This is the best car wash in Silver Spring. For the same price as other places they swarm your interior and vacuum/polish by hand. I go out of my way to come here.

Most efficient car wash Ive ever been to. They get you in and out even at their busiest times and do an excellent job. Highly recommend the ultimate package with RainX treatment for about $28.

Such a thorough car wash - amazing service! This place looks like regular car wash, but the service is top notch. The people detailing your car at the beginning and end do a fantastic job - especially at the end of service, the team was so thorough at wiping all surfaces in my interior. I find at other car washes sometimes they just wash the dash and windows - not here - they wiped the sides of doors, frames, everything!! So pleased. I have been to Flagship, mall auto detailing where you shop while they clean - this place is my preferred spot. Don’t judge by the outside - wait until you see your car at the end!!

One of the better carwashes I have been to. Could have done a tiny bit better on the vacuuming but 6 people were involved in the wipe down portion and got it done pretty quickly.

Kenny the manager is very nice and I come to this car wash because they do a great job.Most of the staff is very friendly, but unfortunately today was a different experience for me. I got yelled at by two employees. One when I got into my car after they vacuumed and had to adjust my seat to drive it into the wash; I guess he expected me to jump in and drive hunched over without being able to reach the paddles. I needed a few seconds to adjust my car seat back. The second was yelling at me without a mask instead of giving me directions to pull into the car wash itself.I did not even look at my car, because the whole experience was very upsetting.Looking at some of the other reviews on here, it seems to be a repeating theme.I will try again in a few months and hope things will be different.

They do a great job, the only thing is that I waited 20 minutes, where as cars that arrived after me got waited before me, they should be able to regulate that, Ive seen people come in before me and they were still waiting. Other than that no problems.

Only come here if you’re desperate honestly. I told the lady if they could actually vacuum the seats and in between this time ( they didn’t the last time I came) and she said yea and of course there’s still trash left behind where they didn’t vacuum. They only vacuum the parts where you can see.

Do car wash owners get proper manager training when they run business? Specifically this African guy needs serious training. respecting his customers as well as his employees. He is shouting at them for no reason, his sounds like he has anger issues, they’re there to work I felt terrible for them. This is by far the worse car wash I’ve ever experienced. Never going back... Have got to find a better path forward.

My Go-To Car Wash Service for Almost 10 years..I dont know where the bad reviews and comments about attitude from employees comes from, but I cant discount it either. In my own personal experience however, Montgomery Hills Car Wash has been fairly consistent about making sure my vehicles were vacuumed properly, the window glass is spotless and the car itself gets a good rubdown. And theyve been consistent for me since 2007..Just today, on my way to work, I dropped in to get my (used/new to me) vehicle washed and the attendant was timely and helpful. My line was moving slower than the line on the left but that was because the vacuuming guys were thorough in cleaning the 2 SUVs ahead of me. Vacuuming, working the floor-mats and brushing out considerable dried mud off the trunk tray..Inside the cashier answered all my questions about how many washes were on my customer loyalty card, took my payment and was thorough in explaining the difference between my receipt and my voucher. He also made change and rung up separate purchases after my initial transaction very politely and always used the words, thank-you and sir. SO maybe the owner and proprietor took the feedback about employee attitude in other comments seriously..The icing on the cake was when one of the attendants wiping down my car asked me about the 30day tag and what happened to my old car. He remembered the make/model/condition — and I still couldnt place him or his name — yet he remembered what I drove previously and what idiosyncratic things I needed done to my car (adjustments to 3rd party mirrors, the need to replace my radio antennae, and the way I liked the inside of my trunk wiped off..So my 2¢? Come to the car wash, try to do it before noon, do it on a weekday if you can and judge for yourself. Come during peak hours and Ive seen the customers give as good as they get, so its understandable if some have had bad experiences. Oh and dont forget to tip if youve received great service.

They washed my car today (2/2/2019) and right after I realized there was this huge scratch on my car obviously done by them but they said it was there before. I thought it was an isolated event, but reviewing other customers comments is something that have been happening constantly. Seems I was lucky I wasnt mistreated by the manager and being yelled to go back to my country. This is not what you expect from someone you trust with your valuables. If you still decide going there, please be aware theyre not engaged with honest business practices.

These folks do such a good job and they have references for detailers to clean that pesky fall tree resin that keeps dropping on my car. We always get the 24 dollar Ultimate wash with the extra Rainx add on. Its worth it. They are like a bunch of busy little bees hovering around the car, cleaning, and wiping after the wash. Just awesome. Been good here for 10 years and I live 30 min away.

