Aire Serv was fantastic to work with! We woke up on a Saturday morning with no AC and we have a two month old baby. They were able to get us on schedule same day and even arrived an hour earlier than the original appointment time. The technician, Brandon, was very professional and helpful. Hopefully we don’t need any more repairs to our unit, but if we do we will definitely call them again.

Ive used this company for 6-8 years. 6 months ago, they installed a new HVAC system and re-worked my duct system. Honestly, these people are the BEST Ive ever used, and Ive owned various homes for nearly 40 years. The installation was done extremely well. Other trades-people have commented to me about what a great job Aire Serv did on it. Routine maintenance is done on time. Both the installation crew and the maintenance people have been courteous, friendly, on time, professional, efficient and seemingly just REALLY good people. Im scrupulously honest about recommendations and this company is HIGHLY recommended.

My heating system on my trane 1400 XL needed repair. Aire Serve was assigned the job by my warranty. Davis Goodson was my tech/installer. He was very prompt and advise d me it would take about 2-3 hours to complete the install. He was very personable. He had a wealth of knowledge and advised me about my system. Weve been using Air Serv of Shreveport for years now. Today for our spring maintenance I had the pleasure of meeting tech Brandon. When I say Brandon gives gold star service -what I mean is gold star, sprinkled with diamonds, wrapped in platinum, and set in titanium! This is an outstanding company who has always sent out the best techs, who explain what theyre doing and why and are clean and personable. Brandon just stands out as the most incredible service tech of any kind that I have had for any home service.

Excellent service! Very Professional...exceeded expectations!My air conditioner went out and we contacted AireServ. A representative came out the same day and determined the problem. It was determined that the system was leaking antifreeze and the coil may need to be replaced. The following Monday Andrew came out and presented options available to us. He was very thorough and professional. We opted for a new unit. He and his team were great. We couldn’t be more pleased at the service rendered. I highly recommend this company.

Technician was at my home within an hour of my call and it was after hours. Unit was unrepairable. Sales person came out the next day to decide what new unit I needed. Within an hour after he left they arrived with 2 window units, free of charge, for me to use until my new unit could be installed . New unit was installed within 3 days. Installation team was very professional and efficient. My new Lennox is working great!

My home warranty company assigned my claim to this company to resolve my A/C issues. The first technician that came out was great, wonderful customer service, but before leaving charged me an additional $40 dollars at the end of my appointment. This issue, regarding my payment, was not resolved until the next day when I learned I would be mailed a check for this mistake & still my A/C issues were not resolved. The second technician that came did not seem to have any knowledge on what to do resolve my issue and stated he would return to check my freon in my unit. Then I learned my claim was closed with their office due to air filter impaction. The customer service I received was horrible. The OWNER, supposedly, was very rude. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone that wants any issues resolved with an A/C or heating issues. Even the dispatcher was short-tempered and disconnected the call after supposedly contacting the OWNER for me to speak with. This was just a simple miscommunication issue but when rudeness and an inability to put your PAYING CUSTOMERS first comes into play, this can create a negative situation for a customer. Do yourself a favor and find another company, please.

On 12/13/19 Tech Steven McCarty came to perform my winter inspection due on my contract with Aire-Serv. I think that was the most complete inspection I’ve ever received for this unit itself but Steven actually went to every vent to measure the heat coming from each and also if there was any carbon monoxide being emitted. He taught me some stuff I had never known about how the heater works and safety items in the unit. I have a feeling Steven is going to be in high demand for his professionalism, knowledge and customer service. I know they are all good workers at Aire-Serv, but sometimes-as we all know- the stars shine brighter. Steve shines bright. I hope he comes to perform any service you need on your air conditioning unit. I’m sure you will also be impressed.

I have had a long relationship with Aire Serv and they are great people. This last time was, however, a problem. I had a tech out to diagnose a problem and after he looked everything over he found what he thought was the problem. A new filter was put in and I thought that would take care of it. Within a few weeks, the problem, was back. I called them again and the same tech returned. Found no problem and said he wasnt going to bill me a couple of day later I got a bill in the mail. I called and talked to Shelly and then Kevin explained my frustration and they waived the bill, sent a different technician out and he determined the problem. They again waived the bill. I had to call a plumber to resolved the situation with the A/C. It seems to be all repaired as no problem in well over a month. I will use them again. They do want your business, and will hard to earn it.

