Great service truck was clean and runs great thank you.

I’ve used these folks several times, at this location, over the years. They always did right by me but this last time was a real star spangled performance from their behalf. I ran into several issues and at each pass they were able to address it immediately and with total professionalism. 5 out of 5. Definitely recommend them. Will be back, especially after all that transpired in a 48 hour window.

When we went to load the truck the morning after we picked up it was flooded with water since it was raining. There was water pouring in from the top. Our movers were there and were unable to load the truck for 2 hours. The 2 hours is how long it took to call Penske and get any help, after being transferred dozens of times. The place we picked the truck up from was suppose to be open but there was no answer. Finally after two hours Penske was able to get a hold of the rental location. When I went to exchange the truck the lady admitted she left early since all the trucks were checked out for the day. Now I’m stuck with a district manager that won’t return my calls and over $600 in moving costs from our movers when our estimate was only $300. I want reimbursement and will never recommend Penske!

Terrible. I filled up right before I took the truck back and Wendy said it was only 7/8 full.. I was charged $32!! I will NEVER use Penske again!!!
