My husband and I took his new GMC truck in to the Auto Mall Car Wash and Lube! They were friendly and affordable. They had fresh coffee for while their customers wait! They did a great job! New management that has made great changes. Improved sprayers etc. plus they have much happier employees! Great job!

All the workers outside do an excellent job! But the lady at the front desk, Monica, really needs to work on her personality and the way she talks to customers.

So we had an appointment to get a car detailed yesterday at 10 am on 4/29/20 because my mom is an essential employee and wanted to treat her self on her only day off. We arrived right at 10(the time the manager told her the appointment was for) and no ones there. Then luckily an employee who had arrived late informed us that the power was out so they weren’t opening until 12. We understand things happen but no one had called to inform us, no one left a note on the door, and & they didn’t leave an employee to let customers with appointments know. We just got lucky the guy was late. So we leave the car and come back right before close and they’re not done. So we wait on it and it comes out of the wash and they guy who was supposed to clean up the windows have my mom the keys and left along with all of the other employees so we had no one to express our concerns to.Once we got home we saw that many places such as in between the seats and the console were not clean and there was still a lot of dog hair that was not vacuumed as well as crumbs in several places such as the seats.I decided to bring it back before reviewing to see if they would go back through and finish the job as my mom is working 17 hours straight today and cannot bring it herself. We were told that it was impossible to get the dog hair out (any one who has cleaned a car knows if you put a little effort in with a hard bristled brush and then use a vacuum you can get most of the hair if not all) and that they would go back and do the windows and clean the interior that was missed so I sat outside and waited.After getting the car the second time I went to the Xpress car wash down the road where I used the free vacuums (that don’t work well because of everything that gets sucked up by customers) also realized that the places on the interior were not cleaned and there were were still crumbs in the seats. Then I vacuumed my heart out (actually put in effort) and eventually got at least 75% of the hair that was “impossible” to get. As for the places such as between the seat and console that didn’t get cleaned (which I pointed out when I brought back the second time)- all you had to do was slide the chair all the way up as you’ll see in the pictures.Oh yea- and they charged us $120 for us to do half the work ourselves.I attached photos of what I received the second time and what I cleaned after vacuuming myself and videos will be added. I also recorded the conversation I had with the manager but will not be posting, only keeping Incase he tries to deny the incident. Please save your money and go to a professional establishment.

Everything ok except the blower blew off the GPS cover on top of the car. Now having trouble keeping the price snapped on.

More bang for your buck! Its like having your car detailed every time you get an oil change, but for much less $$.

ALWAYS COURTEOUS AND DO AN EXCELLENT JOB ON ALL MY VEHICLES. THE OWNER IS USUALLY PRESENT AND HE TENDS TO BUSINESS. THEY ARE BUSY SO IT MAY TAKE 30 MIN BUT WORTH IT. THE DETAIL MEN OUT FRONT WILL DO A GREAT JOB AND TAKE INSTRUCTIONS IF YOU HAVE A SPECIAL REQUEST. I WALK AROUND MY VEHICLE AND CHECK IT. ANY BUG SPOTS NOT QUITE GONE OR ROAD TAR I WILL ASK TO BE REMOVED IS ALWAYS DONE. I DO TIP THEM WELL AND BETTER IF IT IS REALLY NEAR PERFECT.I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS AND USE IT OFTEN. MUCH BETTER THAN ANY OTHERS IN THE AREA

I brought my Yukon in and was charged an additional charge for mud. I have a dirt road that I drive on daily. I don’t mind paying extra for that. My problem is that my car sat for 45 minutes before ever going through the tunnel. I spoke with the manager who gave me lots of excuses and no assurance this was not standard practice. I have come here for many years but this will definitely be my last time.

I have been getting my car washed and cleaned here for years, but within the last year, the cleaning could be performed just as well by a child. I pay for the works but I get taken. Its partly my fault I admit because I dont inspect as well as I should, and then give a tip. My wheels and tires still have road dirt on them, the body of the car still has stripes that should have been removed when the car was dried. The windows are streaked...should I go on? I will not return to this car wash.

Took my SUV today to be cleaned. I had to clean the inside once I got back home. The floors nor the back were vacuumed. The interior doors, seats or consoles were not wiped down or cleaned. Waste of money. Will never go back.

