This is absolutely not the place to bring your vehicle. I am a seventeen year old female paying for everything myself. I have two jobs. I brought them my vehicle exactly a month and three days ago. It still is not done. Everytime they give me a date to come pick my car up I get all the way up there because they don’t answer the phone, and they tell me “oh it’s not ready today. Come back on this day” and each day they tell me to come back it’s still not ready. They are still making me pay full price. MIND YOU I AM SEVENTEEN WITH TWO JOBS PAYING FOR THIS MYSELF! They are making me pay full price and yet my car still isn’t done. I came yesterday and they guaranteed me that it would be done today and I came IN BETWEEN MY JOBS to pick it up, and it’s not done. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE TO BRING YOUR VEHICLE!!! They don’t call you when something changes!!! Nor do they answer when you call to check on your car!! I am a very patient person, but this is absolutely ridiculous. I have never experienced anything like this ever. They are rude and always seem to be clueless when asked about the delay. Please do not waste your money or your time on this so call “business”.Seeing as to I brought my car to them because of the five star ratings...... I am completely not satisfied. I honestly wish I could do this all over and choose somebody else because this is a HORRIBLE experience. If there were an option for Zero stars, I’d definitely choose that

I really liked the manners and non-rushing attitude here. They were very straightforward but it was also obvious that they are not interested in doing unnecessary work to make an extra buck. They were very adamant about proper maintenance to prevent the need to rebuild or replace. It`s all about preventative care...now if only our government thought this way about healthcare!
