Had a great experience when I was at plastipak but back in January My friend and I tried for a job but realized it was a different drug test not a mouth swab. Didn’t have time to run across town for a urinalysis. My friend and I had stuff to do and told them that then left. Ended up getting a call from a place we applied at and we stayed for a while. Came back a few days ago and my friend was able to get a job but I got put on block for 6 months because we didn’t end up going through with the drug test across town. Needless to say I was furious. This is unfair treatment. If he can get a job I should too. We did the exact thing at the same time. I won’t be coming back.

They’re a joke. They moved me to a lower position and blamed Plastipak. All they are is talk and no action and won’t get me hired in. Better off with a different staff agency for a temp. Not recommended

Not a professional staffing agency from my experience. I do not think they care about the people they staff at all. On multiple different occasions I would show up to work only to be sent back home because Adecco “forgot” to tell me I wasn’t needed. You could ask them a simple question and they would take days to get back with you, if they got back with you at all. This seemed to happened to everyone who was staffed through Adecco from what I was hearing. I could fill a book full of complaints with the Adecco office in Sidney. Highly encourage everyone to go elsewhere.

Not a good or professional place to work for at all. I worked through them for two and a half years, at the same job, and one day my assignment ended with no explanation. The job I did wasn’t bad, but Adecco made the experience much worse. I tried to get information on what happened to my ended assignment and had zero help with the employees. I contacted them on multiple occasions and got nowhere. It has been over two weeks and I still haven’t heard from them, nor have I been shown any new job opportunities. As a staffing agency, their main focus should be finding their employees work, but clearly they are not worried about that at all. They do not put their loyal employees at top priority, and the communication between recruiter and employee is absolutely awful. Each day I had to wait until 5:30 or later to find out if I was working the next day, with some days not being told at all. I would not recommend anyone work for this company, especially at this office.

They will try to set you up but then they play you around for weeks and still you never hear anything back I got sent for a physical and orientation sat in the factory’s building for 15 mins then the lady from addeco calls and says no one will be there the day they send me.

Walked in after my senior year of high school and received a production postition at Honda Automotive manufacturing. My interview lady ate Chipotle in front of me while punching in my information to a computer. Didnt mind the unprofessionalism too much. My resume was not reviewed until a few weeks after I received my job Adecco pulled me off the assembly line during my shift to ask me about it.The company makes mistakes but I have a good life now.

It was at one time, you could go in and start working the next day or so. But since Alice and some of the other reps have been seapped out. None of them have lived up to those standards. Back in 2014 when I first applied, I had a job the next day and was working.Now, I have eaited 3 weeks and finally am to start working. They care about numbers anymore and not trying to be personal.

I signed up for a job at Ivex that was supposed to be first shift 7-3 and have a “possibility” of SOME overtime. When I get there the supervisor says Adecco told her I was supposed to be working second shift. I politely told her no and she put me where I was supposed to be second shift anyway. Then half way through the work day she moves me to a different area where the hours are 7-5. Friday came and she asked me what I thought and I said that I would work the hours but I was told it would be a 7-3 job. Monday comes around and they end my assignment. Don’t go thr Ugh Adecco. They’ll screw you.

Silly place to work for. If you want a real job try HR Associates in Piqua. If you enjoy waiting around in between jobs for them to act then have at it Jack.

Nothing like showing up to my assignment and being told Im not on their list of temps that work there. Even though I was scheduled by adecco and was told my background check and drug test checked out. So glad I wasted a trip of gas just to be told to go back home, not to mention they dont pick up the phone when you call them.I only gave one star because no stars isnt an option.

They wait around too find you a job till you keep calling. I still never got payed yet and when I keep calling they will say cause of Im background and just hangup.

Yes they found my wife a job. But after working for 6 weeks, and getting paid every thursday with no problems at all on the 7th Thursday they decided not to pay her claiming it was because of memorial day which was a monday and that pushed everybodys checks back. Her best friend works there and 2 other friends of hers as well. They all got paid but my wife did not. Then they kept getting rude with us because we wanted her paycheck and we kept calling because they said it was processing and should be in there by the end of the day. Then tried arguing with us that paydays were on Fridays, after they claimed that they were trying to get it processed. Still no check from them. Watch out for them. They will lie to you and are very disrespectful when called out.

They dont hire ex felons period.
