5 due to working. When I went to pick it up the lights were left on ALL AFTERNOON. NO apology was given. All that was said was one of my kids must have forgotten to change it back to auto mode or turn it off. Then I went out to my car and noticed dry water spots on my passenger side window. When I tried my wipers, they didnt work (mind you they worked when I dropped it off). The gentleman (Miguel I believe his name was) who spoke with me was good ( hence the 2 stars), but very disappointed no one even told me my wipers didnt work after they tried it. Then they want $99.95 just for diagnostic and wont work with me. Ill take my car elsewhere for service. Very disappointed in the service I received.

Our Cruise America rental Motorhome was having problems so we called ahead to Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln to get it in to be looked at the next morning. The service advisor, Matt, was very helpful and went out of his way to help us get it fixed the same day and get us back on the road. The Motorhome needed additional repairs but they were able to fix it so that it was drive-able. Matt expressed some concern that there was a small chance we might have additional issues. He didn’t want us to be stranded so he gave us his personal cell number in case we ran into problems (thankfully we didn’t) He definitely went above and beyond! I believe he was an answer to prayer!

Told to wait in the lounge and no one ever came in to tell me my vehicle was done. They dont care about the customer. Terrible employee attitudes. Would not recommend this dealership.

I almost went to Chevy and bought a new dually on this day of another trip to the shop with this King Ranch Dually! Fortunately, my service advisor was Alex Meyer and he got right on it! I was 5 minutes from opening, second in line, Alex rushed right over and took action! And got me a loaner. Very important with a family and a two day repair! Sioux Falls Ford, this man is a VALUABLE asset to this company and HIGHLY deserves a spot in upper management. Im sure this truck will be back again and Alex will be my go to guy! All other service advisors take note of this fine gentleman! To be honest, I wasnt as happy with ANYONE else Ive had to work with here. Alex changed all of that with his great attention to detail, remembering me by my first name. Stayed completely on top of ANY new information about my truck and immediately relayed such information. The other advisors Ive had to work with it just seen like a chore and felt it was best to rush me off after giving me the most minimal information. I even felt this from management. Like I just wasnt that important to them. I honesty was going to try to limp to another Ford dealer but thought I would give Sioux Falls Ford one more try. Thankfully, Alex took me under his wing and things got done. I can say my second to last trip I did finally get decent service when I was able to get back in to get my Sync screen replaced. I just hated all the correspondence I had to have with several others including management while I was out of state. Even booking several weeks out, I was unable to get a loaner car at that time. From now on though, Alex will be my guy... SF Ford, take note...

Be very careful if you lease a vehicle from SF Ford and finance through Ford Credit. If you have issues or need assistance it is near impossible to get straight or consistent answers through the website or support. And, the local finance department is very slow to return calls. I used to be a Ford only consumer, but my experience with my Ford lease led me to a different company. And, the processes of turning in the lease only validated my decision to leave Ford. I will miss my quality Ford vehicles.
