Does not honor Goodyear Warranty also known as TSN. Had my tires installed at a Goodyear store in Thibodaux but moved up here last year. Needed a rotate and balance as per my installation package but this store will not honor the TSN (Tire Service Network) work as requested. I had my receipts and all but the owner said I do not do FREE work.

2 cars in so far and 2 cars out - they fixed my makes funny noise sound and found a problem I didnt even know I had and fixed it in less than an hour on one car...and took 2 hours to put new rotors, pads & inspection sticker on all 4 sides on another car - which was a long time and my fault cause I didnt know my lug nuts locked in and they had to get a special tool to remove them - everyone was polite, respectful and quick...and cost was not expensive it was very reasonable for everything.

I needed air in a tire, drove up to the shop, I was not greeted by any tire tech, when I got one of thems attention, he was rude, instead of politely asking or suggesting for to wait patiently while he worked on another customers tire, I left, we all deserve to be treated with respect. Good reviews can be manipulated by the employees!

Have tried to use tire crew multiple times for brakes & or balancing tires because they are so close to home but they act like they don’t want my business and want to charge me $40 PER tire just to balance when discount tire charges $61 to balance the whole set. This place is a joke!

They price matched another tire place. They mounted and balanced my tires for a good price. They were knowledgeable and accommodated my requests to not use an impact wrench to tighten my lugs (I’ve had issues with studs being stripped and being so tight I couldn’t loosen them), they used a torque wrench. They also didn’t balk when I asked them to balance the tires/wheels with my spacers on the machine. They discussed my alignment issue with me, explaining what the cause was and pointed out a legitimate brake rotor issue that is part of my typical maintenance. They didn’t generate any false sense of urgency surrounding any issues, nor did they try to up-sell me on anything.

Offer a full range of services. State of the art equipment with experienced technicians. The prices are comparable and the staff had great customer service skills. Most important, they wanted no time completing the repairs.

Got my tires balanced and rotated. Good service. Friendly staff. The service was reasonably priced and work done quickly. I was in and out in about 20 minutes.

Damaged my chrome rims down to the metal and claimed they were already damaged. What ever happened to integrity and professionalism. Tire rack recommended, I informed them of the damage done. Looks like bead breaker slipped and possibly wrong adapter on balancer or socket skipped off lug nuts. I have 42 years of mechanical maintenance experience and an A level Honda technician. Owner didnt even have the professionalism to call and discuss it.

Tire Crew is fantastic. I went to their website to check prices and found that I could save over $200 compared to the dealership. I filled out the online form requesting a quote and received a phone call before the end of the day confirming the purchase. This was at the beginning of the week. I set the appointment for the following Saturday morning.I arrived about 15 minutes early and they started work. My total drive time was longer than it took for the tires to be mounted.I will definitely go back when its time for more tires.

My grandpa had the worst experience here ! He pulled in for a inspection sticker the man said pull around back my grandpa told the guy he had his work trailer behind his truck that it would be hard for him to pull to the back but the man made him pull back there anyway then comes and says oh your windows are too tinted to get a sticker which they’re not ! As he is trying to leave the owner I guess flags him down saying you ran over two of my bushes and my grandpa says well your guy made me pull back there after I told him I couldn’t !The man says well your gonna go to hooglands not Walmart I don’t want no cheap bushes and your gonnna come back and plant them !!!! Just horrible to my grandpa !!!!! It was his workers fault !!!! Really want to talk the guy !

I was treated like a nobody and all i needed was a front tire break fixed by the time he was done checking my truck out the total was 1,362.51 I had just bought new break shoes and pads and a caliber but I was having problems with the front drivers side tire, he told me the pads was too big and thick that they were the wrong size ☹️ and they came from auto zone about two weeks old or less he said that they were worn out I don’t think they like Black people to much I’ll never go back

Horrible customer service, took my truck there for an alignment which has a brand new front suspension and they told they could warranty the alignment because they did not install the parts when I asked the difference between my and a brand new truck salesman got an attitude needless to say I took my truck to gateway and got an alignment with warranty and no hassle or problems
