I called multiple times, at different times, on multiple days. No one ever answered. I also used their website inquiry function and no one ever responded to me. Pretty large red flag if you can never get ahold of anyone.

Look like very nice apartments, but I couldnt even get ahold of them for a tour. I tried to call and inquire, but never got a call or email back. I called multiple times over multiple days and left a message. I even tried to drop by the leasing office during business hours and it was closed. Overall, not impressed with their customer service which is very unfortunate because I really wanted to check more into this place.

Management is very kind and on top of things - definitely a must. Rent and unit size are average. Facilities and landscaping are fairly well taken care of. Safe area, no real crime. Lots of dog owners so the dog run by the pool is helpful. Plenty of dumpsters for the 6 buildings, but no recycling unfortunately

My husband and I lived at Woodbury Heights for a year, and it was great! Our apartment was newly updated, and we had no problems with pests or anything else. Our husky loved visiting the dog park year-round. The staff are very friendly and helpful, answering any questions we had. The maintenance crew are also helpful and friendly. We received our deposit back with no issues. We really enjoyed our time there.

My husband and I lived there for 2 years and had a great experience. The staff was always super nice and helpful and any maintenance issues were handled quickly and efficiently.When we bought our house, moving out was a breeze and we received our deposit back in a shorter time than they estimated. We highly recommend them!

Good wholesome place to live or even visit your relatives so you can live there all in all very clean atmosphere

I liked living there, it was very clean, had a pool, fair parking, a nice little park for my young grand kids. To have a garage, the cost was $50.00 a month, they were spacious. We live on a fixed income, that dropped as my husband reached age 66 and I am on his heels at age 64. I have no complaints and would still be there if we could afford it. It had washer and dryer hookups for your own appliances or rent theirs for $50.00 a month. There was a garbage disposal, dishwasher and even heat and air conditioning, rarley touched the thermostat from 71 degrees, year round.

My experience was a fantastic one and finding you here on google brings back pleasant community memories!You do most of the service parts very well but I can remember one odd moment where the refrigerator was upside down when we moved in! Really nice looking apartments but I swear I think these apartments were made out of construction paper. I can hear dogs barking, people having sex, arguments, and the floors and walls shaking. I thought the place was haunted.

Woodbury Heights is a nice place but then they have these apartments

I may have been an okay tenant but, they were great to me when I was down on my luck

Staff is awful, barely ever answers phones. Unwilling to help tenants in difficult situations
