The ladies in the office are very helpful and do there best to get you in and out in a timely manner.

The ladies in the Office Mary an Tina are absolutely outstanding an very helpful. The forklift guys are great at loading your truck in an out. Excellent place to haul loads out of make sure you dont sign in any earlier then 15 minutes before and youll be fine

Good experience for me I got there 25mins before appt time and was able to check in, the lady in the office was nice, you have to know exactly how many pieces your picking up and the exact weight to be able to check in. Go back to your truck and wait in line until the forklift guy comes and gets you, actual loading process was fast for skidded coils. I loaded up in their warehouse down the street to the north called “Roll & Hold Shreveport”

The ladies in shipping are courteous and helpful especially if you treat them with respect.

The woman that checks you in need to have an attitude adjustment. She was extremely rude and has no place in a customer environment. I have no idea of why she is like this but I think its because she was not hugged enough as a child or not giving enough love. Im sorry Ads but I will no longer be doing business with a company that hires people like this nor fixes the problem. I see in other reviews that the complaints are about the same woman.

The office lady is very nice

This place is a joke..the lady behind the window with her bathrobe on says I can’t check in until I have my safety glasses on. She’s very rude/no manners and has no place in the work environment. I will turn down every load from this place from now on. I have better things to do then have a 1pm appointment and sit around still waiting till 5 pm.

Horrible place to pick up. If you get there early because you got ahead of Schedule. Thay will not let you pick up no earlier than 30 min. Pryor to your Appointment . You might still have to wait anywhere from 1hr to 3hr wait to get loaded. So what good is the appt. So just a word of advice. Dont pick up here if you can find a load somewhere else. Because you will waste a lot of time here, and there not the friendliest people either.

So fare not cool.. Nobody in line yet theyre forcing me to wait for my pickup appointment time 🙄

Long wait time. The process of actually getting loaded was only about 15 minutes but it took them 2 hours after my appointment time to get pulled in. Fork lift driver that loaded me was extremely rude for no reason and I was nothing but polite and respectful to him during the entire loading process. Besides him though the rest of the employees were very kind and willing to help.

I pick up here all the time its a very safe place and clean and most of the people are wonderful.

Be prepared for a rude woeman if you are not wearing long sleeve shirt, pants, boots, hard hat,safety glasses and high visible vest.Youll need ur pickup number, weight of the load and number of pieces.

It sucks, they treat badly they do not meet the apoiment and in the office they do not speak to you