The automated car wash as good. But I payed for a vaccum and car wash. It seems more like I just got a car wash. I watched as the front was vacuumed for seconds and the back seats, just completely skipped. I would suggest using the $13.95 for an automatic car wash then self vaccum.

A few years ago, this car wash was decent and I visited on a regular basis. This place has gone downhill big time! If you are looking for a quick car wash that does a great job, look elsewhere...There are far better options!I tried to speak to the owner about my complaints, but he was having none of it and was full of excuses...would not even give me a refund.Your time and money would be better spent at a do it yourself car wash.

I have always had a good experience at this car wash until last Saturday (Nov. 23, 2019). They charged me an extra $35 for mud, yes I live on a dirt road. I did not mind paying for if they would have actually removed the mud! My floors mats were still dirty and they only wipe out my drivers and passenger side doors, did not touch my rear doors or back hatch in my Nissan Murano. Was so disappointed!

Ive had my cars washed here many times and always had a good experience. Today I got a rain voucher that says I get a free wash if it rains within 24 hours. I thought that was above and beyond. Great job overall

It was slow, so I saw better service than when their busy. The gentslmsn that dryed our car took pride in his work. Very satisfied.

Paid for all the bells and whistles. They didnt Vacuum my cargo area, rims are still dirty, Windows still dirty, it stunk when I got in my car, cashier lady was not pleasant. Will be going to twin cities in bossier from now on. They do a much better job. This is not the first time Ive had issues with this place. They totally forgot to clean the passenger side of a vehicle I was trying to sell. Talk about a waste of money!

Best for the bucks! Don’t expect for a awesome job but for the money you pay, it’s a great deal! Didn’t get my car detailed over 6 months (just exterior washes) and only now only see slight change inside. I had to re vacuum inside and did more cleaning.

They went way beyond measures to get tree sap off my brand new car, thanks to the manager and to the young man that worked so hard.

Excellent place to get your vehicle to detailed. Took them about 3 hours but my car which was filthy before, looks like a BRAND NEW CAR! There wasnt a single bit of dirt or anything on the inside when they finished. They conditioned the leather, shampood my carpets, and it looks like a brand new car. Highly recommended!

The wash is ok but the attendant is rude with a nasty attitude. There were 5 capped empty soda bottles and several empty plastic bags in the passenger floorboard and he wanted to charge 5 dollars extra to clean it out. So before you go to get your car cleaned be sure to clean it before you go. This place used to be great as I have used it for years. It’s really losing its reputation with me for customer service. I’m sorry to see that happen.

Scratched my window tint...and denied that it was done during the time my car was at their facility. I will NEVER go back!!

They did a pretty poor job. Their system looked run down. I had streaks in my car afterwards and had to go home and completely re-do it.

The automated part of the wash does a very nice job and the detail fellows are very good and are especially cordial and friendly. The cost for the services are very competitive also.

The workers were great and did an excellent job, but the reception staff and cashier act like you dont have a choice but to bring your hard earned money there.

The workers try to do there best, but there is a guy that walks around in tbe front while there drying and cleaning the inside and he is always rushing the workers to do a crapy job.If your going to pay that much then you shouldnt have to clean the dirt off the back and sides of our car when there done and the rims the same way.The worker was helping me clean the dirt off and his walk around boss was giving him the evil eye.I have talked to the supervisor about this problem before and nothing is being done about it so... Save your money & do it yourself....waste of time & money...had to take car by another car wash & use their vacuum to finish the job,they didnt even vacuum the back of the suv out...& when I got home finished inside dash & doors they missed.

Took my Jeep to get vacuumed. They said they couldnt get dog hair out and turned us away. My son has vacuumed the Jeep before and got it out. ISNT THIS YOUR BUSINESS....car detailing?????

Visited this carwash today and paid for the works, upon inspection of the car there was still dirt on the doors of the vehicle, the tires and Rims were still dirty and the inside wasnt wipped out at all!!! When asked to fix it the attendant was rude and I still didnt get the air freshener I paid for! Wont be back!

The worst car wash and detail. My floors were not vaccuumed, interior wasnt wiped, and the wax was built up on the outside of my truck. The wheels were the only thing that looked clean. I still had mud on the underside of the truck.