This is the only car wash in the area that I’ll go to. The staff is always friendly to me. On the rare occasion that my car doesn’t come out clean the first time, they have fixed it, no questions asked. The owner has also given me a discount every once in a while when he sees me, which is a nice touch. I miss the free little trees but I understand why they had to cut that perk out. One thing I would advise is, like the sign says: Remove valuables.I haven’t had anything major taken, just the silver coins in my coin tray. I always take anything of value with me or I put it in my trunk and wait for them to finish vacuuming before I walk away.My mom recently went here and mistakenly drove away without paying. When she went back the next day to put, they gave her a coupon for a free wash for her honesty. I thought that was nice of them.I used to go here when I needed a more thorough clean and Mr. Wash in between cleanings due to the lower price but I no longer go to Mr. Wash due to the poor job of cleaning. Although the line can be long at times, this is the best option in Silver Spring that I know of.

The manager aggressively demand I get up and pay now. I was sitting on the bench inside the store waiting for a costumer to pay. I didnt want to stand in line behind the costumer because covid-19 and the 6ft guideline. So I decided to sit and wait. The manager pulls the door open screaming at me demand I pay NOW! Imagine siting down waiting to pay, and the manager pulls open the door and starts yelling at you to pay. I was shocked and furious. I had to chase him down not literally to ask why he screamed at me. Apparently, another costumer left without paying and he assumed I would do that to. Unprofessional management. Being yelled at because he assumed. Have not and will not return.

Quick and easy car wash if youre looking for a simple wash service. If youre expecting auto detailing from this car wash, better to look elsewhere. Also a good precaution to not keep your valuables in the car but that goes for any car wash.

By far this is the best car wash in the area. Each time, my car has been thoroughly cleaned inside and out. I tried other places where I noticed customers brought cloths to finish the car wash they just paid for. Every time I drive by this area, this car wash is causing a disturbance and blocking the street. They need a better place to line up cars, or they need to move their business to a different location. It is completely unacceptable to cause a backup in the middle of the road, and its unsafe for drivers to try to change lanes to get around their backup when the rest of the lanes are moving swiftly. They also have their employees step out into the road to stop moving traffic (once we start moving from the block they had previously caused), to stop traffic yet again so they can let cars out -- dangerous for their employees, and again causes a traffic slowdown. Terrible location for a business such as this.

Horrible, I have been gonig to this place and my experience couldnt have gone any worst. Bad wash along with bad attitude. Very dis respectful, I have to leave the place with this very wet and dirty car after paying $24 plus tip charge.

I went to show damage that was done to one of my rims, and was meet with a very aggressive manager who refused to give me his name. I asked him to please come outside to look at the car and he told me he doesnt have to go outside and look at anything and that it was my problem.

It was closed when I got there at 5p. I thought this was a bit early.

The employees at this car wash are meticulous and for the most part professional. They do excellent work. Only complaint is that they sometimes will up charge you arbitrarily and capriciously if they deem your car is dirtier than what they think is normal.

Ive had problems in the past here, particularly with the manager who tried to overcharge me and is often rude to customers and staff, but the wash is generally OK and fast. Today was the final straw. I tried to get the same wash service that Ive gotten for 10+ years here, and they insisted on upselling me. When I politely said, No thank you, Id like the service Ive always gotten, they refused to wash the car. Luckily, no one was in line behind me and I could exit. Would give ZERO stars if I could.

For 10 minutes and about $25, the interior/exterior wash and cleaning is a great value. Its about 85% as good as a $250 full car detail that takes hours!

The service is cheap, fast and decent. They dont do the best job but its is also way cheaper than a detail so you get what you pay for.

Been coming here for the last four years and today the manager addressed me in a very disrespectful manner. He will not be seeing my business anymore ! I’v always heard how is he speaks to the employees but today addressing me in that tone is not acceptable . The employees are great and always do fantastic job but because your manager lacks professionalism I will stop coming here .

I usually like this place. Quick and efficient. Today, first time since Covid, I got out of the car to get a wash done. They didn’t give me a ticket, when I went in to find out why, the guy who should have given me one yelled at me and then charged me for the most expensive wash. Terrible customer service.

