I first found this place looking for a specific type of battery. Now I bring my car here almost exclusively. Theyre honest mechanics and they do good work - and if something isnt quite right, theyll make it right. If youre tired of dealerships and big-name shops milking you, bring your car to O.R.s. They dont service Subarus or German brands, but my Honda Accord always comes out happy and that means I do, too.

My husband used ORs for years prior to us ever meeting and I too am now a life-long customer. I don’t have to go there often, but when we do, I don’t mind giving them my money because we trust them. There have been instances where they could have charged a lot more for unnecessary work, but they didn’t and are always honest. That’s hard to find in a mechanic!Locally run and makes you feel like family. They are reasonably priced, get things fixed quickly and efficiently, and give you peace of mind with any repairs. Whatever they are doing, they do it well. It’s nice knowing exactly where to take our vehicles without hesitation.

Great job on my vehicle

Used them to get an alternator repaired a few years back. Was pretty quick. Only giving 3 stars because it seems like its a bit pricier than other mechanics/repair shops for similar service.

Mr. Ross and his team are phenomenal. They have definitely earned my business. I am a customer for life! :) From the initial quote process, to the ease of making an appointment for me to bring my car for repairs. I called 6 auto repair shops and O.R.S. was the only company I felt comfortable with making the repairs to my car. Im a tough cookie!!! So its hard to please me in some instances. But I was able to let my hair down, and have good faith with O.R.S.The repairs I needed were to have my Valve Cover Gaskets fixed on my beautiful love Ruby! Shes a2011 Chevy Impala!!Thanks to Mr. Ross and his team!And a special thank you to the mechanic who made the repairs! ;)
