FiberComm has been our phone provider for several years. Their customer service is top notch! Every time I call they answer and address my issue onsite with in just a few hours. So rare to find a company that still upholds such exceptional customer service values in todays world!

Love fiber.com its only 51 75 month unlimited internet I almost never have a problem Ive had the service for years the internet went out last week one night it was on within a couple of hours after I called it was in the middle of the night so it didnt really affect me that much Im very happy with the service

This company advertised 10 mbps and instead I get internet equality if we were living in 1999.very slow and goes out at least 3 to 4 times a week

Its decent, but not the best, has issues here and their, and for downloading stuff isent really a big deal, I mean kinda slow but not terribly slow, its decent if nobody else is using it while your using it, but if multiple people are on it, it gets kinda slow. Still better then century link Id have to say, been using this internet for 10 years. Id recommend it for Netflix and hulu tho, but for gaming its not terrible, but not great either.

There is nothing better than great internet services along with fantastic customer service from the office. With being a small local business, this company has offered and maintained excellent service. Services are unlimited at reasonable prices, along with no hidden fees or unreliable statements. I will always highly recommend FiberComms services for any business or residential customer.

Power goes out on Sunday, its the one day my boyfriend has off. I am 1500 miles away so I have the luxury of looking on their website for support assistance while he tries to get his connection up and running again.Their website is down so I cant easily get to it. Happily google descriptions shows their two phone numbers so I give them a call.I get the typical We are currently closed but youll be forwarded to our voicemail I choose the residential service option and it just says no one is available to take your call. GoodbyeI get that sometimes outages occur and it always sucks but when you cant even manage your phone systems correctly and allow us to at least alert you of the outage it isnt okay.

I had a problem with my DSL line not performing to advertised speed and they fixed it promptly, politely and seemed genuinely concerned about the product they were providing.I have no reservations about giving them 5 stars and recommending them to anyone looking for DSL service.Nice to see a communications company that still knows what good customer service is!

Ive had a DSL connection with Fibercomm for 4 months now in South Sioux City, NE. The Internet service is reliable and I average about 7 megabytes downstream and just under a megabyte upstream. Their staff from the front office to their field technicians are friendly and professional. If Im going to be paying for an ISP, I figure I might as well send my money to a local company that supports local jobs and where there is an office not too far away where I can go if I have any issues. Overall, Im fairly happy with FiberComm and its people.

Ive had fiber comms service for some time now. It has always been pretty good until the last year or so. We started streaming our TV, and have very frequent outages. Ive called, and everyone has been very friendly so u can not complain about that. I was told that the lines that they use belong to CenturyLink and that fibercomm is supposed to be getting a wireless set up that would be much quicker. I asked when this was going to happen, they could not tell me. They did offer me a free month of service for my troubles.After the free month was completed I checked back to see if there have been any updates about the new system. There were not. I told the manager that I value their service and that I have been with them for a long time. She said that if I wanted to switch providers, then come back when they get the new system going she would waive the hook up fee. I told her that if I leave, I am not coming back. I suggested that they give me a discount since I am currently getting partial service, and when everything is better Id go back to the full charge. This was not going to work. I was told that I may have to just find a new provider.In the meantime I have been searching for a new provider. The internet has been working ok the last couple weeks because they cleaned up the port. I have asked if we know that the port is the issue, why not replace it? I was told that this cannot be done. Tonight it has basically went out. I called, asked to have the port reset. They obliged, and my service came back on. Two hours later, back out again. I call again. The customer service reps are always very friendly and helpful. I asked him to reset the port. He did. Then he asked why they havent just moved me to an unused port. I have no idea.I will not drag the employees down or anything like that because they have a great team of workers. I however do not understand the management. I do not understand how you have a customer and have the nerve to tell them you cannot help them, and that they need to go somewhere else, but make sure to come back when we can. What a joke.Tomorrow I will be switching companies.

They have been nothing but false promises and even their tech people recommended me dropping them. Internet service has been very inconsistent. They have lost towers that affects their broadband but dont tell their customers or do anything to improve it. Very disappointed in my service and searching for new provider now.

THEIR INTERNET CONNECTION IS GREAT IF YOU DONT CARE IF IT WORKS . IF YOU CALL FOR SERVICE YOU AND YOUR EQIPMENT ARE THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM. IF IT DOES WORK ITS TURTLE FAST 0R 1994 QUALITY. IN MY OPINION BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE YOU GET HOOKED ON THIS SERVICE.

FiberComm can win anyone over with their customer service. They are local, fast and will help solve any problem that you have. The services are unlimited and the price is reasonable. No extra hidden fees or run arounds. I have children and messing with bills where the total changes every month is stressful and I no longer have to deal with that. I would recommend FiberComm to anyone!

They do have good service when it comes to showing up on time to try to fix an issue but it is the worst internet I have ever had. I need to work from home quite often and this is basically now impossible with the fibercomm connection. I cant go more than 10 minutes of browsing the internet on my phone without the connection cutting out, and this is with only one connected device! If you are a gamer then fibercomm does not have what you need, almost impossible to play one match of anything without serious connection issues. I have tried to rectify the situation but all fibercomm says is that its working fine. Im unfortunately forced to use them in my apartment complex and its so bad that is forcing me to find a new place. Once again good service for an internet provider but when the itnernet is this bad its not worth it.

Unless u love to watch the buffer screen,and waiting for page to load its alot like dial up speeds,pay for 20 megs and get 2 there a joke,plus customer service is a joke and argue with you,and try to act like they know everything, o and plus they said you cannot play on your phone and stream a movie with any company hahaha idiots

Just recently had my 3G service ended. I am apparently unable to get the 4G service due to line of sight issues and am unable to return to the 3G service because it is no longer an option. The problem is that I know people who currently still have the 3G service available to them in my sector. Theres few things that anger me more than being lied to. Also, I agree with the previous statement of their support being know-it-alls. Im a network admin and computer programmer with an extensive education and background, and the uneducated clerks try to argue with me about how their equipment works... Hahaha

I have the advertised 3 Mbps plan and get less than 500 Kbps much of the time. I would not recommend this internet provider to anyone. They repeatedly put forth false advertising and do nothing to correct it. A poorly run business to say the least.

I have Fibercomms WiMax residential service, and overall I get FAR less speed than advertised. They offer two (maximum) speed tiers:5 Mbps - $40/month (around 640kbps)10 Mbps - $50 (around 1.25MBps).I signed up for their 10 Mbps service.I understand you arent always going to get maximum speed, but I only get about 10% (128kbps) of their advertised speed on average, and I am on top of a huge hill, with excellent signal quality. An employee told me that they were too congested with traffic on their towers, and they would add capacity very soon. The employee also said they believed they shouldnt be taking on new customers until its resolved, but that they still do.Its been four months, Ive contacted them about the issue recently and they said I have touched base with our Outside Plant Manager and of right now, we do not have a deadline as to when capacity will be added to the tower.. I truly hate writing this review, I want to support local business, especially small internet companies. However, I dont think they shouldnt be advertising something they cant reasonably provide . I have worked in server maintenance and IT, and I know this service is not what its advertised. I feel they take advantage of many customers who dont realize they arent getting what they pay for.For now, I wouldnt recommend this ISP to any residential interests.If they add capacity and/or service improves I will edit or delete this review. 2/10/15Another four months later, still no improvement. Please, get it figured out Fibercomm.
