Jarvis is polite and professional! Definitely the best auto car wash in the area and the vacuums are VERY VERY GOOD!!! I have 2 vehicles with the monthly Fast Pass and I go through there alot - I’ve never had a bad experience. They also offer a upgrade to full service which is great when it’s too hot outside or the car is extra dirty they will clean the inside and outside for you. Overall SUPERIOR VALUE AND TRUSTWORTHY SERVICE.

Honesty and goodness remain in this world... at Performance Car Wash. I accidentally dropped a valuable item there today. It was promptly turned in and I retrieved it two hours later. I am quite relieved and confident in saying youre in good hands at Performance Car Wash!!

A great full service car wash that even offers a monthly program for an unlimited wash service. Great little waiting area when a full service detail is needed. Wonderful owners, super courteous employees.

They always make your car look like brand new. Whether you get it detailed by them or just drive through the car wash. It is like they have magic water, every time my 10 year old car looks brand new! I have been a customer since 2002 and they never disappoint.

Did a good job with my car. Got all the mud and gunk from my car and it looks like when I first bought it. Highly recommend giving them a shot. They deserve more business.

Stopped in for an oil change and right off the bat the 2 guys in the bay were very friendly and professional. They let me know that I got a wash with my service. The wash attendant was also very friendly and helpful. Went inside to pay and again it was service with a smile. On top of the good service, it was also affordable. I have been looking for a dependable place to have my oil changed regularly and keep my truck clean. I’ve found it! Definitely recommend !!

Customer service was great. Went to get my girlfriends car cleaned and an oil change. The front end counter staff and oil change shop was excellent. However, the attention to detail in the Detailing area was lacking. Windows were left with small streaks and vacuuming was not thorough. It seemed like a rushed job to ensure turnover within a certain time limit. For the additional price of detail, I was expecting more. I will definitely recommend for the wash, oil change, and the counter staff. Interior/waiting area was comfortable and cool. Just be sure to double-check their work if you are getting detailed!

I came to car wash because they did such an excellent job before for me. For some reason there was an employee who was standing next to the kiosk where I stopped to select try and pay prior to getting my car washed. He told me to get a better deal pay for the wheel deal then upgrade to get the car interior cleaned with was 19.00. My car goes through the car wash and I pulled up to get my car hand dried. The man asked for my receipt but didnt at it . He did not dry my car completely and I told him the tires were not finished. He left and told the manager what said the manager tried to explain that I would see a difference if I was a regular club member. I told I wasnt happy and he put armor all on the tires. Clearly the attitudes are rank here. I drove from Greenwood to that car wash. I would not recommend this car wash. I was not treated well at all. My money is green like everyone else. When you are in business you shouldnt show partiality.

Great Customer Service & great wash for $6.00. I’d like to personally thank the owner because today I locked my keys in my truck while vacuuming, and the owner Mr. Allen showed great concern for my dilemma, letting me use his personal phone. Furthermore, gave my girlfriend a free wash when she came to pick me up because of my frustration. Very personable!

We bought the sticker which allows unlimited washings per month. Drying is an issue, as it does not do that perfectly. The vacuums are extremely strong and come with the wash. Friendly folks. The drying must not bother us much, as we have continued our sticker for over a year :)

Absolutely horrible! This was my first time visiting this location and I swear I will NEVER return. Took my BRAND new car through the car wash and allowed the men to vacuum it out. Once it was completed I went outside to find a dime size chip on one of my doors. When I brought this to the attention of Allen who proudly announced that he is the manager And owner he became upset (anger management should be considered) and proceeded to tell me that a rock hit my truck on my way from the to this location. Then he called over his help to verify that none of his machines would ever take the paint off of any vehicle. Like any employee would disagree with the manager and risk their job for a customer. Yea right! After he realized that I’m gonna take this issue further he started snapping pictures of my vehicle! Not only this but my darn windows are smudgy and I still have bugs on the grille! My tires are dry and still dirty. Do not go to this place! I just wasted my money and time and then received damage to my vehicle!!

Always polite and the car wash is awesome. I was going on a trip and concerned about my tire pressure and they were so sweet to check my tires for me. I have never had a problem here. Going to try them out for an oil change next. Also...the grounds are always super clean. 😆

What a friendly place! Everyone here was very helpful and welcoming. I got an oil change and free car wash that went with it. I needed to have the interior shampooed, but they dont offer that. So They recommended another car wash place that offered shampooing since they didnt do it. I will definitely be coming back here for regular oil changes and car washes!

Vacuumes are better than anywhere else! I would not recommend the package where the guys dry off your car and vacuume the inside . I have tried that 5 times and it’s always horrible! You’re better off saving your money and doing it yourself . Don’t bring it to the manager or owner’s attention because he will just be mad and some how make it seem like it’s your fault .

