I had the monthly subscription for two months. The only reason I canceled was because I had to move to another state. The place was really good and I went there every day. The workers got to know me and said hi, even asking about my day. Since I had the monthly membership I did not have to pay every time I went, but I did like to tip them since they were very nice.

It seems like a scam. I asked for the regular wash ($15) and the guy took my credit card, ordered a regular wash plus the lava wax ($25), and then ran the card before I even saw what was happening. Because its a kiosk, he said they cant do refunds.Oh, and that was $25 for automatic exterior wash only.This may make them more money in the short term but its a sure way to lose customers.

It is okay place for a quick was. A bit pricey for what you get and is not worth it unless you are in a rush and need something quick. I will not use it again.

They would not clean the inside, or vacuum it. I drove down the street to another place, and got the entire cleaned, with no problem.

They cleaned my car very fast, I have the unlimited subscription and always they do a great job. If you’re a car perfectionist you will not be happy about details but in general they do a good cleaning.

This place used to be good before they removed the booths and replaced with kiosks. You are now forced to pay $20(lava wax plus regular wash, not even sure you get the lava wax) instead of the normal $15 wash. When I said to the man I just wanted a car wash he said this is America, either get out of line or pay $20. This is most definitely the last time I will be using them.

Quick service in an out in under 5 minutes especially if you have the monthly pass.

Since they arent cleaning the inside or wiping down after the wash i usually have to still pull over and wipe down the car the overall wash is decent. It is better when the workers clean the inside and outside of car so you dont have that soapy residue. I would recommend if you just need something fast with minimal work actually needed on the car. Until things get back on track.

Wife went for a carwash and they swindled her into signing up for a membership. It was disingenuous. I do not support this kind of business practice. So far, havent successfully canceled membership.

TERRIBLE ! the attendants are SUPER rude, and impatient, it seemed that I was there for free wash 🤷🏾‍♀️, and I’ve paid for it . $25 dollars and they don’t dry the car, money thrown in the trash. I hope never back there and I don’t recommend.

I used the service on Georgia and burlington and the supervisor refused to let me have some water to wash 1 one floor mat like as if everyone was asking for this service. I will never use them again and Ive been going their for a year. I will make sure that none of my friends will ever used them either

I think they recently replaced/upgraded the brushes and soap used in their machine... My car is noticeably cleaner than it used to get and the soap scent is stronger (Ive been a customer for 1.5 years at this point--my star rating would have been a 3... Theyre always convenient efficient and affordable).But now Im happy to leave this higher rating. Its commendable when business owners reinvest into their service offerings to make sure quality doesnt degrade over time.

Even I read all the bad reviews but still tried to give them business.I payed 15$ for DETAILING WASH and 3$ for mat washing but, my car still full of crumbs that I had to ASK them to REDO it THREE TIMES! Finally, my car still has some tiny dirt but I’m trying to pass it since their quality can not get better.Plus, I saw lots of car behind me with about 10 washer to wash the whole car but mine was only 1 fk lazy guy wipe my SUV in 5 mins :) srsly?!

I have had my $39.99 membership on 2 separate cars ($70 a month) for almost a year now. I can’t give 5 stars because I still have to pay $5 extra to get tire shine that should automatically be included. It’s also a manual payment, so I still have to stop the the cashier to add this service. The gentlemen are nice, however, I always have to ask them to clean the cupholders, wipe the rear view mirror, vacuum around and behind my daughters car seat. Finally, they never vacuum my 3rd row unless I ask. Mr. Wash can definitely do better! I gave them the 3 stars only for convenience and fast service.

Funny you should ask. February 29th, I purchased the monthly plan. Then COVID-19 shut everything down, but they kept charging, even though you couldnt use the car wash. Then they said they reopened. I have cancer and had surgery and was going to start radiation this week. So I took the car to be washed on Monday. Its only a drive through. They arent offering the service Ive been paying for. So, they have $180 of my money for which Ive received one actual car wash and one drive through. Not good at all. Only the car exterior is clean.

I am an active Mr Wash Unlimited but I will be cancelling. I do not like the poor customer service. Workers here look uninvolved and spray your car with Zombie like attention span as you go thru the manual car wash which still leaves spots and visible problem areas. Even when I try to direct the workers to do a better job, I still get the same attitude and results. I visit the Silver Spring location only to realize it has been closed for a month or so! It would have been a good thing to notify & cancel the fees for patrons that use this location. You have people paying for a lackluster service that they can not use. I looked at my checking only to realize I was still getting charged! I live in DC so am I expected to go to Alexandria or va to get a mediocre wash? I’m tired of dealing with this company that does not use its brain to keep its customers happy rather than increased fees! In Closing, if you want a half washed car and a spray of water by zombie employees that would rather be home or working elsewhere then This is your spot. I care too much about my vehicle to just pay for your mediocre hyped up washes. Upgrade your service and systems.

