We left New Orleans heading for Dallas after hurricane Ida. About 30 miles outside of Shreveport, my tire light came on. We made it to Shreveport and pulled into a gas station when and I noticed I had a large nail in my tire. In a panic and with 4 (thats right 4) hot dogs in the car we located Moores. These guys were fantastic. Patched my tire up in about an hour, even though they were very busy and understaffed. They didnt charge us, and wished us a safe journey. So nice to know there are compassionate, great folks like this out there.

I had an emergency with one tire and stopped by 3 other air machines in this area, all were not maintained. It’s as if they want people to spend their money knowing the machines don’t work. Anyway, the staff at Moore’s really made my day and didn’t charge to fill my tire. Get this, Robert and a trainee he was working with actually stopped to quickly fill my tire and offered to reset my tire gauges free. Of course, I’m leaving a tip, but this was amazing. They went right back to work on the other vehicles afterwards. To the two angels at the front desk and Robert at Moore’s on Linwood, thank you so much for making my day! I will definitely be back for service here.

The crew there was so nice!! They fit me in today, it had been the worst morning ever and I needed a wheel alignment badly. I think I was only there waiting an hour or so, definitely recommend them!

I would give Moores a Zero, but then I could not post my horrible experience with viewers seeking customer input. I too was lured by their (underserving) rating. I spoke to William, the manager about servicing my car for rear bushings. They agreed the bushings needed replacement and my car would be ready in 2-3 days. Two weeks later the car was ready. We packed the family up and headed out to Houston Texas. About 1 hour into the drive the car was shaking and making a loud thumping sound. We returned to Shreveport and took the car back to Moores. I was told the bushings needed to to be replaced again, along with the shocks. I called the owner, Don Hutchinson, 3 times and never had a return call. Again William told me the car would be ready in 2-3 days. Five days later it was ready and was charged a second time for bushings. Their explanation was double talk and we were left to deal with William. Our car repair was horrible. They charged us twice for the same twice. Horrible repair. Horrible customer service. Beware.

Folks were very helpful and knowledgeable. The tire tech did a very thorough job of not only finding and removing the object buried in my tire but also ensuring that when he fixed the tire it would not leak as well.

Awful customer service

We were on our way back from out of town and ended up with a flat while still 3.5 hours away from home. Moore’s website clearly has “24/7 roadside assistance” and “never be stranded” all over their website. We called the number and told the guy our situation and he said “I’m not sure where you are, but there should be a location close” and literally hung up. The 5 star reviews gave us comfort and peace while in a scary situation and unfortunately they were of no assistance.

It is so very refreshing to have a business you can trust. I was told by the dealership my tire needed to be replaced and that a patch wasnt possible. I am glad I looked for a second opinion. Moores Goodyear was fast, friendly and most of all trustworthy. They could have easily said I needed a new tire for a sale but they put the customer first. Thank you! I will be back for all of my vehicle needs.

So, a friend of mine (R*@n) thought it would be a good idea to test the ability of my new truck. It turned out to be a bad idea. Broke my Winch, cracked my condensor, bent a bracket but the memories made were priceless. Moores was able to fix all the problems the next day! Very Quick Service and friendly people.

We were out of town from South Carolina a few months ago. Had some balance issues. They worked me in the morning we had to leave and did a great job. However, I am having work done today, and my mechanic had to use a five foot cheater to get the lug nuts off. His air wrenches couldnt get them off. I called the store and alerted them. He apologized and said he would dbl check their tool pressures.
