Every time I need anything, Nora Brooks and her team are always there for me. I always leave the office or get off the phone with my questions answered. Yesterday, however, was exceptional! My car broke down so I naturally called Roadside Assistance. 100 degree temperatures, 6 Hours of waiting, on and off of the phone with customer service… but NO tow truck 🤷‍♀️… and no one could contact the towing company. So out of shear desperation I called Tiffany Davis at State Farm and she was a life saver! With in about an hour she had Twin Cities towing there to rescue me! Everyone at Nora Brooks office is always professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and helpful but yesterday Tiffany went above and beyond the call of duty and I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart ! Thank you!
