I do not trust these people. We had them look at our van and they never got back with us for weeks. After calling multiple times we were told to stop bothering them. Eventually my mom was threatened by the owner (who goes to our church) because she had asked a pastor for advice on how to confront the issue. The owner told her to pick up her car before he scrapped it. We arrive only to find the engine in pieces all over the place which we were expected to pick up. Some of the worst customer experience Ive ever had to deal with.

Simply the worst experience I have ever dealt with when it comes to a body shop....I will never take my vehicle here again hell they can even paint my sons batman car... its too much to type but just know they not worth the 1 star I gave them.

Brocks was very curtious and walked me through everything that would be replaced on the vechicle. I would highly recommend them to my friends and co workers.

Constantly changed ready date. Car was picked up on a rainy day. Could not see the imperfections of paint job. I expected better from a top rated auto body repair shop

My 83 year old dad took his car to get minor repairs done and they stole his spare tire. They took his good spare tire off the rim and put an old one on in its place. They denied it. It was our word against theres. Makesure you remove all your valuables including your spare tire. Take pictures. We made a mistake for not taking pictures. BEWARE

I cant say nothing good about this place. Wish I can make time go back so I would have chosen another place to take my car. It took them over a month to fix my car . But after I picked up the the my horn was not plugged in, my front bumper never got a second coat in paint and my light where not working at all correct. They left my frame inside the car all bent and never fixed it. I would never recommend this place to anyone, not even to my worse enemy. Please look for a better place than this one.

If I had to option of no stars I would choose no stars. This place is the body shop I have ever used. This place took 2 months for my car to get repaired. After tons of phone calls on a daily basics and a letter from my attorney. I even got to a point where I wanted to get my car towed to another body shop in between the repairs because they kept tell me the part didnt come in or the wrong part came in for my vehicle. Im talking about every single time I called it was some sort of excuse. Nevermind I ran my rental over the $1500 limit and past 60 days of inconvenience I was put through. The manager even got upset with me for calling everyday and started to use foul language. Customers be aware of this place its not what you want to go through. This place should be called Crocks Collision.

Worst experience ever!!! Kept my car for over a month and way past the time promised. I also had to deal with an attitude from them as if I was to blame for their mistakes during the repair. In addition to that, I had to make several trips back because of my car not being properly repaired. I am so upset with myself for using this shop. My car is in worse condition than it was wrecked and still not totally fixed.

Poor workmanship cant stress to you how much you need to look at your car before picking it up not even worth one star
