Rush job nails looked unfinished and polish was bubbling. Clear top coat didn’t even cover all of the color polish. When I showed them that they cut me three times the older man got up from his station and screamed at me in front of everyone. Called me a liar for saying he cut me and said that the slices at the tip of my fingers were hangnails. Acrylic stuck to my fingers attached from nail. Large gaps between cuticle bed and nail. He told me that this must be my first time getting my nails done because I don’t know what to expect. Accused me of wanting free nails just because I wanted the ones fixed that he had just done. The young girl (I assume his daughter) had to attempt to get him away from me while I was sitting down and he approached me screaming. Completely unprofessional and embarrassing. I will never be back.

I have not been here in a really long time. I went in Sunday and got a pedicure and powder dip on my nails. It is now Thursday and two of my nails are broken. I do not work I stay home with my 3 small children so its not that I have been rough on them. The guy got in a rush when they started getting busy. The pedicure was absolutely awful. Definitely not $75 worth at all and very rude. My powder usually last me 4 weeks and no breaks or chips. I would not recommend this salon and I will never be back.

It took me a long time to find a good nail tech but Annie is awesome. Her husband is always so friendly. They always give me 5 star service. Definitely would recommend. She is fast and does the best job.

I came in today for a Refill, everyone was friendly. However when it came to getting a refill the last that did my nails was doing it like she was in a rush to get me out of there. Like nothing was done correctly. I wanted the Cat Eye nail polish and it was an extra $7 dollars. At the end my nails look just okay but the ones she did fixed by putting a new tip look horrible. I don’t think I will be coming back here

My daughter was so excited to get her nails done for her birthday. The man that did them was very rushed. He cut her twice. He left a gap between her nail and fake nail near the cuticles. It was such a big gap It looked like it was done 2 weeks ago. He also left a couple sides very ragged and we had to file them. Overall a very poor job and a disappointed birthday girl

Nails broke less then a week and was in a Vegas trip. A nail split across causing my nail bed to rip. Annie is great, pedicure guy is great if you tell him step by step what you want. The husband is horrible. Nasty attitude and is who did my nails. If it’s not Annie don’t waste your time.

Love going here for the pedicures! The hot wax and stones are wonderful and always soothing to my aching feet and legs.. The massages given to feet and legs are just what you need to relax away a stressful day. If youre like me and need just a medium touch(most times) make sure you let them know. Sometimes it can a little too much if you have a health issue or previous injury..

Me and my daughter went in for acrylic white tip nails, no polish or anything special....we used to pay $30 for acrylic nails with polish and when when I went to pay she said $80. I asked her why and she told me we got gel because it’s better and last longer! Ok first off we DID NOT ask for gel, we asked for acrylic specifically! So we will NOT be returning!! I should have listened to the reviews!

Went in and the staff was extremely friendly. music was playing and everyone was so so nice. i am honestly so so impressed and do not understand the low reviews. the workers offer drinks and always joke around and treat you like family.

I just left Annies Nails. I received the worst service you could imagine. Upon entering the door the greeting was cordial but it was down hill from that point. I was asked to select a color and take chair number 3, they are ready for you. Well, they were not ready. An employee started the water and left ( she never returned ). I sat there 20 monutes, no one came to begin my pedicure. When a different female employee started the pedicure, she began, left and came back. During the pedicure she spoke in her native tongue to the employee working on the lady next to me -- she told her it was only a $15 (regular pedicure ).She handled my feet roughly and attempted to wipe her instruments ON my feet (I moved them). Trying to give her the benefit of the doubt until she tried to tell me that there was gel on my toe nails but I had painted my own. She relented when the polish easy came off with nail polish remover. When she pulled my nail, I just told her NO THANK YOU and walked out. I have been to that salon on numerous occasions but this was by far the worst experience. And no they were not busy--- the nail tech was just RUDE!!!

Went in despite the low rating. Owner was welcoming but the place is dirty and the towels they used were stained and very old looking. They charged me $5 extra to remove nail polish which I only had on a couple of toes. The lady did a decent job but overall I feel like $40 is too much for what she did.

