The Team that works here is amazing and nice and follow cdc guidelines they have amazing doctors who think outside of the box. The ENTIRE TEAM is a A team. They got the right people in there that flow together in their work environment. If you want compassion and understanding and a smart doctor then this is the place for you. Clean environment and they treat everyone fairly. A true way a Urgent Care should be ran.

I have been to this urgent care before and it was ok. My visit yesterday was ok until I was examined by the PA I will not mention her by name. I will be taking that information to upper level management. Too say that my visit was unpleasant would be an understatement.

The facility is beautiful and the staff are super friendly. We were in and out in about 20 minutes from checking in to test results in hand. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Pre surgery COVID-19 test

I had my first experience at this location and it was unpleasant. I scheduled an appointment for a COVID test and wanted an antibody test as well. I was advised that 5 days was not long enough since exposure for a test (frustrating this is not made clear on their site when scheduling, but fine). I then asked if I could have an antibody test and the method the (I assume doctor) chose to communicate with me was by overhearing my conversation with the staff and talking to me from 40 feet away at the nurse station through her mask where I could hardly hear. It was rude, frustrating and difficult to understand what she was saying. Additionally, her comments felt dismissive. If the location offers antibody testing, I have valid insurance, appear to be the only person present and made an appointment ahead, why did I leave without any services that I was asking for? Extremely frustrating.

I felt like everyone was very covid safe, but mostly I felt very taken care of. Everyone in the office was super friendly and warm and welcoming. I will be coming back if I have any emergencies

Walked in, was immediately yelled at and told to leave because they were on lunch. No where online or at the door did it say when theyd be on lunch. Horrible experience for someone in pain and suffering.

Staff was super helpful and nice.I had fallen off my mountain bike on a trail and had a stick go through my calf. I was driven in and dropped off without an appointment and they got me in right away.Super easy to get checked in.I would recommend to friends and family no problem.

Both PAs were knowledgeable and efficient. The MA was very helpful during my check in and checking out. Only negative was that I received the text about the correct check in procedure after my appointment, and I walked in instead of calling first. It might help 1st time visitors if the instructions before entering were posted on the door of the clinic.

I felt safe and comfortable getting my COVID test for travel.

I walked in this facility the other day incredibly sick; barely able to stand up or talk. The lady at the counter was very helpful getting me checked in and assisting me with the paperwork. They took me back to the room to be in a more comfortable area while I waited for the staff to be able to see me (probably due to me vomiting in the lounge area...). The gentleman there was very thoughtful and patient with me during vitals and questioning. Still sick, which was unpleasant for him Im sure, he managed to be nice and comforting throughout the process. When the physician saw me, she too was very caring. She got me medicine to stop the vomiting and let me lay down in the room until it kicked in and I felt well enough to stand up. I was probably there for a good two hours, which is some indication of how incredibly hospitable they all were towards me. Especially considering how little I was able to do for myself.I know everyone has different experiences walking into a medical office, but this one really stood up above the rest because of how I was treated in my time of need. I wish I knew all of their names to thank them individually, but I wasnt exactly in the right frame of mind to recall said information during my visit. If anything, I hope they know how much I appreciate all of them for the care they extended to me.

I do not recommend taking children here. We took our 2 year old daughter in who had a fever for almost a week and her cough was getting worse (new years day, so her doctor wasnt available) The doctor suggested we “wait to see if she could kick it on her own”, no antibiotics, no meds, nothing. The only thing they did was swan for the flu. Took her to her primary care doctor the next day, her O2 stats were between 93-94 and she ended up having pneumonia and RSV and after a very basic examination was clearly in some kind of respiratory distress. Not trying to talk poorly about the doctors that work here but they may not be used to treating small children. Disappointed with the amount of, or lack there of, care that we spent our hard earned money on at this facility.

I was happy to find a bright new well-equipped emergency care right near the new Wal-Mart in Sherwood. Open till 8PM and not another soul there both times i went. Theyre Legacy and they have a couple of good apps for your phone too...they take OHP no money out of pocket.The staff was competent and friendly and also helpful the NEXT day when I came back to ask them to take another quick peek at my injury since we were watching for infection and I was worried. That was just an hour before closing and i thought they were good sports about it.

Jordan the PA was so good at listening to me when I was having a panic attack in his office. (Doctors scare me) and he let me lay down and talk to him for a few minutes before we continued the visit. He gave me the option of “treatment” and also asked me if I had any questions a few times during the visit. He was so calm and collected it help me put my trust in him. He will never know how grateful I am he was there tonight. Thank you so much . I highly reccomend this urgent care.

Excellent attention to detail. Reviewed my medical history before entering the room, which is something their competitor has failed to do even when in the room with me. Knowledgeable answers to my questions and advising me on treatment. Proactive in considering my needs to a full recovery and returning to work.