This is my second time using Aire Serv and the service was just as great as it was before. The techs are extremely nice and professional, and most importantly, on time.

Im a single female and I always feel like Im being taken advantage of when it comes to repairs, I have an older unit that has been worked on by shady companies who try to stage the job to pressure me into buying a new unit. I used this company for the first time to replace a fan motor on the outside unit, the young man got the unit up and running and never mentioned I need a replacement. Yeah I know I have an older unit, but I called for repairs and when they cant be done anymore Ill look into a new one. Thanks Aire Serv.

Had air conditioning problems for years, being told I had a flow problem. New systems same results, hot house and high electric bill. Called Aire Serv of Shreveport. They came out looked at my old system gave me an estimate on what it would take to cool my house. We arranged a time to have the new system installed, they came out and installed the system. Their employees are very clean, they respect you and your property and no messes when they were done. Now three years later my house is the coolest it ever was before I found Aire Serv of Shreveport. Moms air conditioner installation has been working great for the last couple of years since Aire Serv of Shreveport installed her new system. We could not be happier.

Our ac went out during the night on a holiday weekend. After getting in touch with Posten, the on-call technician was at my house within 30 minutes of my call and diagnosed the problem(compressor). The guys were here promptly to repair the ac unit. This company absolutely treats you like family. Their service is more than professional. Its personal!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Labor for 1 hour and 40 min job was $450. They stated that included a 1 hour and 15 min trip to the supply house to pick up duct wrap. I told them before they came what I needed done. Should have brought the needed supplies and not charged the customer for this time. Very unprofessional.Security system has them arriving at 10:05 and leaving at 10:30. Arrived back at 12:15 and left at 1:30. They did not give me a cost estimate before starting their work. Had they told me before hand that I would have to pay two employees for their trip to the supply house I would have not done business with these people. Just shows how unprofessional these people are.

This company also goes by the name Poston AC.This business consists of Kevin and his wife, Shelly. They came out to determine what needed to be done to fix an AC unit. They quoted that it would cost $2100 to replace a compressor (which is currently about 10-20% higher rate than their competitors). Several weeks later, a bill was received for $69 diagnostic fee with a bill due date listed as only 1 week after the service date.I have never worked with any other company who charged a fee to come out to assess what work needed to be done.When I called their office to clarify, Shelly was extremely rude and simply stated, thats how much we charge, its ONLY $69.Take your business elsewhere to someone with better customer service and better communication.

One of the absolutely worst companies to deal with. The guy came out to repair the system. I asked him was the heat and the air conditioning repaired he said yes, when I called back the owner of the company told me I was crazy for thinking that his guy would fix both and thats not his problem.Bottom line this is a low budget company that tries to squeeze its customers out of every dime it cans *DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*

Our AC went out around 11pm on a Sat night, we had a friend who does HVAC come diagnose the issue, but he didnt have the part (capacitor), and couldnt get one until store opened Monday.After calling no less than 8 local 24 Hr HVAC companies, Poston/AireServ called back and said they could come out, by then it was around 1am.When its over 80 degrees in your house, with seniors or children, you are willing to pay the price to get someone out.Reading AireServs website, I was relieved there wouldnt be any after-hours charge. It would be a $89 diagnostic fee, and then you can make a decision on the cost and repairs involved.On arrival, I informed the tech the capacitor was bad, he verified this with his meter, grabbed one out of the van, and installed. 10 mins later the AC roared back to life, and tech mentioned Freon levels needed top off. I went inside to check vents, and indeed they were finally blowing cold.When I came outside, the tech had gotten his Freon kit, and I asked how much the bill was so far, he said $302. I said we are going to pass on Freon. He kept walking back towards our AC unit and I repeated myself again. He kneeled down to Freon fill valve and I asked if he was filling it for free, he replied No.I told him I had multiple recording devices on my property and had refused this additional service twice, and would not consent to it. He finally stopped and put his Freon kit away, made some notes on his tablet, and came inside for payment.4 stars because when NO-ONE else could come at midnight on Saturday, Poston answered my call. It would of been a 5 star review had the tech not made me point out he was being recorded and I refused additional service. The billing was off as well, The $210 part, is $28 available online at many stores. Sure they have a business to run, but dont hide the service call fee into the part cost. Give it to the customer straight.I would rather a bill that said $100 after hours fee, than a $210 line item for a part that is less than $30.I would use them again, but would require upfront pricing before work begins, as their website says should happen.
