These guys were friendly, professional, and attentive! I was very impressed with how well they communicated to make sure that nothing was missed or skipped, so that I could be in and out of there without sacrificing the quality of the service. I grew up around auto shops because my dad was a mechanic and after seeing how some technicians can be, I was super impressed by this team and will definitely be returning.

Quality service done quickly. A team will change your oil while you sit in your vehicle. One is below (in the pit) to drain while two or three others are checking fluids levels and air filter. When the oil has been changed they watch the pressure guage/light and whem the pressure is up, the person in the pit does a count to 10 to check for leaks. When all is well they wrap it up and youre on your way. Well worth it.

Professional, Hardworking, Winning Upright Personalities that showed me what else was awry under the hood & I no longer sport flapping fringed rubber windshield wipers- they fixed me up & with a much needed clean white air filter & fixed my erratic false-“low fuel” messages flashing on my dash board! They were fast which is something I appreciated very much, but the guys doing the service were very rude. The guy guiding us in was upset because we “interrupted,” his smoke break. Not to mention he was cussing under his breath every time I asked him if everything was okay. Maybe it was a bad day for the guys that day and I’ll give them another shot. I just hope next time I come in they aren’t as rude like they were the first time.

I am so glad these guys took over this place! They were thorough and professional! They were friendly and fast! They did a great job. I highly recommend them to anyone and have already told family and friends about them. They went above and beyond to help me find out what my check engine light was on for. My car runs better now than it has in a year and I have had oil changes done regularly but apparently the other places weren’t as thorough.

The were very courteous and professional. I use Castor Oil and they had to go across the street to get it but didn’t mind. Then they checked my air filter and it was very dirty so they replaced that. I had been getting my my oil changed somewhere else regularly and no one had said anything about my air filter being dirty. They even made sure I reset my oil change lite.

On vacation and time to change the oil, searched what was near me. Due to their high reviews I went there. Very professional and went right to work. I was there about 10 min. I was pulled right into one of the service bays and never even had to get out of my car. I was given 5 dollars off because it was my first visit and about 10 or 15 min later I was back on the road. Prices comparable to others in the area that I called. Team of employees were all knowledgeable and most polite! They informed me of what was being done every step of the way. I used this business before it was Strickland, When the new owners took over, all my vehicle information was cleared. I get that...... but, I have had 2 oil changes on one car and 1 oil change on another. My newer car..... I found out, by accident, that they have used the wrong oil the last 2 times. My car needs full synthetic and they put in conventional oil. My motor has been louder than normal. I hope this does not cause problems. They say it wont hurt it, but my mechanic says it stresses your motor.

They didn’t check my tire pressure or anything they weren’t that friendly I usually go to the Express oil change and tire engineers and they are amazing so I will definitely be going back to them. This 10 minute place didn’t even give me the window sticker for my next oil change

This is where I always go because of the friendly service and I feel they are knowledgeable. They saw i had battery acid on my battery, the young man sprayed it off and cleaned it with a coke. I wonder why I drink coke if it cleans battery acid?. But Thanks Again for awesome service.

So much for “ 10 minute oil change “I was taken in right away and waited more than 20 minutes. The employee’s were ok but I can tell it was very short staffed. Looked like only two guys working and there were a line of cars behind me. If you’re gonna advertise a ten minute oil change, I recommend having enough employees on hand to get the job done. The invoice also showed that my light, cabin air filter, engine air filter, wipers, etc were ok.My wipers actually need replaced and nothing was checked except the oil and windshield washer fluid.

Currently getting oil change for first time since change over and after reading these ratings I’m kind of scared.. will post update when able. Well they did well took 10 bucks off total because how long it took... please hire help

I use to do the oil chances there when was Penzoil and paid 45 dlr por the same service.Then the bussines changed the name and the manager, wich now charged 75 dls more tax for the same service.I rrealy do not recommended this place, the new manager is the same as GATEWAY TIRE that guy has bad reputation that raises costs to the client all because of his ambition

The oil change was done in just a few minutes...and I didn’t even have to get out of my car! Plus, they checked and adjusted the air pressure in my tires when I mentioned that the air pressure warning light had come on.

Refused to check transmission fluid, couldn’t find oil filter, or how to remove. Language coming from the pit was extremely rude, had my wife been with me there would have been issues. Service since new owner has gone to pot, and it took around 20 minutes just to change the oil. Will either do it myself, or go somewhere else. $100 dollars for just a oil change is ridiculous. Don’t plan on ever going back!

I love the staff, but the new service is way too expensive. You get way less. No tires check, no brake check, no vacuuming, and you have to drive yourself into Bay Area, I dnt think any other fluids checked. All this was included before. 114.00 for an oil change is a bit ridiculous for a town our size. I payed around 75.00 with all the extras before. So less service with a jacked up price. I do not think people will pay this price for less. I think you’re setting the business up for failure, no matter how great the staff. We are small town, and the extras mean a lot to those of us that have patronized this business for yrs. I was really disappointed, and felt ripped off. Bigger cities, this may work, not here. Just an honest review, not meant to hurt you, but let you know ppl aren’t going back to pay 114.00$ when someone else a half mile down the road will do the basic for 35.00$. The extras and a decent price, are the things that made this place work.

Have used this business all the time before it sold,had my oil changed here around 6 weeks ago.Started seeing oil on the carport,it got so bad I took it to Newton Chevrolet to got it checked. The oil filter was left loose and we were now low on oil. Cost me 60.00 to get it done right.
