Only 1 guy at business. 5 people there to pick up their rental truck and guy told us he had no idea how to do uhaul on computer. Stated his other employee had court. Finally someone else showed up to get our truck and tow dolly. Found damage to truck and took picture of it because dealer did not go over it with us. 1/2 tank of gas. My husband had to move a couple of trucks just to get to ours. Lost $100 for being late while movers I hired were waiting for an hour before we finally received truck. But uhaul wanted my $1000! Do not use uhaul on Loma St in Simpsonville SC! SAD! Will be complaining to corporate.

So helpful with their rental trucks. Very pleasant to work with, would use them again in a minute. The young lady at the counter made the arrangements with no fuss. Thanks!

My original quote started out 79.00 including mileage. Ten minutes being in the rental it started smoking. I pulled over where I noticed an officer backing up and pulled up behind me as he thought like myself it was on fire. Uhaul sent a tech which stated it was the radiator and it would have to be towed. Never got the chance to use the rental, waisted a vacation day nor was a replacement or apology given. Instead I received an invoice this morning for 160.00 Im furious and will never rent from here again!!! POOR VERY POOR BUSINESS!

Make sure you check your mileage on local truck rentals! They charged me for 7 more miles than I actually put on the truck. They wouldn’t even adjust the bill. They told me that I had to call the U-Haul customer service number.
