I just bought a new home and was looking for homeowners insurance. I went into Farm Bureau and they were able to bundle my homeowners and car insurance for a very reasonable price.

Horrible horrible customer service. Ill-mannered, inconsiderate, unprofessional, unorganized, and disrespectful. I wouldn’t waste my time or money. The secretaries are clueless. The agents are never in office. The manager takes weeks to get back to you and is impatient with customers. The state office is just as terrible and unprofessional. I was with this company four months before I ever spoke to my agent.
