Today we had an appointment with Mr. Eckles. He was busy (which is completely understandable). We had the pleasure of sitting with Fredericka. She took care of us. She went through our policy and updated needed information. She was very, very thorough and had a wonderful personality!! She also told us about opportunities that this StateFarm location was having in the upcoming weeks. 10/10
