I went there with my family on September 27 by 4:50 for apen a account whit 4 lines whit the new iphones, the person who attended us was disrespectful and the end he threw a paper on a desk where the plans were ., he left it there and went back oh the house without explain anything to us ., people like that who do not want to do their job should not be there

Danny is a great guy helped me port back 5 new lines on a business plan and was able to get me great deals on phones and a plan! His manager drove all the way to Norfolk to get me a phone they didnt have at the store they really do take care of you here! Thanks guys keep up the good work

I brought in a phone that was pretty much shot and only half the screen worked. The lady working there had no problem going through the trouble of using a broken phone to help me activate my new one!! She was very friendly the whole time and made it an enjoyable experience. All around awesome!!! Will definitely go back when I break this phone!!!

Had to wait in line for 10 mins before I could go into the store. There was only two workers and both were assisting customers. Once I was able to go in I grabbed what I needed and check out was pretty quick. The gentleman informed me that my chargers had a lifetime warranty. Would go back but think they could use more employees on the sales floor since you can’t go in until they are able to assist you.

Mike was extremely helpful in getting me set up with a new phone when my old one just gave out. He was able to transfer my info, apps and pictures. I arrived about 30 min before closing and he stayed about another 30min after to finish up the whole process and was very gracious about it. Thanks Mike for getting me back up and running. The service personnel here (all 3 on that day) misinformed me concerning suspending my old tablet line and starting a new line purchasing a new tablet from this store. Now I am continuing to pay on my old suspended line full price even though the tablet no longer works. I spoke to the manager who said he would resolve this and promised to call me back but has never called, and even though I called and left messages, nothing has changed, and I continue to pay on this line. I enjoy my new tablet, even though they insisted they were saving me $100 on their plan,etc; I found out that other dealers, and the real Verizon stores were selling the same tablet at full retail cost $100 or more less. So I definitely made a mistake going to this store not realizing that it is no longer a Verizon corporate store, and got swindled! I will certainly never return or recommend their services!

I had to purchase a new phone today because Im just overall very bad with phones. I have been a Samsung person since 2015 and I was going to switch to iPhone but Danny was so helpful and with his knowledge about the Samsung and iPhone I feel like I made the right decision. I would recommend the Verizon in Southern Hills Mall to anyone, & I would recommend Danny and their team there as well, they were are very friendly, honest, and helpful all the way. I am very happy with my purchase today, and definitely coming back to this location! 🙂

My fiance and i come in and was wanting to add a line.. i told mike i was unhappy with my iphone 11 and the fact that my galaxy watch didnt work well with the iphone.. long story short i got a new note 20 ultra to replace my iphone and the galaxy s20 plus for my new line. Along with all the extra cool things the new premium offers. Mike and tom stayed after hours to complete our order. We are extremely satisfied. Very professional. Knowledge of both iphones and galaxys. We got our phones set up, liquid screen protectors, cases. Very satisfied! Mike tom ans dan definitely know what they are selling and how to satisfy there customers!!!!

Walked in, was told I was next in line after checking in, and then watched 6 people walk in after me get help. Immediately after they checked in, they were helped. Terrible service.Update from a hour later...Went back to the store, checked in again, and waited my turn. Wasn’t a long wait, and when the employees got to me, I explained my frustration and they tried to help me resolve my issue as soon as possible. Walked out a half our later with everything resolved and new devices. They understood my frustration with the first visit and apologized. Friendly service this time around as well.

I went here on August 2 of this year to get a new phone and to switch from Cricket! I am so happy that I switched carriers! They answered any questions about any phone that they had in the store! Go to Jose and Miguel! They are hands down the best associates I ever had to help me! They were polite, considerate and willing to wait for me to pick which phone I wanted! I will not go to any other Verizon store! It can be expensive, but you will not be disappointed! I get good service everywhere and I got one of the newest phones! I was stuck between three phones and they were willing to wait to let me choose what phone I wanted! The plans are spendy, but do unlimited! Its worth the money to do unlimited instead of doing a certain amount of data every month! I was stuck between the Samsung Galaxy Note 9, iPhone XR or the Samsung Galaxy s10 plus! I absolutely love my s10 plus! So worth the buy! They were suggesting the iPhone, but I wasnt sure if Id like iPhone! But who knows? Might try it in the future! They also allowed me to trade in my phone for Verizon credit and use it towards my phone! It made my phone payment cheaper in the long run! You will NOT be dissatisfied with this location!

Ive had it with this location. Every time I try to get something fixed, adjusted, upgraded, or just in general need something, they are either under staffed to where you are at minimum there for 2 hours or you get the most pedestrian effort in assistance for issues. I would recommend either going to a private Verizon location (I.E Wireless World next to Fareway) or just switching your service all together. Customer service needs IMMEDIATE attention.

This place is full of people who dont wanna do nothing but tell u why they cant help you nothing to do with how they can help you or send you in the right direction.... came in to get a screen protector replaced that half the screen was bubbled up on it a day later which tla Sioux falls corporate store volunteered to put on in the process losing my pen to my note 9... if ur gonna go here Id go with sprint there a reason can u hear my now guy changed we should see it too.

Went in to get an iPhone X, wanted to transfer content from my iPhone 7 Plus, and then have the second carrier on my plan transfer their iPhone 5c to my iPhone 7 Plus. When asking the associate to do so, we were told that they “could no longer help customers activate phones. “ also chiming in that “80 year olds found it easier to do so, as well as preferred it over having them done for them at the store” when I asked when/how/why, I was given a lazy answer of since November ALL Verizon stores could no longer help their customers set up new phones- which after going to a second store found out that to be a complete lie. I was instead given 5 instruction pages that provided NO help and when asked about if the instructions didn’t work, was provided a help line phone number. Long story short, I’ve never experienced a sale associate express such little effort in providing customer satisfaction. To top it all off, the glass screen protector was placed way off to the left, making me have to tamper with it and fill my screen with bubbles. If you’re in the Sioux City area, don’t sell yourself short by going here. Thankfully, the store in Yankton, SD solved all of our problems and even apologized for our horrific experience at this location.

My Samsung note 7 was recalled. Since i had bought three of the defective phones and was contacted directly by samsung and told to power my devices down I was of course a bit concerned. I went into the store at the mall where I bought the defective phones and the staff were dismissive and rude. Not only had they sold me a potentially dangerous product, instead of seeking to rectify the situation with a safe solution for my family they greeted me with condescension!! This may be the least professional encounter I have ever experienced with Verizon. Luckily for me the management of the store was responsive when I called the next morning seeking help and to express my concerns and grievances. The young lady who was managing the store and Ashley the member of the staff who originally helped my family pick out our new phones were superb and turned what had been a negative experience the night before into a solved problem. Thanks ladies, you make this particular Verizon store look good!