I had monthly package for both my vehicles (the top of the line packages ) both were cancelled today. I started going because of convenience to work, and although the employees were nice and respectful, it did not carry of to the management and owner. On more than one occasion I have had the displeasure of interaction with him, today I simply asked for tape around my rear taillights due to a leak in the seal, after abruptly being told that should have been done out there, not here (normally the guys at the entrance are very kind and simply say sure no problem. ) Well, he didnt see a cracked in my light never did I say cracking and rather than clarifying with me he sends me on through with no tape, Ill be sending the next while removing my taillight and draining water.

Loved this place! Got my oil changed.. they dont just change the oil for a cheap price.. they also top off all fluids, and air up tires if needed, etc. They give a free car wash coupon as well! I will be going back for every oil change from now on.

Excellent automatic car wash, the auto applied wax actually is effective at shining and protecting your vehicle for about a month (thats great for automatic car wash wax!). Tires and wheels looked great and shiny too. Free vacuum after is super powerful (maybe too strong!). Friendly helpful staff and supervisor/owner made sure my discount coupon worked and was applied.

My boyfriend and I got our Honda Civic cleaned and had the full service done. While the guys were vacuuming they saw that my boyfriend dropped $25 in between the seats. As we got into the car the guy said he put the money in the center console. That was amazing because most people would have pocketed that money. I highly recommend them. Our car looks amazing and smells great. We will be back.

I came by to get my car detailed and they told me the guys that detail cars leave at 5:30, so the next day I get there at 4:00 after work and they said they already let the guys that detail cars go home because it looked like rain was coming.

They do a good job at a reasonable price. I was satisfied with their performance and the shine on my tires. Unfortunately, my car was lost in the floods and can no longer use their service until replaced.Just as a note, when signing up for the $34 a month was package, it is a recurring monthly fee until you call and cancel.

I am saddened by the conduct of the employees at this establishment. First, they honestly didnt know what they were talking about when giving the details of the various car washes/detail services available. I decided to get my truck detailed and it cost way more than it should have. The work done was sub-par and I had to wipe off dried wax from all over my vehicle because of the employees negligence. The interior remained dusty and nothing was cleaned how it was supposed to be cleaned. The employees dont seem to take their jobs as seriously as they should, and for $100, the quality of work should have been immensely better. To top it off, one of the employees told me to give him a tip! That isnt good work ethic and if he were in any other country, he would be laughed at. I will never come here again, nor will I recommend this place to anyone.

Ive been going to this car wash for 2yrs. I drove through the car wash and it stopped. I didnt think anything of it so I waited. I stopped getting the full service because several of my friends had things stolen out of their cars. Expensive sun glasses, fit watches, cellphones, even money . After getting my car home I discovered a small dent on the top of my car and some scratches that were not there. I tried calling but they were closedI called this morning and I talked to the girl that answers the phone. Told her the problem they told me to bring it in. I did. He said it was already there. He had never seen this before. Long story short...he denied it happen there and thought I wanted money. I told him not so just wanted them to be aware that it happen . I will never ever go there again. #anothercustomergone

I dont normally bother with reviews, unless service is outstandingly positive or negative. I brought my company truck by to be washed at this car wash. It had a small-moderate amount of dirt and mud on it, a good portion of which had already crumbled or washed off in the rain over the past couple of weeks. The supervisor had the audacity to tell me that they wouldnt wash my truck because it was too dirty and would make their machines dirty...Yes, my truck was too dirty to be washed by the automated car wash. Ive brought it to this car wash before, with more dirt on it, and never had a problem and explained this to the supervisor, and he acted like I was lying. He has a right to refuse my business, and I guarantee it wont be offered again...not with my company vehicle nor any of our other vehicles. Ill take my business to zippy or time it down the street, theyre happy to have my business.

Went there yesterday to have a full detail and it was a big waste of money. Told the manager, who was extremely nice, however towels were left in the trunk, I had to ask them to clean the cup holder out and the detailer said you want me to clean this? Even after they redid the interior I had to redo it when I got home! I will never go there again!

Paid 68 dollars all together to get wax and the inside vacuumed and dusted. They didnt vacuum the cargo area or in between the seats at all. Wax was done decently but they didnt remove the bugs from the front so they are waxed on my vehicle now. Will not be returning and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone

Paid for the $9 wash with the wheel cleaner and supposedly they had a little issue with the car wash so had to wait a few mins. So while waiting for an extra 3-4 mins they upgraded me to the top of the line for no extra charge. Great customer service!! Never had an issue there.

I went to check my mail and I got so excited because I received coupons for a free car wash and 10 dollars off an oil change and I was like, cool, yay and then I turned the coupons over and they expired back in june of 2018. I dont know if this was on purpose or not but really kind of sucks. Maybe fix this particular aspect in your marketing department?

After all the upgrades my tires still look like garbage when they are done. I mean good grief I want my tires clean, black and glossy when I leave and they still look dry & dirty and that was with most expensive wash that supposedly includes tire dressing. Not cleaning tires is the reason I stopped going years ago and decided to try performance again since the upgrade I will not pay to have my vehicle washed then have to come home and work on it some more. Wont be back.