Went in to get my nails done yesterday and there was a girl there getting hers done as well. I overheard her ask the man to fix one of her nails that he had just painted as andshe didnt want to pay until it was right. He just went off on her for no reason in a loud manner in front of the customers. He said you are rude! I dont want you to come back here. You leave and never come back. I dont need the attitude. Youre a mean girl! Worst experience ever. $45 for coffin shaped nails and they arent even close to being shaped like that. Also- the acrylic on my thumb nail was chipped and the dip powder did not go all the way down my nail so now I have space at the bottom of my nail and will have to get them refilled sooner as they grow out.

Worst nail salon I have ever been. Starting off me and my cousin got own feet Nd nails done which was $225. Nails were suppose to be coffin and they not, not even filed evenly. Within a day my thumb nail popped off a week later all the others are popping off. I will NEVER BE BACK!!!

Today was the worst experience ever I am sure they know ppl are happy their business is back open for service bc we want our nails and toes done. Recommended by someone previously. They did great the first couple of times. Last time I went, Lady didn’t like me asking questions about prices and got a nasty attitude because I didn’t understand what she was saying. Customer service will always win me over. I’m not paying for rudeness. Get more signs with prices and be consistent. It’s too many nail shops to put up with rude people during a pedicure. Services are typically hit or miss. Depends on who you get. Gel doesn’t last as long as it should. They rush when busy.

We get there it’s only three staff working. After waiting for 45 mins then they sit us in the pedicure area don’t start any water just have us wait in a empty tub still waiting for another 30 mins so we just got up and left

I have been going to Annies for 3 years now and she knows just how I like my nails and eyebrows.

My nails are a complete disaster after leaving here. This will be the 3rd time I am leaving this nail salon and going to pay someone else to fix what they have done. This is the 2nd time that he used a container labeled gel powder on my nails and kept telling me it was acrylic powder. The shape of my nails is always different for each nail the Polish is put on sloppily. The nail itself is extremely wavy because they dont put the acrylic on even or file it correctly. I would never ever recommend this place.

Just left from there and my nails look hideous. Would not recommend to anyone I know. Wish i could post a picture. They are not sanitary either. As soon as I walked in i shoudve walked out but i wanted to give it a try.

I don’t like Annie nails bc when I was getting my nails done the man who did it he was rushing through and nail polish was all over the skin part of my nails and he didn’t even take his time and when I was done I had bubbles in one of my nails and he didn’t put enough glue on bc they were popping off fast

I’m a regular here and They do gooddddd acrylic nails and the staff is super nice. Working with the public isn’t easy and as a beauty professional in the beauty industry- I know all to well!!!!! I have been in Annie’s getting my nails done and this rude customer come in, being totally mean and demanding, and all of the staff treated this customer (who was being so so rude) with perfect respect. And let me tell you from experience when you have a demanding customer in your face it is hard to be nice and Accommodating to them as the staff at Annie’s was. I’ve never had an issue with this nail place because they always do a good job. They also do a good job of getting everyone in, in a timely manner, especially for how busy they are. and the wait time is very minimal. I definitely recommend Annie’s if you are looking for a regular nail salon to go to!

Really bad experience. My toe Polish was clumpy as she continued to paint it on and make it work. I asked them to fix it and they did. She used a coarse file while doing my overpriced manicure. Seal not even created with gel Polish so my nails, less that 12 hours after are peeling and chipping (Im going back today to have them fix it). I went because they are the only shop near me open on Sunday. Dont waste your money. You will leave unhappy, like I did.

Would never go here again. Dont even know how to wax eyebrows properly. Place was empty know why now.

Tried to show the nail tech a video of exactly what style I wanted and he screamed at me, threatened to kick me out and then, expected me to pay him even though he did NOT do the job!! Wont be going there ever again!!!!

