Ordered a product through a Lowe’s store in town. This trucking company delivered it completely destroyed. Had to order a replacement. Three weeks and still nothing.Why would Lowe’s, Home Depot or any other reputable retailer use a company like this? I will notifying Lowe’s that my company will no longer purchase building materials if they will be delivered by this company!

Absolutely God awful customer service. Claimed they delivered it on Friday after being unable to gain access to base, driver informed me my furniture would be sitting outside in a truck with enough rain out this last weekend to cause mold. I call in Monday and they tell me that theres nothing they can do, itll be delivered Tuesday and theyll get to it when they get to it, and Ill be fine. Thats from management. So I ask to speak with this ladys boss and she scoffs and says sure. The next gentleman said that driver is as dumb as a pile of rocks. And proceeded to apologize and tell me itll be sent out at some point Tuesday.
Quick and easy. Picked up my stuff and got back on the road.

I spoke with Gavin in the Shreveport office. I was inquiring about a narrower window of delivery so my customer in West Monroe could plan his day. Gavin went out of his way to call the driver on the route, give me a better idea of time it would be delivered and he would have the driver call my customer to let him know a better time when he was at the stop before my customers. Gavin, you are great. A true understanding of what Customer Service really is. I wish my company had people like you that understand the importance of our customers. Great Job!

This is the second time we have used this carrier to receive shipments. And there wont be a third. Both times weve had to go and pick the shipments up ourselves, after being told they would be delivered that day. Pre paid both times and got nothing. We have since asked our supplier to never use this company again. Too many good ones that actually care.
Friendly and helpful staff
One of the consistently horrible carriers I have ever worked with. Partial deliveries, extremely slow deliveries and repeated lies over the phone as to when products will be delivered. This is not just one delivery, but month, after month. We have changed our primary carrier now.
This carrier is a total nightmare. After my shipment went to the wrong address it was left there for days until they finally picked it back up. It then stayed on their dock for another day or two until it finally made it to my customer. The customer was very upset and I will be surprised if they ever do business with me again. I had to speak to many different people for more than a week to get this pallet from Longview, Tx. to Weatherford, Tx. a 3 hour drive up I-20. A mistake made is not the problem. It was the uncooperative attitude. No one would step up and fix the problem quickly and get the freight back on the proper course. UNBELIEVABLE!!! You will do yourself a favor by paying a little more and stay away from this carrier.
