Good service although it took a while because they were very busy today. I had the oil changed and discussed a problem I had with the ABS sensors. Ive already scheduled an appointment to come back on the 1st to get those taken care of under a TSB that Ford already has on it extended warranty thing.

I bought a used 2019 convertible Mustang from Rountree Ford they tried to do so much add-on paint protection not a good place to buy a car I dont recommended I give him a one and a half

After over a week without my truck, The service manager attempted to resolve my problem but failed to find the issue. Since then Ive taken a few videos of the excessive white smoke from the tail pipe at cold start. Apparently Roundtree was unable to recreate the cold start smoke even though I see it twice a day. Its really embarrassing to see the cloud of smoke in the parking lot after work each day. There is a problem and I would like it fixed. Please

Rountree Ford had my vehicle for almost two weeks. I turned my vehicle in on Wednesday afternoon. I was very understanding in the wait process at the beginning in order for them to order the part and since they were short handed. But when I called for an update I was promised I would have someone start on my vehicle the following Monday morning. That wasn’t the case every time I called it was a reason why they couldn’t start on my vehicle. I had Jamie Frazier as a advisor. The worst advisor anyone could have. She never called back after leaving voicemails for updates. Every time I spoke with her she was rude and nonchalant I guess because it wasn’t her vehicle. I would say Pat did try and help the process. I would advise anyone. Don’t leave your vehicle there and have Jamie as your advisor. Unless you strive to have horrible customer service .. this is the worst experience I’ve had with a dealership service department. I would recommend a training in learning how to communicate with customers.

I would not recommend this business to anyone. They fail to communicate properly and will sell you “bs” for weeks at a time. You wait on hold 30+ mins before you can speak with an “advisor”. They are so slow it’s unbearable. They had my vehicle for over four weeks and I received a loaner vehicle three days before my vehicle was “ready”. When I received my car back THE NEXT DAY every light that could flash on the dashboard was on. From the battery, to engine, to transmission. My car literally cut off on my on the highway. My vehicle is only three years old and I’ve only had it for a good five months. So we’re back at square one. Another four weeks? Maybe so. I will travel to a shop in another city before I ever waste my time and money here again.

I would never recommend rountree service the worst service Ive ever experienced.... Not only did they keep my truck almost a month when i brought it into them it was leaking fluid from differential... However the truck operated and was fully functional just fine... They replaced the whole rear end and $4,000 later and 3 1/2 weeks later they give me my truck back with the 4x4 light and not operating.... They tried to play like like they didnt know and said it was probably a module, but it. Would drive just fine is what they said ... It wont even shift in drive now.... And theyve had it yet another week this round and still have not even pulled it into their garage in a bay even though I scheduled an appt... Now Im without a ride once again thanks to rountrees poor service.... Chris Adkerson .. 2015 white f150 lariat 4x4... They wont even offer me a loaner and I feel like since there responsible they should... Ive tried to get a solution from advisors, service manager, even emailed the general manager....the advisors just push it downhill but Ive been more than understanding....definitely wont be buying my new ford there

VERY unprofessional!! (Service center)Takes 3.5 hours for an oil change, there’s never a service advisor upfront, when I ask questions about my vehicle, I never get a direct answer/explanation. Rude staff w/ not much knowledge about cars.

After 5 weeks of being their several times my car is still not fixed I would never reccomend anyone bring their car here. Also they damaged my car and they still havent fixed it and I found another persons belongings in my car nobody else drives my car so u know they were left in their by someone from their. Not to mention now my navigation no longer works and it worked just fine when I brought it their.

Very disappointed because I have three Ford units, and it is the second time that I am going to look for a spare part and it turns out that it does not have one, they let you die alone or that you scratch with your own hands which means that I am going to sell the three Ford units that I have and I will go with Chevrolet, there when you go to get a spare part and if they do not have it they will help you in some way to locate the part, which Ford does not do.