Requires membership even if you offer to pay for service. They do have car wash for non members, but its super pricy for only a drive through car wash ($20). Youre better off going to a drive through car wash at a gas station or selecting another location for car cleaning services unless youre willing to commit to a monthly membership (which requires a card in file for automatic payments, about $60 per month).

Staff was friendly and helped me with a rewash when I noticed the trunk was still dirty. I appreciate the service I received.

The conveyor belt stops all the time Im having a lot of scratches on my car from dirt and debris that are left in the that the things that slide down the straps or whatever those things are to clean the car you have two guys out there whole this one guy spraying the car with this little holes he just doing it because thats what somebody told him to do he doesnt get the undercarriage that dont get the back of my car the car wash Miss has both the undercarriage in the back of the car my wheels need cleaning

This used to be a great place to clean your car. Sometimes they even had coupons on Facebook. Now you have to get a membership to wash your car. Otherwise they’ll refuse service. Nothing but a monopoly. I rather take my car a few blocks south to a local own business, than give my money to these corporate companies.

Stay away! I have the monthly unlimited washing pass and will be canceling. The price has doubled. Closed for a few days when the weather was nice with no warning to customers. I called their customer service line to complain. I waited over 40 minutes to talk to someone, and they were rude and unhelpful.

This place is always busy and the lines can be long. But they are well staffed and keep the lines moving efficiently. All of the employees here speak and understand English so communicating with them is never a problem.

Pros: I have cleaned my car here a few times over recent years. Always got their $10-15 minimum wash. Quick and efficient, especially since it is near my home.Cons: I asked for an interior clean today and they refused to do it one time, only offering it if I got a membership for car washes, which is very inconvenient and honestly doesn’t make sense other than to exert coercion.Also, today I chose to get a Super wash for $20 which boasts a number of added benefits to the minimum wash. I mentioned it to the gentleman before entering the car wash. He didn’t speak English or maybe didn’t understand me and repeatedly ushered me along without listening. Their manager assured me I got a $20 wash after a brief chat, but it was the exact same as their $15 wash. :)Summary: Get their minimum $15 wash, they do a good job. Don’t expect more!

This is by far the worse car wash I’ve ever experienced. I was charged $15 dollars to go through a wash and air dry my car. The lot attendants only wipe your car down if you pay for a membership which is very odd. If I wanted a self serve wash I would have went to one and spent maybe $8 dollars. So I left with my car spotty with dried up water spots all over the place. I went to another car wash which was directly down the street, paid an additional $15 dollars and received an immaculate wash inside out which I expected from Mr wash and this company failed to do so. I would never give this company another dollar.

Fast car wash

No interior cleaning for over 3 months now. They closed down completely for several weeks for covid and did not update online. Went today june 8th and still no interior cleaning but they have diligently been charging the monthly membership with interior cleaning every month without offering the service. Other car washes are open with staff drying the cars but this place still closed for full service but gladly charging full price.

Cashiers are terrible but the rest of the staffs seem to be okay. Their scanner doesnt work for some kind of cars and mine happened to be the one. I had to open my car door and scan it myself every time. My overall experience with them has not been pleasant and giving them three stars seems to be generous.

Unless you are a member, DO NOT come here. You have two options at this car wash, sign up for a membership, or pay $20 for a 2-minute car wash, without any hand dry or vacuuming. You are not even able to vacuum the car yourself. What kind of car wash does not either offer vacuuming/wipe down service, or allow its customers to do this on their own?The business model is, apparently, this: 1) try to up-sell ALL customers to a membership because it is the only way to clean the interior; 2) hope that said customer forgets about their membership, or does not live in the neighborhood to utilize frequently; 3) collect cash monthly from said customers.

They wont vacuum your car or hand dry unless you buy their car wash service.In response to the owner: I do not live anywhere close to Arlington, it would be pointless to drive all the way there for a car wash. The Flagship Car Wash in North Bethesda/Rockville, which provides this service for $20, does not require a subscription. The lack of having your car vacuumed/hand dried without a subscription should be advertised before you get stuck in line. 2nd vehicle that has gone through the car wash express location in Alexandria on Mt. Vernon avenue and has come out with scratches!!!! Brand new car and truck!!!! If my truck was too wide before going through it should of been said!!! But like my car manager said it couldnt be there machine that left scratches.... I didnt even bother going back with my truck today to show the scratches because of the ordeal I went through with my car... now got to go to car shop and find scratch out buffer and hope they come out!!! Never again!

This is the worst location out of the entire franchise. When asked to have the vehicle mats washed, there’s always an excuse to refuse doing it: it’s too cold, they are short staffed, their electric pad it’s not working, etc. In addition to this problem, they refused to clean the dashboard because of staffing training as an excuse. Avoid this location, I recommend all the other locations with the exception of this one.

