The front desk staff is very knowledgeable, offers speedy and accurate service, and always have smiling faces. This post office has that feel welcome type of atmosphere! I absolutely love visiting this post office. I have no complaints. Keep up the great work! I appreciate everything you do to make my experience awesome!

Good courteous customer service. But needed more clerks

They destroyed my mailbox by knocking it over then telling me it was a matter of time before it fell. Anthony Frasier (with an S) has an extremely nasty attitude. The employee that destroyed my property is not being held accountable. They stole my package from AT&T on April 7, 2021 and told them it had been delivered to me. Since I complained about them, they crumble my mail before placing it in the box. I tried to contact the Postmaster General to no avail.

Damaged packages, mail that does not arrive on time, and the location is super slow with long lines.Building is dated, dirty, and in need of help. Our tax dollars at work.

I did not go to P.O.I was at the UPS Store.

One of the best post offices in Shreveport. Staff is always nice and courteous. Service is quick and helpful. They knock out long lines very fast. Spacious and roomy.

Would have given 0 if i could.. theres no point of having informed delivery of the mail carrier isnt giving you your mail

Fast,efficient and reliable

Go to drop off packages this morning and for some reason they arent accepting non paid postage. The guy behind the counter was rude and would only say theres a sign there was only myself and one other customer in the lobby and instead of trying to explain to us what exactly the deal was he just says theres a sign. Its not like he was doing anything other than just standing at the counter anyway.

I cant figure the carrier out, I put letters and packages out for pick-up and they seem to not be checking unless there is mail to be delivered. Why would I expect someone who makes crazy money holding a government job to do it correctly?

Terrible Place of business the man that was supposed to drop off my package that required a signature didnt even ring my doorbell so I go to this terrible place to pick up my package and I ask her if I can just pick it up after she finally decides to help me and she says no its still on the Carrier so I say OK can I go ahead and sign for it and just have it read delivered to my house so that I dont have to come backup here again as she repeated I dont have it its on the Carrier completely did not take the time to understand anything that I was asking her I was fully aware that she did not have my package but I was trying to sign for it there so he could leave it in the mailbox tomorrow and I wouldnt have to go backup there and deal with this terrible place by the way I dont know her name but she was wearing a plaid hat avoid her at all costs how this place stays in business I have no idea

My package was to be delivered today. Mailman didn’t even give any mail around our neighborhood yet drove straight through it. This is why i hate ordering things online

These people have no sense of urgency when theres an issue. No one believes in answering the phone because after numerous attempts of calling I walked in and literally watched all 3 emplyees in my sight ignore it.

Terrible service, the mailman assigned on routes from this location- awful ... mailmen running late, not deliviering packages or treating mail correctly, shoving it in box, knocking over trashcans not picking them up, not picking up mail from flagged boxes for 4 days consistently... Long lines at location, out of stock frequently.

When ever this female carrier delivers mail in my area. She damages packages and is too lazy to bring your certified mail to the door. She rather leave the notice in the box without even attempting to see if you are home. When did the post office started hiring lazy people like this .. it is ridiculous

They have lost my package and dont even answer the phones at the facility. Cant resolve an issue thats being ignored.
