Dr. Clark was very professional, extremely capable and thorough. I visited Davis Audiology to have my hearing aids checked. I purchased them four years ago and then we moved south. I just needed a checkup to confirm that what I was hearing is what Im supposed to be hearing! Dr. Clark did a full hearing test, calibrated my hearing aids and assured me things are OK. Thanks, Dr. Clark!

I was just fitted for my hearing aids this morning and so far so good. It took about a week after my initial testing to schedule and be fitted with my hearing aids. Ive never had hearing aids before so I have no frame of reference as to whether that is fast or not but it seems reasonable to me. Dr. Clark was very patient and took her time with me, answering all of my questions and helping me get set up with my new hearing aids. She covered everything from charging to pairing with my phone and downloading the app to my hearing aids. She was very helpful and I really appreciate her help making my experience with Davis Audiology a good one.

My hearing aids really work now as I thought they would. The hearing test to calibrate & set the hearing aids was well done & covered all aspects of being able to hear & understand.Cleaned my ears & aids professionally - listen to my concerns & explained how all the technology in the aids worked & how to best use.Just great

Very professional and friendly. After the hearing test the results were explained and options on what actions recommended were easy to understand. Not a high pressure sale, this investment requires looking at all options. I would recommend Davis Audiology.

They were great! Got an appointment quickly. Once I got there they were professional and the doctor explained everything as she was doing it. Tested a hearing aid on me and it was amazing the sounds I could hear. Took less than a week to get my own hearing aid. Highly recommend them!

No one could be more resistant than I when it came to getting hearing aids. I thought using hearing aids would make me feel old. Actually it did just the opposite because of the patience and understanding of Dr Maggie Robertson. Dr Robertson provided a very thorough hearing test and exam and clearly explained the different types of hearing aids to determine what would be best for me. She helped regain my confidence and maybe even added a little youth. Dr Robertson’s dedication to her patients and making sure all goes well is just part of her caring intelligent manner.Dr Robertson stuck with me through the process and was always available. I can’t praise dr Robertson enough along with their amazing staff. I can cross not hearing off my worry list.

After having less than satisfying results at a big Greenville audiologist for adult hearing loss from an accident, I tried Davis - because a friend recommended them. I was able to get an appointment within a very reasonable amount of time. They listened to what I had experienced as problems and fit me into an alternative that day - to try - not buy up front, like the place in Greenville (thousands of dollars spent on an unsatisfactory hearing aid).I have been satisfied - being treated as a human, not just another money-making cog in a big business machine. I have a follow up they made - whereas the Greenville place was not interested, jus “call us if you need us - bye”.I think I have found my Audiologist for life!

Listened to all my hearing problems and answered thoroughly. I never felt rushed. This is my new hearing center.