This car wash is affordable and fast, I have unlimited plan and I wash my car 1-2 times a week, a few times I paid extra $1 to shine my tires the person who took the payment did not activate the tire shining machine, and I forgot to ask for receipt and was late to go back and ask whats going on,I don’t wanna think they stole $1, but never know, I will find out next time it happens

I asked the worker if they have hand wash and was told yes but I was sent in the line, to a manual car wash. I was devastated as I was driving my car into this car wash because damage comes from this type of service. And I now I have scratches on my car from the grit thats in the materials used to wash the car.

I have paid my membership since 1 year ago, They used to have good workers and service but RIGHT NOW ALWAYS LEAVE DIRTY UNDER THE SEATS, do not use the vacuum cleaner on the seats, or under the carpets. Turns out there is a really long process to do this. After sending them everything I had, the customer service couldnt find my account but was somehow able to charge me my monthly payment I normally pay. Bottom line: DO NOT USE MR. WASH

I wish I could give them zero stars. This place is a racket. They charge $25 to wash the outside of your car and will only vacuum the inside if you sign up for a membership. Why would I sign up for a membership if I cant try the service first? Do yourself a favor and head 5 mins up Georgia to Montgomery Hills car wash where, for the same price, they will do a great job washing, vacuuming and wiping down the inside of the car.

I used Mr Wash for the first time today. From the time I arrived, I was warmly greeted and spoken to, I believe the gentlemans name is Werku. He shared with me about the unlimited wash plan they have going. It made sense to me to sign up at $19.99 per month just for the outside clean for the next 3 months and then goes up some at $29.99 per month. I am actually reconsidering now and looking to upgrade to include the inside too at $39.99 per month. My car looks sparkling clean now and I am one happy customer.Thank you!

The best value for your money can be found at the car wash. That is especially true if you are a member of the unlimited monthly program. This is very helpful for me because I drive throughout the DMV area and with multiple locations I am able to ensure that I have a clean car year round.

I concur with those wishing they could give zero stars. I chose the $20 wash for the wheel cleaning. They don’t tell that just means a 3-second spritz of water while your car goes through the wash. When I raised the issue about my wheels still looking the same after the wash, the manager said “everything is done inside” the wash itself. He pretty much said, “that’s what you paid for.” And of course, no interior cleaning unless you pay at least $30 a month is just ridiculous. I’ve gotten better service at gas station car washes. I will not be returning.

I was never told I would be charged monthly. I only used the service for 1 month (maybe only 4 washes) then sold the car and moved to Europe. I have been charged 3 times already. I called last month and was told I would be refunded the money. as of today I was charged a 3rd time and have not been refunded the money. I dont even live in this country or have the car and I am still be charged 😂

I go to this place every now and then. It is close to house and convenient for me. They have different types of wash you can choose from. I only do the basic wash which is the lowest priced and vacuum myself. It doesnt make sense to lay over twenty dollars for just additional vacuum and towel cleaning. I tried the deluxe wash once and it was not worth the money. The employees didnt thoroughly clean the car and I had to do more work on my own to finish the cleaning.

I went when the Full Service was closed, but the full mechanical car wash is still open. This is one of the later openings for such service in the area. The staff was very friendly. They noticed that the first wash didnt get all the gunk off the car, so they scrubbed it and had me run it again. I had a coupon so even better. Recommended!

Ive had my membership for three years now. They do a OK job. For my car to be cleaned I have to double check after they clean the interior and its always something to clean or wipe on more time.

Several times they charges me for machine applied tire shine, i was always wondering why my car tires at least clean, when i check their machine was not applying on tires, i talk to manager he said i’ll take your car again inside, i said the machines is not working why you taking it again inside. But now, you have to pay a monthly fee of $29 to get this service.So when I paid my $20, I drove my car through the wash, then waited in line to get the inside vacuumed as well as everything else that’s expected. The workers there said they don’t do anything when they saw my ticket. I didn’t even know then I couldn’t get this done, because it is not indicated.I will write every car wash in the area and let them know about this poor service, and that for $20, one should get the interior vacuumed, the inside windows cleaned, and the dash wiped down.The owner here is a fool for instituting such a practice. For $10, one can go through an automated car wash throughout the area, and get the outside of your car washed relatively the same, so why pay $20.

I had A wonderful experience from the moment I arrived, until I left with a shiny washed car! I truly have been on the hunt for a inexpensive car wash for a while now, I finally found a place. The staff is very friendly and had a wonderful deal on a package for monthly car washes. Its not hand washed, but you go thru the mechanical wash and have the option to self-vacuum after. For twenty bucks a month you get unlimited washes, literally you can go every day if youd like. Thats a deal you cant beat! Its on a spacious lot, and theres normally no wait! Highly recommended!

Then the $20 external wash they did was so bad, we had to re-wash the car after we got home. Avoid this place at all costs.
