I strongly recommend Ray for your services. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He actually took the time to educate my wife and myself on our unit and how it is suppose to work. He also explained our options and was very patent throughout our questioning. I cant stress enough how valuable the info that was given on care and capability of our ac unit. Had an issue with our AC late Sunday night. Southern Heating and Air were very responsive and quick to send a technician. Our technician called to let us know he was on his way and gave an exact time he should be arriving in our driveway. As soon as he arrived and we explained the problem and he immediately had a solution. James was our technician and he was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He genuinely wanted to get the issue resolved quickly and professionally so that our house would be cool. I would highly recommend Southern Heating and Air and especially James!

It was a main line sewer clog, it was amazing service. It was fixed in in only a couple of hours, from calling. I could not be happier!

I got my inside and outside unit fron southern air. In buying in unit I received 10 year part and mainance 5 year labor. This year my air need repair instead of just paying for the labor only like the contract states. I paid over a $1100.00 for one hour of work for the work they did. Which they charged me for a warranty that I already have. Ordering picking up parts returning the old condenser coil, freon adding the freon . I did check the going rate and it was at the most $800.00 and l paid $400.00 more then that. So no I am not happy with Southern air

Mike came by on a Saturday afternoon and fixed a blown fuse. He was very personable and professional and he was kind to our two little boys. We were pleased with the response time on a Saturday and it was an added bonus that the service was under warranty and there was no charge!

After getting off work, I get home around 6PM to find our AC had quit working. My outdoor AC unit quit working, so of course I was frustrated. Southern Air. Was recommended by a friend, but I honestly didn’t think anyone would come out today, let alone within 30 minutes of me placing the call. Tommy came out and was the best case scenario for my situation. He walked me through the entire repair process, the different payment options, and more importantly he was highly professional. He was very friendly and had no problems with not only answering my questions, but giving explanations behind everything. I am now a member of their service plan because of him, and will only be requesting him for further maintenance. I dont know if anyone will actually read this, but thank you Southern Air!I hope the rest of your team members are as good of a representation as Tommy!

Our house air condition was running weak, I called Southern Air at around 6:00 p.m. then Deen Williamson the service technician came. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and explained to us the process and what to do in our air condition. He helped us the best that he could. We definitely recommend Southern Air and technician Deen for any AC services.

I have to say WOW. I had been asking around and trying to find a company to service my home A/C and got met with a mixed bag of recommendations. I went online and Googled top-rated A/C companies near me and Southern Air was the first choice. Google even has a deal to where if the work isnt done right, theyll reimburse you. I figured ok. All of the reviews were good, so I decided to go with them. Southern Air was top-notch from the start. They texted me and my wife to confirm the appointment and they texted me again the day before to get me to confirm again. The day of the appointment they texted us to let us know that Deen was on the way and even sent a picture of Deen along with his rating. Deen then called me and let me know that he was on the way to my house. He got here when he said he would and in the time frame they had originally alotted for me. Deen was beyond professional and knowledgeable. He answered every question I had in detail and showed me the how and why of my unit. He was patient with my questions and very courteous. He did not try to pressure me into a service agreement, but I decided to go ahead and sign up for the yearly agreement because Deen is an example of what a technician should be. He was professional and honest, and that is what people want. If Deen is the kind of person that represents Southern Air then they have earned a customer for life. I will highly recommend them. Theyve earned my repeated business.

We thought we had an AC duct leak, turns out it was from our roof. Ray came out and did a thorough investigation of all the duct work and piping to be sure nothing was leaking. My only complaint is that when speaking to the reception when I first called to schedule, they said it would be a $79 service fee. But didn’t mention that they also had another fee on top of that per hour, just to diagnose a problem. I would’ve been fine if she just had explained that originally. They ended up just signing us up for a spring and fall maintenance check for the same price. So that was good atleast. Overall experience was great with Ray.

We bought a new unit to replace an old one approximately 3 years ago.After that, we signed a contract for maintenance. Every time we call they are very diligent sending out a technician. Today we have our Winter Maintenance with Deen Williamson for the very first time. He showed on time, very diligent wearing his mask and shoe covers. This service technician has an impressive and outstanding knowledge of what hes doing and it is evident on his performance.Very customer service oriented, courteous and friendly. I got the feeling he loves his job, and loves what he does. He is really an asset for this company.
