FYI This location does not issue International Driver’s Permits anymore. I didn’t realize that not all branches offered the same services. I wish there were a way on the website to tell. You need to go to the Baton Rouge office as I was told by the representative in the office (who was a bit curt as though I disturbed him by coming in and didn’t seem like he was going to tell me my other options for going about getting the IDP until I asked). I understand it can get annoying if people come in with the same requests, and you have a job to do, but some of us have to come a long distance to get to these branches.

Feel cheated they told me one thing to get me outthere .

I have been with AAA for 3 years I called and tried to add a vehicle to my policy the guy was extremely rude It took 7 phone calls to get someone to answer the phone More to the story I am not worried about it I cant talk my policy with AAA dont waste your TIME

Service was great, got 4 wheel alignment. Wait was reasonable, about one hour. Staff was courteous and informative.
