In Covid times, things are weird, but this guy goes above and beyond to make you at ease with quality service and a spirit that makes you happy to do business with them. Not the level of professionalism and customer service that I have come to expect from the Holmes Auto Group. Ive owned a Honda for many years and their service and professionalism is far superior to that of Volvo. Went in for general maintenance and Auto Butler application and it was mediocre at best. They rotated my tires but didnt ensure all 4 tires had the same air pressure. When I got home some had 30lbs some had 40lbs and none of them were equal to one another..therefore causing my car to not drive in what I would consider a safe manner and made my car wobbly and unsteady feeling..the best way I can describe that. Auto Butler was done substandard and they didnt even clean the inside of my car like Honda always did. Seems I bought a more expensive car and am treated poorly compared to a less expensive car where you are treated with the highest level of customer care. I will probably never buy another Volvo from Holmes Volvo unless the service center and customer service becomes better. The service writer, Natalie was nice. So this has nothing to do with her.

Last Thursday my 3 year old accidentally privately locked my trunk and glove box on my new xc90. I drove to the dealership for help and was told they had no clue how to unlock it. The app specifically states to go to the dealer to unlock if it’s locked with a code. I was told that they would contact a local rep and call me back. I called back later that day and was told sorry we haven’t heard anything. I needed to get into my glove box so I called the Volvo on call and the lady told me the dealership should have handled this. She was able to unlock my car in under 5 minutes. It is now Tuesday and no one has called me! I am so disappointed with the level of customer service I have received. I will probably not buy another car from here if this is the service you get. They provided zero help and have not even called me! If it wasn’t for the sweet lady at the on call department I would still be locked out of trunk and glove box. This is completely unacceptable in my opinion.

I received a letter in the mail signed by Aaron Cosby letting me know my 2018 S90 lease was about to be up so I called him immediately. The phone call was quick - I told him I wanted the same car but this time I wanted the S60 because the S90 was a big car that I really did not need. I told him what I wanted my car note payment to be each month. Aaron said he could have me in a new car by the next day. We hung up- he called me back within 10 minutes after he did some number crunching and asked me what time I could come by to pick it up. Within 16 hours from the first phone conversation Aaron had me exactly what I asked for —a brand new S60 identical to my S90 and a note I could live with (saved a bunch of money). My car was ready for pick up as I signed the papers with F&I manager, Chris Turner. Chris listened to what I wanted (tire and wheel) he did not try to pressure me to buy anything else. Both Aaron and Chris were very professional and I felt like they had my best interest in mind. I love my new car and as the jingle says, Holmes is my Auto family! Waste of time! My husband sat in the lobby for over 2 hours without ANY acknowledgement. Salesman CLAIM he didn’t see my husband waiting just to tell us he saw him but was busy! I set out to buy a new vehicle. I didn’t need one, I just wanted one. So I took my time. Whereas most dealerships didn’t want to deal with a person taking their time, Holmes allowed me to test drive and speak to sales associates about a number of vehicles over a few different trips to Holmes. I test drove the F-Pace, XE, XJ, GLE with Kris Lucas and although they were all nice vehicles, they weren’t the one for me.Then I saw the Volvo and asked many questions and test drove the S60, S90, XC 60 and XC 90. Kris turned me over to Kevin, who terrifically helped me from there. They are all amazing cars and Kevin Brueckner was their along the way, answering every question and making sure I got just the right color for my car. I chose the XC 60 but I had trouble choosing a color. He helped me and walked me around to see each color multiple times and could not have been a better sales associate. He answered every question with detail and superb knowledge of the vehicle and the brand.After choosing the XC 60, I wanted to design out the car myself. Kevin and Kris both helped me out to design it just the way I wanted with every feature that I asked about and wanted to include. As the car was made and shipped to Holmes, they answered every question and helped me get settled into the financial and warranty add-ons as well. In the end, my new XC 60 is everything I wanted and the service could not have been more stellar.This is one happy Volvo driver today because of Kevin Brueckner and Kris Lucas. The worst service department of any dealership I have experienced. Never less than 4 hours for an oil change. First of the day Appointment and still can’t get your car out in less than 4 hours. The management has no concern for customer complaints either. Never buy from these people.
