Absolutely, positively the BEST service I’ve received from any tire shop — ever. While on my family road trip to Chicago for a wedding, I had tire issues, BAD TIRE ISSUES... unfortunately, everything had closed so we stayed the night at the Best Western and early Saturday morning I was second in line at Ken Towery’s! They were the ONLY tire shop to have my tire size in stock and pulled my Sequoia in first! They had me in and out with 4 brand new tires in less than 1 hour! The coffee was hot and fresh, the service guy was super understanding, and the showroom was clean! And, to help out even more, the tires were priced extremely competitive! THANKS TO ALL WHO HELPED! You’ve earned my business!!!

Always went here for affordable prices but when you make an appointment you expect to have your car done in a timely manner. Not drop it off to let it sit for 2 hours while your staff go on lunch break then tell me its going to take another 2 hours.Go to Goodyear tires.Cmon Kenny.

Be careful using this company! I was supposed to be replacing my tires with the exact type A/T tire, but somehow ended up with H/T. I didnt realize until I was back home in Colorado. Unfortunately, I have not been able to get any support from the shop or even a call back. I had to replace about a month ago. Anyone want a free set of tires? I cant give them away.

I usually get great service here but I noticed last year a piece of metal and screws showing up in the rear tires of two different vehicles that I have taken there for oil changes. Im not saying its them doing it but It seems coincidental and I hope its not coming from this company.

What can I say. This was my first time at this location. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at an auto repair shop. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The best part of all was that I thought I needed tires and brakes. The gentleman in charged advised me that I didn’t. Most places will try to eat your pockets but they were honest. I will go back for any further repairs.

Was in a bit of a pickle at 4:45 on my way to get groceries with a screw in my tire. Place down the road refused to help. Came here and gentleman didnt hesitate even though they were 6 minutes from closing when I arrived. Thats what gives you repeat customers. Thank you so very much good sirs!

I pulled in right at closing time because my tire was making a noise. The technician, Dennis quickly discovered a screw in my tire. Having a 30 min drive home, Dennis was concerned for my safety. Dale, the manager stayed open for me while Dennis repaired my tire. I am extremely grateful for them and after a long day they didnt think twice about having to stay just a little longer. Thank you and I will definitely be back for all my auto repair needs in the future. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!

Top notch service! I was in and out with very little wait time. I would highly recommend this store location and the workers that run the store. They will try there best to go above an beyond for whatever you may or may not need.

No one here wears a mask inside this facility. They are getting inside of your car and do not have the courtesy to wear a mask. I have never had this issue with any other location.

They did very well explaining the issues they found with my car when they brought it in for an oil change and tire rotation. I appreciated how they carefully explained what NEEDED to be done and what could wait. I felt like they took great care in not lying to customers to make an extra buck like some shady shops would. Very friendly as well. Just wish the guy at the desk didnt cough in my face considering whats going around this time of the year haha.

I had my third or fourth appointment with this Ken Towery Store today and will continue to come back as long as you have Mike here to greet and take care of my car. I have followed him from place to place. He is the most honest person I’ve run across in my 59 years of driving and maintaining a vehicle. He is respectful to women.

I had a low tire indicator and pulled in to get my air pressure checked and filled, if needed. Turns out I had a slow leak and it wasnt recommend to drive my usual 50 miles return home. They immediately got me in and out within 30 minutes. All the guys there were so friendly and helpful. This is much appreciated especially when you have a toddler and infant with you. Definitely would recommend.

Knowledgeable, honest and friendly. I am from way out of town (Guam - for real) and these folks could have just brushed me off late on a Friday. Instead Mike went the extra mile and helped diagnose the issues and set me up w the appropriate repairs and tires there and then. Best place ever! I watched them help several customers out in ways that go above and beyond any customer service Ive ever seen before. They jump started my car in the rain and refused to take any money from me, I donated $40 to the VA for their kindness. Traveling on I-64 E to a family gathering, one of my tires started going flat. I pulled off at the nearest exit, Shelbyville, and found my way to Ken Towery. Even though it was a busy Saturday afternoon, the wonderful gentleman at the service desk fit me in. They found the nail in the tire, patched it, and got me back on the road in less than an hour. I was barely late for my family event, and I could not be more grateful to the fantastic staff. If I could give more than five stars, I would!

I took my car there to diagnose a strange noise in the front end. The fellas were kind enough to drive me to work and contacted me shortly after to say what the problems were. They completed the repairs and got me back on the road in far less time than they anticipated and at a reasonable price. Everyone was very friendly from the folks at the counter to the technicians in the shop.I have been to a couple of other KT locations recently and the employees were basically just rude.I am so thankful for the Shelbyville location and the employees that work there!

The folks at Ken Towery in Shelbyville are honest and trustworthy. They dont try to upsell you or add unnecessary work. Their priorities are your safety and, when possible, saving you money. Its the only place I will take our vehicles.

Always get excellent service at good price. They explain work that needs to be done and tell you what it will cost. I have only dealt with this store or their oldest store in Middletown since about 1980 and am a very satisfied customer.

I’ve been coming to Ken Towerys since 2014 and I can tell you I will NEVER go anywhere else! They have proven themselves a cut above all others in price, time, and service! You will not find a more considerate group when it comes to the guys at Ken Towerys! We are lucky and grateful we stopped in 5 years ago!!!!

