I WOULD GIVE IT- MINUS- Stars if possible, my experience with both front desk receptionist to the mechanic himself was one that I have to sadly say was absolutely horrific, I was literally threatened, I was flat out lied to, I was YELLED AT LITERALLY AT THE TOP OF HER LUNGS BY RECEPTIONIST WHILE BOTH MEN MECHANICS STOOD AS IF BACK UP, TO TOP OFF THE UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WAS THEN CHARGED WAY MORE THAN WAS QUOTED, NEVER CALLED TO AUTHORIZE ANY WORK AS PROMISED, WAS TOLD JOB WOULD BE COMPLETE WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY EVENING VEHICLE HAS STILL NEVER EVEN BEEN TOUCHED, GOT VEHICLE TOWED TO SHOP MONDAY EVENING & HAVE TIME STAMPED PHOTO TO PROVE IT BUT WAS TOLD MY VEHICLE DIDNT EVEN ARRIVE UNTIL WEDNESDAY, IT IS SERVICE THAT I COULD MOST DEFINITELY NOT ONLY SUE THEM FOR BUT COULD HAVE ONE OF THEM ACTUALLY ARRESTED FOR PHYSICALLY THREATENING ME, PLEASE BELIEVE WHAT I AM SAYING TO YOU ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED TO ME WITH THEM BECAUSE IT TRULY WAS A VERY DIFFICULT & HURTFUL EXPERIENCE TO HAVE TO GO THRU & THEN BE STILL LEFT WITH TRYING TO FIGURE OUT EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED & HOW EVERYTHING WENT SO WRONG,IT WAS TRULY A TERRIBLE THING . Fairfield automotive was awesome a lot less than I expected to pay.I had a secondary issue that they were able to take care of for around a hundred bucks. when they could have told me I had to replace more parts they didnt. They were able to repair it for hundreds less than I would have paid elsewhere.

Who takes care of you on New Years Eve when everyone else is closed or closing? Fairfield Auto was open after closing hours so I could pick up my car. I highly recommend this business! I was recently rear ended while traveling through Shreveport on my way home to Texas. The car was making a lot of noise and I was concerned it might not be safe to drive. I called several auto service shops and they were all closed for the day. When I called Fairfield they just happened to be working late and gave me directions to get there just a couple miles down the road. The mechanic filled my power steering fluid and kindly sent us on our way. He was in the middle of trying to finish a job for another waiting customer and yet took time for a couple older ladies who were a bit shaken from the accident and unfamiliar area. We so appreciate the kindness of a stranger to another stranger. We dont believe in coincidences and we know that God directed us to this man. Im sorry I forgot to ask his name but God knows who he is. Well pray for him and his business. There are still good Samaritans out there. Thank you Fairfield Automotive!!

Jim was super helpful when my car broke down while I was traveling through town. He gave me an honest assessment of what went wrong and didn’t charge me for anything beyond the parts and a few hours of labor even though he worked overtime on the weekend to get me back on the road. Great service and I can’t recommend highly enough!