As much as I LOVED the beautiful facility I LOVED the staff even more. They were professional, caring and fast. OH!!! ALSO I really liked checking in remotely from my phone. Walking in, there is a way to see the wait time on the reader board and check in digitally as well. WONDERFUL. I will be back as Im certain this is my new emergency clinic for my whole family. I came here after visiting 2 other urgent care centers and I could immediately tell the difference. All of the personnel were extremely welcoming and when it came time for my visit, I felt like they actually listened to my concerns and cared about them. I really appreciate how they asked many questions to get a better understanding of my health concerns. They were all very prompt with any test results and thoroughly reviewed everything me, answering any questions along the way. Despite being ill, this was the best healthcare visit Ive experienced and would highly recommend this facility as an urgent care option.

I stopped in 45 minutes prior to closing. Everything was fine as I have gone here before...flu...excellent sevice.However, this time the PA did not even come within two feet of me...she did not wash her hands...did not introduce herself to me....looked inside my mouth with a light from two feet away...ok..I get you antibiotics I was seen..No exam, no gloves....I felt like I had leprosy....she did not even hand me the paperwork...she placed it on the counter and walked out...so very incredibly strange.I most likely will go back however not if this same female PA is there...very poor exam, demeanor and service. Not the usual at this location.

The care was good. But don’t trust staff on your insurance coverage. They give you false hope that your insurance actually is covered and then you end up getting stuck with a large bill! Communicating with the billing department is a joke as no one can resolve your issue and even if you try talk to a supervisor they are never available and don’t return messages, I have not had it returned in over 1.5 weeks. We have called 6 times with no resolution and not once talking to a manager/supervisor.I wished I could give a better review because the medical team staff was nice, gave good care, and followed up with a call after... but they want your money!

Corbin was a rock star. He is the sort of person you want caring for you when you dont feel well. He was thorough, empathetic, and accurate in his assessment of my illness. He called me in the hospital to check up on me and to make sure I was doing ok. I wont ever go anywhere else for urgent care needs.

If I could give no stars I would. Took my son to have an infection in his ear taken care of. I paid my co-pay and then they couldnt fix it and sent me to the emergency room. So now they have my co-pay for doing nothing and I have to go pay a larger fee at the emergency room. If you go to this clinic, make sure they can provide you with the services you need before paying. They wont refund you. This took place 11-2-17

I was seen by Alexis Smithers - I appreciate the attentiveness provided by all of the staff during my visit - theres a stigma with urgent care being dismissive if they arent certain of a diagnosis but she was able to get me into a same day specialist who said timeliness was crucial in diagnosis and treatment.

There is a reason this place is open an hour later than the other Sherwood urgent care, and it aint a good one.I asked the very pleasant male tech Is this your normal staffing or did a bunch of people call in sick?No this is normal, he said.The normal staff of this facility is two people. Two. And neither of them was an MD.There were a total of two customers in the waiting area. Many empty chairs, two customers and still I waited an hour to be seen. By the tech. Who asked me a bunch of questions, most of which had to do with making sure Legacy would get paid.What is the wait time with four customers in the waiting area? Two hours?Then another half hour to see the second person, a zero-eye-contact-non-MD with the bedside manner of a cadaver. Who asked me exactly the same questions as the first person. Didnt bother to even try to read what had already been written down. But youll get a sense of why it was this way later on in my review.So, after 90 total mins, Im told Strep negative. Want a gargle? Thatll be $xxx.Legacy must be making a fortune on this particular boutique, running it without MDs and forcing nurses/PAs/PCs to do Doctor work while also running their own lab tests and greeting customers and also taking credit cards and doing the billing.Anyone else reading this review know what it feels like to have a corporate boss demand way too much of you so they can save money on staff?I thought so.Please dont give a penny to Legacy-GoHealth.

Yes! Ive been three times recently due to recurrent illness, and Jaime and the providers were AMAZING every time. So fast, efficient, and professional. I checked in at 5pm for my 520pm appt, and was done by 525pm- this is why I came back two more times!

I have had to take my daughter a few times and I have gone two times. Always in and out and always treated very well. The doctors and NP are always kind. All the staff are amazing.

I absolutely love this clinic!! I’ve had to come in here over the last couple of months 4 times for recurrent UTI’s, so I feel like a frequent flyer. My experience here has been excellent. The last several times I was in and out in less than 15 mins! The only time I was in there longer is because I was having pain and the nurse and PA stayed there late to help figure out the source of my pain. Jaime was my nurse several times, and he has been really helpful and took my concerns seriously! I will definitely be coming here for all my future urgent healthcare needs.

I went to the new legacy-gohealth urgent care in Sherwood Oregon and I had such a great experience there they listen to me . cared about my prior issues and what kind of issues that would cause with my illness. Then they addressed my illness and took care of me from there now Im on the road to recovery thanks Legacy go health for putting in an urgent care and putting such Professionals in place to take care of my health care needs. And yes the next time I need urgent care I will be returning to the Legacy go Health in Sherwood Oregon.

It was a great experience, like the fact that you can reserve a slot online and it makes the whole visit a lot smoother and faster! I was in an out within like 15 min, record time for an urget care visit for me! Will likely return if needed.