I’ve been pretty loyal to this place because they have treated me well in the past, but today I’m pretty disappointed. We have been dealing with a bent tire rim on my wife’s car and I came here because they have always been helpful. They don’t sell rims so they told me about a place that I could get a used rim for a good deal. He told us they could put our tire on the new rim for free since we bought all of our tires there and then when we brought it in, he said there would be a charge but wasn’t clear on how much. Two hours after I dropped it off, he called and said that the tire was damaged and it would be about $108 to replace it with the same tire. When I got there to pick it up, they charged me $175 after all of their fees. I’m not upset about having to pay for something, but I’m upset about the miscommunication. If I go back, I would like to know how much I’m paying up front instead of being slammed with almost $70 in fees.

They were incredibly helpful when my tire busted, and their staff did not try to hard sell me on upgrading tires when I didnt need the more expensive set. They did the work that was needed, were very polite, efficient, and affordable.

Dale is an incompetent manager and should be terminated for breach of contract. He disclosed my personal information to an employee and refused to give me his district managers phone number. He also instigated an argument when I visited the store refusing to answer any questions regarding my visit.

The staff is always courteous and kind. Great service, and always very accommodating. I appreciate all their help, time, and effort they put in with my car, and I feel valued as a customer. Shelbyville location is very welcoming.

I was traveling across the country, and suddenly had a tire problem. I pulled off the Interstate and found they were still open. They took me right in and made me feel at home in the waiting area. Dale Cary went out his way to consult with me, and properly diagnos the issue(s). He and the mechanic got me all fixed and back on the road that same day! I would definitely refer any friends or relatives here.

Dropped car off at 1030 for a low tire issue. Simply needed a patch or a new tire. Said it would be 2-3 hours. I came back at 1330 and no work was done on the car. In fact, their mechanic was looking under the hood of the car. Thats not fixing a tire. I dont know why you would need to look under the hood of a car if a tire is leaking air. Instead it takes them another hour to try and find the leak in the tire and they still couldnt find it. So, I had them replace it. While driving home that night, the brakes locked up numerous times almost causing a wreck. This has never happened before and that leaves me questioning what they did to the car. I will never take any of my cars back to Ken Towery.

Will not be going back. Paid nearly $400 for two tires and an alignment, two days later one of the tires went completely flat. Brought it back to get it plugged. Eight hours later the same tire was flat again. When I brought it back they tried to tell me the tire had mysteriously been punctured again. When I said I was taking my business elsewhere it was pretty clear that management was not concerned. Will not be going back there.

Im continuing to sing the praises of Ken Towery in Shelbyville. This couldve been the Monday of all Mondays due to unexpected flat tire and the non-stop rain. But thanks to the awesome staff they squeezed me in on an already day full of appointments and had me in and out in an hour.I wish all businesses still had such great customer service!Best tire shop in town! Friendly, professional and honest are all words I’d use to describe my experience.

I was traveling through the area when my car broke down. I luckily found this place on Google. They got me in and fixed it right up. It was ready in less than one business day. They fixed the problem and didnt try to suggest other things that were wrong to try and gain an extra buck. They were professional, cheap and VERY quick.

I dont typically leave reviews but Im so frustrated with how the situation was handled this morning that I had to leave one. I had an online appointment at 8:30 for a wheel alignment and rotation and arrived early only to be told that the appointments werent checked until this morning and they were booked. Was told that they could MAYBE fit me in, but it would be hours of waiting. Why the hell do they offer online appointments and then not honor them. This is the second time Ive had this issue so Im done dealing with this company and will take all my vehicles elsewhere for any wheel and tire services. If your smart youll go elsewhere, I wont be back! This place is a joke!

The guys here were able to properly set my alignment when the dealer couldn’t or wouldn’t. I’ve been dealing with Mike the manager since he was with Goodyear and now he’s taking great care of me here!!!

I highly recommend this particular Ken Towery’s. They have always been prompt with appt times and go out of their way to make sure that you are completely satisfied with their services. Ronnie was my latest tech and he did a great job installing a set of tires for me. I appreciate his honesty with me about not being able to do a proper alignment until I replaced my ball joints. He could have easily done the alignment anyway and charged me for it but he wanted the job done right. I’ll definitely be back for that alignment as soon as I get a chance to change those ball joints.

We were from out of town. They were kind, courteous, efficient and fair in their pricing.

After going to grocery, discovered tire going flat. Lots of frozen foods and I was sure they would be ruined. Very nice young man named Matt helped us change to a spare tire in a flash. Only reason not a five star rating is this location didnt have the tire we needed.

By far the worst Ken Towery location of all. Make an appointment and they are never on time. This has happened many times. I made a 12:30 PM appointment for an oil change. Dropped the car off and went to lunch and did some shopping. Came back to pick it up at 2:00pm and was informed that they havent got to it because other things came up. I will be happy to drive an extra 20 miles to never come to this location again. Management here is a joke. I would like to amend my post. After my oil change was done I found that they put a full synthetic oil in my car. Never before has it ever used full synthetic. I was livid. After throwing a fit and demanding they dump that oil and fo it right. The service manager came in and sat down and talked to me. He said that GM is now recommending my year engine to use the full synthetic instead of the blend. He called GM to confirm while I listened in. He apologized for the issues and offered me a free oil change for the inconvenience. This gentleman stepped up and went above and beyond what he needed to do. I will now change my review from 1 star to 4 stars. His customer service was exceptional.