I’m very disappointed. My nails are lumpy, the guy was nice but he didn’t know how to lay acrylic very well, on top of that I have multiple cuts on my cuticles and fingers ... I went to get them fixed but they are still awful..payed $45 dollars for them guess you get what you pay for.

It was my 10 yr old daughters birthday and first experience getting nails. It was a FANTASTIC experience.

Was asked to walk barefoot on a dirty floor after the pedicure, was sat at a filthy drying table in a broken chair, nail polished chipped on day two and now on day three I have an ingrown toenail. I have never had an ingrown toenail assume it has to do with the way my nail was cut during the pedicure.

Just had my nails done there and they look horrible! Crooked, not painted all the way and two different fingers got cut. Super disappointed since this was $40 and they look horrible

Terrible customer service. The male “owner” or whoever he is is unprofessional. They cater to paticular customers. They told one lady to come back they’re very busy. 5 mins later, 2 different looking women walked in & he told them to sit down he’ll be with them shortly. A joke. My nails look like a joke as well to the point I asked them to be removed. There are plenty of nail salons around, please don’t disappoint yourself & come here.

The owner are VERY RUDE! They rush trying to do your feet. I came in and water was cold ask the owner could they make it hotter she just proceeded to fill up the tub with warm water on top of cold. She had another man scrub my feet and no message or anything was give but she charged me $25 for what work. The place is dirty and outdated they don’t clean there tools they just rise them off I couldn’t get it fast enough! Never again even if it’s the only nail shop open late on Sunday’s they are NASTY with NASTY attitudes

I miss the old owner!😞😢. My sister will no longer visit due to the service of alcohol. This was our favorite place to go, and we love the people there. We were used to getting water, but due to a language misunderstanding, a man I’ve never seen there before brought two margaritas. I’m a recovering alcoholic, and my sister was in the rr. I had half the glass down when my sister came out and was very angry I drank it, but also angry about the service of alcoholic beverages ( all of my aunts and uncles have died as a result of smoking or drinking-big family too). It was my fault that I drank the drink, but my sister was not happy that it had been served to me. Both ladies were kind, apologetic, concerned, and worried. Btw, the people that we recognized from former visits did not look happy. People who usually smiled, waved, and said hello when we passed or they passed, made eye contact, but that’s all. It’s very sad.

If i could give this place a negative 10 i would. Older guy had no idea how to do a pedicure. He didnt cut my nails to avoid ingrown toe nails, he rushed and didnt paint my nails completely. There is polish on my skin also. And he squeezed the feeling out of my big toe. Terrible place!

I just had the worse experience at Annie’s Nails. Marquez was my nail tech. I asked for gel nails with a design(a flower) on my ring fingers. I was told to pull up a picture on my phone and he pulled up pics on his IPad. I utimately picked a picture, he said he could do it. The finished product looked nothing like a flower. I asked if he could tweak it a little.... the little sassy female tech sitting next to him jumped in and told me I was “being too picky”, then the owner (David, I think is his name) came over as well and told me I was “being too picky” and the flower was fine and they didn’t have all day to spend on me.... I became very defensive and upset because the three of them were being so rude, unprofessional and aggressive towards me with their comments and in front of all the other customers. Needless to say I verbally expressed my disgust, but they maintained there indifferent attitudes. When I said “ you don’t have to worry about me coming back” the female said, “ GOOD”. I sat there approximately an hour and a half patiently waiting for Marquez to finish my nails and had not complained during the process. A complete stranger who had been there and witness this play out, offered to pay the $30 for my services. I declined but she had already gone to pay for her service and mine. She said, “ you are right and I insist on paying for you, go enjoy your holiday weekend. I thanked her, expressed my disgust again, told them that I might only be one customer but I do have a voice and a right, then left. If I could have given zero stars, that would be a better representation of this establishment.

Very dissapointed in my service today. Ive been here in the past and brought a guest with me. It was the most rushed through pedicure Ive ever had. I questioned the fact that he left out part of the service that usually is done, and he told me he ready did it... Just because I was talking to my guest didnt mean I wasnt paying attention. Didnt want to make a scene, so I let it go. Ill never go back, too many other wonderful places to go.

