Very overpriced for the job that was done. I paid $250 + tip to have the interior of my Toyota 4Runner detailed, yet they neglected to touch the trunk area, and every one of my floor mats still had mud stains on them, along with finger prints on the interior windows. Sure it was better than when I first brought it in, but for that price it should’ve been much better. Won’t be returning.

I think the most important criteria to look into when choosing any company would be customer service.Sure, quality is important, but I don’t like it when companies don’t really care about their customers aslong as they finish their job. This is the reason why I am very impressed by Your Detail in Silver Spring.I called last Friday and explained I needed a rush job, since my girlfriend and I had plans for Saturdayafternoon until Sunday, and I didn’t want her to sit with me in a dirty, stinky car for 2 days. How goodwould that be for a date? The man I spoke to on the phone, said they didn’t mind coming out onSaturday morning, and even asked what my car’s condition was so they would know what to do and toavoid any delay.The next day, they arrived as scheduled. I explained I really needed my car extra clean since we wouldleave in a few hours, and they told me to not worry about it. I was watching the entire time to ensurenothing would go wrong. And that’s when I saw I was dealing with professionals. They started right awaywithout any delays. I was particularly worried because the seats were dirty, the dusts could literally beseen if you slapped it. The smell too was terrible, since I had not washed or used air freshener in a while.The results were more than what I expected. Even my girlfriend was extremely impressed, as shecouldn’t believe I could have it done in so short a time. I am very happy with the job, but I was evenhappier that they accommodated my request in such a short notice. I would recommend this companyeven to my mother!

Weird and rude over the phone

Without a doubt the best car detailing I have ever experienced! The mobile service is so convenient and quick! Every time the workers are prompt and very diligent. I have a baby and a dog and there is no evidence of crumbs or hair whatsoever. Definitely recommend!

I have a mechanic that I take my car to for repairs and checkups, and he does the job alright, but they are unfriendly and sometimes even rude.Such was not the case when I took my car for a detailing last Saturday at the suggestion of my coworker. So I called Your detail as he is a regular there. You can feel the welcome and the warmth the moment you get answered and make an inquiry.The job was quick, but you know it wasn’t rushed. The detailer, was even friendly enough to explain things to me and even gave me tips on how to keep my car clean and well-maintained. That’s my kind of guy.The price wasn’t bad either. For the quality of the service they gave as well as the excellent and friendly staff, I would have gladly paid more. Good job, Your Detail
