Not impressed. Broken glass all over. Trash all over outside. Homeless breaking the windows and doors to get in. Girl got assaulted by a homeless.Nice apts. Bad location. No place for children to be safe or to play.

Old building turned into very nice apartments.

Lrss the graffiti it was surprisingly no tràffic.the lighting is dem tho.

We have lived here for 2 years and we have made multiple complaints about a lot of things in the apartment. Our living room lights, dining room lights, both bedrooms lights dont work and we have asked them to fix it but they ignore us. Our bathroom sink also leaks and we have also complained about that too but they ignored us again. Our microwave doesnt work and we asked them multiple times to fix it but they ignored us again, saying theyll come tomorrow but never show up. We eventually bought our own microwave. I see that Im not the only one who made complaints about the apartments but didnt get a response. Also the hallways are not that clean and theres a lot of bad people here too. The office worker has a bad attitude and never listens to our complaints, writing it down then never coming. The only good thing about this apartments is that the inside of the apartment is clean.

Let me be clear, I do not live there but i delivered a pizza there for the first time today. FIRST TIME! the office employee (shorter woman with long brown hair) was completely unprofessional. She was crude and had the worst attitude I would never put someone like that in my office taking care of the people who pay for her checks. I want her job

All the pictures I have seen of the actual apartments are very nice. But the stairs and hallways ..... CREEPY AS ALL HELL! And I seen no type of security whatsoever.

Had a Great time visiting this area in sioux city,Extremely affordable and well maintained.

I have lived here for 5 years. When I first moved in I loved it. As the years have gone by, they have severely gone to sh** as far as maintenance and the landlord does not take your complaints or needs into consideration. My air conditioning has been broken for almost 4 months now. It first broke a week before I was heading to a vacation. When I let the landlord know she said they would get it fixed. No one had even come to look at it before I left a week later. When I arrived back home from my vacation my entire home was flooded, all electronics I had, my new couch, everything was under 3 inches or so of water. When I called her again to ask what the **** was going on she basically blew me off and told me to use my own towels to clean it all up so later that night I called the after hours maintenance and some guy who doesnt even work at these apts came and looked at our air conditioner. He told us it was because of condensation?!? And supposedly fixed it. Came home from work the next day and my home was flooded again!!! The second guy that eventually came to look at it put a 5 gallon buck under where its leaking and asked us to empty it every 4 hours to keep our stuff from getting soaked. That was 3 1/2 months ago!!!!!! WE ARE STILL EMPTYING THIS **** BUCKET EVERY 4 HOURS!!!!!

You got some lazy maintenance workers. They cant clean the sidewalks off from snow storms, so people can walk on them.

Its make me think of what a homeless shelter is like.

Waiting list and strange requests for your ID when you simply walk in to inquire. If only I were an immigrant...

Sad that the hallways and stairwells are so filthy and uncared for. A crying shame for Sioux City, Iowa.

Went inside and immediately thought it was an insane asylum then at every turn in the hallway I could smell marijuana some guy was harassing me as I left threatening to steal my bike
