Terrible. I had a package and received an email saying to pick it up. I show up and they cant find it. This happens frequently. And every time its out for delivery they say the package was unable to be delivered. Im a stay at home mom with no transportation, Im always home. Ive never once had this issue with USPS or UPS. This is just ridiculous. I hate that companies I order from use FedEx and to be honest they deserved zero stars but its not an option. Im a very dissatisfied and disappointed customer. Do better.

My package was recieved by FedEx at 7Am. My package contained a small harmless reptile. From 8AM till 3Pm tracking still showed in transit. Seeing as I couldnt get in touch with a human being at the physical hub I went up there and explained my issue.The worker at the desk was very polite,after she spoke with 3 people it turns out my package had been sitting in the back THE ENTIRE DAY!!!! Had not been scanned in,complete and utter carelessness!!!Thankfully,the contents of my package is fine but,I am not happy with FedEx currently.
Ive experienced 2 deliveries from FedEx saying package delivered on the date it supposed to be there but no package, security camera shows no driver at my front door, one package they found and delivered but still investigating my 2nd delivery, drivers need to take pictures showing proof delivery was made
Waiting for a package all day. The driver claimed delivery was attempted today, but I was home all day - camera showed no FedEx truck since 1231 yesterday. When I called Customer Service, the CS Agent Carlos said the driver would be contacted & delivery would be made today - NEVER happened.
The driver CLAIMED he tried to deliver my package. I made sure I was home all day and that our gate was open. UPS delivered to me earlier the same day and was able to get that big truck down the driveway. FedEx driver CLAIMS we had a “muddy driveway” and “the gate was only partially opened”. Neither one of those things are true. We have a concrete driveway and the gate was FULLY opened. I live an hour away from the Greenwood road location and I had to drive up there to get my package. When I got there the lady at the desk. Was extremely RUDE! FedEx is by far THE WORST SHIPPING COMPANY EVER!
The people are nice, but this whole business needs better communication
They work fast and do there best even with covid restrictions and only having one customer in at a time but they seemed even faster then before they really are doing well

Fed X delivers alot of packages to us all the time. Usually leaves it with no problem. But thus time didnt leave it. Went to center to pick up and very RUDE EMPLOYEE 😒.
Expected a package that required a signature so I made sure I stayed home to get it. I live at apartments so either it can be signed by the office or me. Tracking says they attempted to deliver and that they could not access the apartments. My office manager has multiple cameras and I let her know ahead of time that I was expecting a FedEx package. The driver never even came to the gate or the office and never left a door tag! How can an attempt be made but they didnt even come to the address??!
My package never arrived arrived at my house I had to go and pick it up cause the plane was late and they where really busy. I paid extra to have it shipped for a certain day.

I keep getting messages that delivery was attempted but I haven’t seen a FedEx truck yet. UPS and USPS have no problem finding my house. I’m glad Amazon doesn’t do business with FedEx anymore....
Was suppose to receive a Package today. I got the alert it was delivered to my address in Shreveport. I go to my door it isn’t there so I look and someone by the name of L L Barfield was allowed to sign and receive my package. I don’t know anyone by that name nor do they live with me. So the obvious thing is tht it was delivered to the wrong address. When I call fedex to ask all they tell me is sorry sir won’t be able to help you try and see if the company will reimburse you or send another package. Zero help what so ever can’t tell me where it was delivered or anything. So looks like I’m just out $60 all thanks to the incompetent worker/drivers with Fedex. I’ve had issues with UPS and USPS but never fedex that’s why I’ve always trusted them with packages cause I use to know I would receive them. Guess I put my faith in the wrong company.
If I could give 0 stars I would, multiple times now packages containing thousands of dollars worth of product for my business were delivered to the wrong address and the driver didnt even check the name of the person signing. The packages were delivered 6 streets away from the actual delivery address, house number and street name arent even close to the same. Its disgusting how these drivers just deliver to any address and dont care. And of course to people at fedex just say sorry and tell you to go see if those people have your package still. ..like why arent these drivers doing their job correctly, thats literally their whole job is to deliver packages to the correct house....
If I could I would give 0. I had a next day air shipment. Never got delivered. Status shows attempted delivery 10:46 am but don’t think they did attempt. If they did they should have door tag notice. And another thing driver they know Louisiana boardwalk Opens at 11 am then why they attempt at 10:46? And they reschedule for next day at 10:30 am. Those driver should have some common sense for next schedule. We paid high dollar for next day air on Thursday and it is Tuesday still don’t have shipment so what’s the point to pay extra for next day air???? They just blame everything due to COVID. What happens if they come in the store opening hour? If COVID is affecting that much then why don’t they just ground shipment so customer don’t get screwed. I saw another driver and asked bout my package he said driver should attempt twice and should have door tag, neither have done in my case. They should realize why customer paying extra for faster shipment. They don’t care how important it is. This is not first time this happen every time we have urgent and pay extra for next day air. Customer service is worst they just apologize and they just tell what we see on tracking status. If they can’t do anything then why the hell they have customer service? Worst service. I think they need better management. Very frustrating.
I clearly have directions on the fed ex app to leave my deliveries at my door but they never do! I’m sick of goin to pick up my packages because no one can follow simple directions