From the first time I came to this salon, the staff has always been very welcoming. Even though I live all the way in Spartanburg, I still drive over to this salon in Simpsonville to get my nails done. The woman who owns the salon and her husband (who also works there) are very nice and they always do a great job!

Not gonna lie the pedicure was good (other than how painful it was at my ingrown toe) Ive never had anyone hurt it. But then the paper says 25 for the pedicure I got they charged me 35. I tipped but Im the kind of person that cant not too. I feel like they got over on me and I would have tipped more if I wasnt charged 10 extra dollars. The only reason I went here was because I didnt have time to make it to the one I love in Greenville. Im disappointed

We took my daughter there to get her nails done for a special event. The man who did her nails told us gel nail polish was the only kind that would not chip and wouldnt get ruined for her event. 10 minutes after arriving home, the gel polish on her big toe was squished in and wet polish was all over her toe, foot and shoe. We returned to have the gel polish removed from her feet and hands. They gave us attitude and tried to repeatedly convince us to let them repair it instead of removing it. I said I didnt want that because if it didnt last 10 minutes I didnt think it would last until the next day and we wouldnt be able to return again before the event if needed. Lynn, who said shes the owner, was very adamant and argumentative that she would not refund the 40.00. I started videoing her and her responses. We are currently disputing this charge with the bank. Would not recommend this place for poor quality and service. Btw...we went to another salon afterwards and when we told them what happened, they offered to do her nails for free (we didnt accept but they gained a new customer) and said that gel nail polish shouldnt even be used on the toes! My daughters hands were cured with UV but they only put a small fan on her feet at this place.

Didn’t take his time to do them right i told him that i didn’t like that he didn’t put polish on my whole nail he got a attitude and continued to polish my nail and still left the gap and told me it was nothing wrong with it. It looked like i had already had my nails on for 2 weeks and needed a fill in.

I went to replace one nail that had broken while was on a lunch break and I was rushed and the guy there had my nail clumpy and too big I was pissed. How hard it to size it up to the other nails. I had the coffin shape he mad it a big circle with a point on it !! Yeah that didnt cut it with me I told him to remove it and of course he ranted on how he cant.. but at the end of the day I didnt pay and I know I wont return there ever!!!!!😡😡

Let me first begin by saying this was my first and last time visiting this salon, I went bc they are open on sundays and sundays are my only days off. I came in at 5 on the dot they close at 6 I was rushed to choose a color the whole service which was a full set that usually takes at least 35 minutes took 25 minutes at the most, very rushed to say the least, the lady was rough with my nails, told me to have them long it would cost me $35 no special shaping just regular length nails when the sign clearly states $25 so I had her take them shorter than what I prefer, when she finished they still had 20 min until closing time she let me sit and dry for 5 minutes (I watched the time on my phone) and then she rushed me out the door into the pouring down rain. Needless to say I will not be back, save your money for another salon!!!!

Doesnt even deserve a star! Took over an hour in just waiting and once I finally got sat the people were very rude and took less than 20 minutes to do my nails! Left a mess and very uneven polish with only one coat! PLEASE do yourself a favor and do not waste your time or money there!!

By far the worst experience EVER. This isnt my first time coming here but today was the LAST time Ill ever go there. I asked the lady if she can leave my nails long, so she did, a couple minutes later I asked if she can trim it down and she simply ignored my request to cut it shorter. I asked her again after my nails were dry and the only did trimmed it half a centimeter. By then I went home and cut them myself. Next day I came in and the lady was finishing off my nails with clear nail polish and did them so messy took 1/4 of my nail polish off.

I’m happy I found this place.

This was the worst nail experiance I have ever had at a nail salon ! The lady was so rude, she had me almost in tears in her chair ! My nails are messy as ever ! She was literally pushing on my skin & cuticals so hard that my fingers are cut & on fire ! My nail polish is all over my nails ! I will NEVER go to this place again !!