I drive for Lyft and I’ve visited almost every car wash in the Maryland side of the metro area and these guys are the most consistent value around. Fair price, excellent attention to detail, friendly. They are part of my weekly maintenance.

Like most carwashes they do tend to miss a few spots, but overall, they do a pretty decent job cleaning your car...

Absolutely the worse experience of life. The car wash is excellent but the owner is beyond rude and doesn’t care about customer service. I along with others waited in a line that didn’t move while the other two lines continued to move. I got out of my car and asked the owner why it wasn’t moving and he told me if I didn’t like it I should leave. He followed up by telling me F-You and that he better never see me again. All because I asked for better customer service. Never Ever Again

I went to this carwash this morning around 9:43AM on 05/12/17. When the car got out and they were drying it I noticed that there was a big spot on the back bumper that was missing the paint. I brought it up to the guys that were drying it and they said that always happens and the guys should of have told you when you first came in, but they didn’t. All of them didn’t say sorry or didn’t try to get my info to get it fixed. I asked to talk to the manager, but he didn’t come, and I needed to go back to work. I left there, and the manager didn’t come to apologize or say anything. Do not ever go to this place. I will also fill a claim to get my money back. I paid $26 dollars to get the premium service, but it backfired. This is the worst carwash ever. I took my car to those automatic carwash that you pay 12 dollars about 2 weeks before and no paint fell from it so I know this place should of have taken ownership or at least fix their machines. I am adding a picture here so that you can see what the damage is.

Staff does good job of masks,social distance,hand wash,and Clorox wipes. Problem is the handful of consumers who dont follow any guidelines,and the car wash has narrow indoor hallway,next time Ill walk to cashier outside.

By far my BEST car wash experience ever. Got there right at 4, prime time, A LOT of people, still got wrapped up in 20 minutes. Car was spotless, the hand wash at the end really made the difference. Went with the Deluxe, totally worth the money. Ill be back next time for sure.

I first gave this place a 5 star because the cleaning service is excellent, the staff is great but..... the manager is absolutely disgusting beyond measure. For this reason I changed my review to 1 star. I, along with another couple got into a verbal altercation with this vile less than human being. He would make Chef Ramsey blush! There are two managers. If you go to one and hes rude go to the second manager. The second manager is very respectful, courteous and very friendly. Because of the second manager and the friendly staff and the amazing job they do i now changed this to 4 stars. Please approach this manager at your own risk! I honestly thought I would have to call the police because he seemed he would lurch at me at any moment.

Great service all hands on deck to make sure your car is nice clean and spotless will go over every nook and cranny and make sure that is that cleaned friendly staff. The only hard part about this car wash is getting out onto the street when youre done and ready to drive off. But luckily team members get out in traffic and stop traffic so you can pull out. A plus to this car wash places they even give you an air freshener if you get the Top Flight car wash. I will be returning. This place is better than Mister Car Wash hand down. I will only come here from now on

Car wash experience its ok. Ive visited 4 times and in the last 2 experiences Ive had issues (not vacuumed properly, car was not rinsed all the way) I gave them 2 stars because the last time I went -at the beginning of this month- I paid for my usual service which is their 28 dollars package. Before they would give you free a Little Tree fragrance pine with your purchase. I was told that they stopped doing that. I was disappointed about it. It was a nice perk that came with the service.

I came to this car wash very recently and got items worth over a 100 dollars stolen from my car. I spoke to the manager about this, no investigation, no follow through... Just horrible.. I wouldn’t go there unless you are happy to get things stolen from you and to get a semi cleaned car to boot... There are better places...

Im reporting poor customer service at your location. Not only was I disrespected but lied to. I read on your website about a detail service and tried to inquire about the service but the employees said they dont do it at all and when I told them I was looking at the website as we spoke the started playing games saying there was no manager on duty and that he was on vacation. Am I to believe that the establishment is being run with no management? I have a family member that witnessed the whole situation this is absolutely ridiculous.

I went to this car wash today and ask the workers to clean some oil drops on my car and when the car was handed to me the paint on my front mirror and windshield was peeled off. When I ask for the manager someone rude guy said the manager was on vacation, it turned out he was the owner/manager. He was and is always very rude and dismissive. He wouldn’t even acknowledge the fact that there was a problem with my car. He just walked away and sent someone else to talk to me. Worse customer service I have ever encountered. They tried to give me coupons for two free washes but I turned it down because I wouldn’t go back for a lifetime of free wash.If I could give a below zero stars for this place, I would!!