Driver was driving way too fast down the dead end street I live on. We are outside city limits and have pets looseGod help if there was a child trying to go across the road! There is no way they could have stopped the truck.

Extremely poor service and I live in a newly built home, in a new subdivision. They will not even attempt to find the address (keep in mind there have been several packages delivered here and I’ve been here a year now!) One package was literally thrown at the door. (Yes I have video of that)
I guess I will have to go up there and show up. Had to wear a certain uniform to command respect. Did not take long, they had driver return.

I was told my package was delivered at my house, (lie number 1) which I have video cameras. Driver never showed up but said that someone refused to sign for the package. Call to a supervisor by the name of JENNIFER and was told that the package couldn’t be Re-delivered because the driver said he came to the correct address(lie number 2). I was also told that they pulled the GPS and that the driver was at the correct address( lie number 3). Poor customer service and her supervisor will be getting a call from me. Wish I could give zero stars

I paid 55.00 to have my package delivered Today. And I stayed home All day to make sure I got my package, Not only did the Driver NEVER come down my street(I have video)NO I wasnt even given an email or text message notification until it was to late for me to even go to the office and get it.My business will take a HIT today. BUT WHO CARES RIGHT...
Driver said the delivery location was unsuitable... The driveway was busy, but there is a huge parking lot on the side... Would have required a few more steps, guess its too much to ask. Had to pickup packages myself at FedEx. Driver was there, late, .and did not even offer an apology or anything. Clearly couldnt care less about customers.
SHOCKER!! FedEx has failed to delivery my package once again. This time from AT&T. Your customer service call center is quite possibly the worst I have ever dealt with. How about rather than being a corporate bag of ass, you list the phone numbers for the actual FedEx location so that CUSTOMERS can actually solve their problems with EMPLOYEES? Or better yet, ensure your EMPLOYEES are actually doing their jobs, i.e. DELIVERING PACKAGES!!! Reading an address and driving to said address, and then placing a 2lb box at said address must be any incredibly arduous task. I realize that my opinion means nothing to a company as large as FedEx, your contractual commitments allow you to still earn money while being ultimately worthless.

The rating should be zero. The delivery person NEVER came to the door of my apartment and made no attempt but put a message saying an attempt was made. That was a LIE. It’s a “Stay at Home” order and I’m at home. I called this center and no one answered. They are not that busy to not answer a phone.

The lady working the Friday afternoon/evening shift had no since of urgency. It took me 45 minutes to pick up a package. There were two people in front of me doing the same thing.... Hire faster moving people. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Said delivery would be at here at 12. They came at 1045 and I wasnt here. Got home at 11 and they said they couldnt redeliver until Monday and I couldnt pick up the package until 3 this afternoon. They were completely unhelpful and unapologetic.

If I could leave 0 stars I would.I ordered a microwave via amazon (2 day shipping might I add)The first door tag I get on 10/26 says must be 21 years or older (show government id). I call, I am guaranteed it will not happen again.The second door tag I get on 10/27 says that the shipper requests signature. Basically sign and place on door to receive package. I follow the directions.The third door tag, 10/30, (placed on top of the signed second one mind you) says this was the final attempt.Last week I received a bed shipped through the bossier fedex express and not only was it delivered, but the delivery guy was nice enough to carry it to the second floor and place it at my door.Obviously, this is not an issue with fedex in general, but the shreveport store has not only lost my business, but I have contacted amazon as well as the company who shipped the microwave to explain the terrible service this location provides.Now, because someone, probably multiple people failed to do their job, you want me to wait until 6pm to drive over to pick up what should have been delivered to my home last week??? No. This is unacceptable. And I would go out on a limb to say that the management at this facility needs complete realignment.
Do you want to be called racist by an under educated lazy Fedex worker? Then come to this location and just ask for your packages, if the employee you receive doesnt want to work they just sit in their chair looking at you while calling you a racist till you leave because they literally are to lazy to get up to even welcome you.
The ladys here are terrible. If I could go somewhere else for express shipping I would! Take forever to assist you and just plain rude to customers.