Poor quality service. They left my hatch open so once I had left I pulled over, closed the hatch and noticed the back floorboard behind drivers seat hadnt been vacuumed at all. They did not vacuum under any of the floor mats, between doors and seats, and cup holders. I want back to let them know and the guy who did my interior wouldnt even come talk to me. However, he did yell to me across two vehicles, I couldnt get the dog hair up! Thankfully, two employees came over to assist me and were eager to rectify the problem. Then the owner came over and said, Its dog hair isnt it? I said no, and explained the poor vacuuming job and the dash and doors didnt look wiped down. He explained to me exactly what they are required to do. Not apologetic at all, just defensive. I knew I wasnt going to go anywhere so i let them finish and left. If all your going to do for full service is a vacuum a little hear and there and wipe down dash with a dirty rag, you should say so. I could have paid a 5 year old to do the full service with close to the same results. I wont be back nor refer to a friend.

I have been there twice, both times they could not wash my truck. I have work truck that gets muddy. I try to wash it as soon as possible. Today I went to this car wash to get my muddy truck washed. Contact guy said he could not do it cause it was too muddy. Took my time to go there....will never go again. The truck was muddy but just around the tires.....took it to a $5 car wash and all the mud is gone which is what I wanted.

This place had been an OK spot for the oil change/car wash. I liked how they did it all for around 50 bucks. I dropped off my car today for the oil change/wash and came back about 30 minutes later like the numerous times before but my car was still dirty. You now have to drive it through yourself and vacuum it yourself too. Not to mention the 50 dollars is now 75??!! Usually when you increase your price, you should increase your service. You guys got it all wrong here.

Oil change center closes about two hours before car wash area, but they were still willing to service my car thankfully.

I went in today for my routine oil change with the intent of receiving my $10.00 off coupon code that was sent, to me, via text..However, when I was called to check out my ticket was already prepared; and when I presented the text to the OWNER’S DAUGHTER, she read the text and was like, “OH IT’S EXPIRED” (in her MOST NON-CHANLANT WAY POSSIBLE).. thanks for bringing that to my attention ma’am, was my response; however she didn’t display ANY concerns or GRATITUDE toward my situation; which in my opinion IS NOT THE WAY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS.. BUT GET THIS.. SHE PRESENTS ME WITH A PURPLE SLIP, TO INFORM FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO COME ON IN.. BASICALLY FREE PROMOTION FOR THIS COMPANY.. I’M LIKE REALLY.. I HOPE SHE DIDNT ACTUALLY THINK I WOULD EVER COME BACK AFTER TODAY, LET ALONG, BRING MORE BUSINESSES IN.. MY HUSBAND HAS BEING GOING HERE FOR YEARS; BUT AFTER TODAY, 8-7-18, HE WILL NO LONGER BE A CUSTOMER EITHER.. I SURE HATE.. RUDE and TACKY........I pulled in just for an exterior wash and waited over 30 min! when I walked to the counter to ask nicely, why? the young lady tried to answer me then another lady, WITCH came out from the back and interrupted our conversation and started speaking to me so rudely. when I replied I wasnt talking to her, she cut me off by letting me know she was the OWNER, Like that really impressed me! this place reminded me why I dont live in Shreveport anymore. racist and rude people who seem to think their business is the only one. simply old fashion, rude, racist mentality! I can only imagine how they treat their employees and I feel bad for them. on another note, they have big nasty DOGS in the building. who does that??? Im sure fleas are in that building too! I will NEVER go back there and will be sure to tell people I know not to as well! businesses like this should NOT be supported until they learn how to treat the hands that feed them. heres some advice for the OWNER Lol!, learn what customer service is! your business is lacking that BIG time.

As I come inside after Re washing my car......terrible job yesterday here....did not pick up mats to vacuum ....trunk lid not even wiped....black stains I had to rewash....no fragrance added....although offered....bug residue allover front and headlights not even touched! I have been using this business for as long as its been open. Its now called Performance Flex Serve. Every single time I have had an oil change and/or car wash (usually botg) I have received outstanding customer service in terms of courtesy from everyone there. Yes, on occasion one of the fellows nay miss a crumb under a mat or leave a smudge. But for me its rare this occurs. I notice the owner is extremely hands on in making sure his employees are handling their business properly, and they dont seem to mind him critiquing their work. So generally, you get a really CLEAN car, inside & out, plus oil change for your money. It costs a little more tgan the 5 minute places. But you get so much more in value added. And if you tip everyone who touches your car a littke you get even better service!

The interior of my car was worse after than before. Windows cleaned with a dirty towel so all cloudy; dash has some kind of cleaning fluid sprayed, but not wiped off, popcorn still on the floor, spilled coffee spots on the arm rest. Exterior still had bugs on front and grill. Total waste of time and money.
