I called the office to get a price to put headgaskets on a 1991 Chevy s 10 Im a mechanic myself but my job has me so busy I cant do the headgaskets they quoted me a price of 1500 to 2000 hell I didnt pay but 800 for the truck so Im talking some vacationing time and doing it myself the parts didnt cost but 96.00 all togeter with my commercial account

I asked the owner for an estimate to install my feul pump and strainer on my 1990 Geo Prism. I told him I had it diagnosed by Pines Rd Exxon for $80.00. He wouldnt even give me a price. He just said, Im not your guy. Very rude. He must have been ashamed of his high prices to not even give me a price to install my fuel pump.

Good service but if your on a budget this is not the place to go pretty high on prices.

Had my inspection sticker done here not much room to maneuver vehicles around in space provided. Ask for an estimate on on an upcoming maintenance I would be needing done to my vehicle & it was given verbally. Due to the estimate I purchased my own parts & was going to go with an individual. However, the individual decided they didnt want to tackle the task. Called them back today to see what they were going to charge again. When I was answered the gentleman was a bit sarcastic & treated me like I didnt get the right parts. I may be a woman but DEFINITELY no idiot. WILL NEVER EVEN WASTE AS MUCH AS A PHONE CALL HERE EVER AGAIN!

These guys are good. Had a tough fix. They did it! They worked with my teenage son and were the most professional. Made sure I knew what they had done when we picked up/ paid for the truck. Paid a lot of money. I am happy/thrilled with the results. Will be a repeat customer!

Had my 09 Ford Taurus tuned-up here. They changed the spark plugs and filters. It cost me $1,200.00. And they just used a low cost spark plugs not the platinum ones. Will not be coming back here.

I will never go back here again. If your a female or black they will try to get over on you, talk to you like you know nothing, and wont work with you even after talking to them. Give you higher prices for service with cheap parts. Way too many good places to go in town. This sure the hell isnt one of them.

Im from out of state and had issues with my oil leaking. Turns out my plug had completely fallen out and all my oil was gone. These guys were fast, friendly, and above all - honest! They could have taken advantage of my situation, but didnt. If anyone in the Shreveport area needs auto work, this place should be your first one to go to.

Not honest people, well at least the guy I dealt with.took car in for them to fix it and they did not, they charged me anyway and did not install the new part that I brought to them. They told me that it was something else causing the problem. Got home looked under the hood and the old part was on the car and my new part was in the box inside my car AND THE GUY TOLD ME THE NEW PART WAS INSTALLED..WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK AND WILL TELL EVERYONE ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM...NOT A COMFORTABLE ATMOSPHERE EITHER .RIP OFF!!!!!!!

Not very busy at all only needed oil change and plug change with wires and it took them nine days and told me it would only take one day so that left me without my vehicle for a extra days costing me lots of money

This place is a joke they refused to give my 66 year old grandmother an inspection sticker claiming they couldnt do it because her window didnt roll down when the Louisiana inspection sticker requirements say nothing about working Windows only that visibility must be 25% they turned her away because she wanted to purchase a one-year inspection sticker instead of a 2-year the money wasnt in it for them so they declined
