When they changed the oil on my truck, they left their flashlight underneath by the drive shaft. Luckily I found it before it caused any damage.

Staff is always super friendly to me and the kids and gets work done quickly. I visit here regularly and have never had issues.

I sent my teenage daughter to get her oil changed. She had never really had that done on her own. She called me while still there to tell me how nice they were to her and how comfortable they made her. They explained everything they were doing and held the door for her to get back in her vehicle. Friendly owners. Nice clean place. I give it 3 stars, because I didnt have work done. I was visiting my husband while he was at work and met the owners and other employees. Went inside the office while I was there as well. Im sure they are great with cars, but I cannot give that info.

I took my car into the Express Lube today to get new brakes and rotors the service was great and I was impressed that they were able to take care of me in such a timely manner and the price was great. I always go there for an oil change, but I will return there for other services. Thanks.

The guys are so sweet and considerate of my crazy 3 year old son. Made sure to put cartoons on immediately. Gave him a quarter for the candy machine. Took care of my car and has my repeat service. Also cheaper than other places i called. A++++++

I wont go anywhere else! I get in and out quickly here. They also check all the fluids, vacuum the interior, and air up my tires every time. I love my $5 off coupon in the mail too :) Wonderful and friendly staff also!!

My battery was dead on my car and local store could not help me.i went to see Steve Popp he personally helped me and when the car was fixed a sales rep came and picked me up at work drove me back to complete the transaction and opened my car door and thanked me for my business.High standard of customer service and highly recommend you go see them.Thank you for a easy solution to a problem

Service was ok, the gentleman at the desk told me everything they did to the car.. and when I say told me I mean he went through the list at the speed equivalent to the man that lists side effects at the end of a commercial for drugs.. so I had to ask him to repeat himself. My biggest issue is with a rattle noise that my car started making at low rpms directly after getting my serviced there.. When I get my car serviced I prefer to leave with less problems than when I came

Had my oil change last Wednesday may 1 2019, Thursday morning I broke down and had to be towed. Come to find out Express lube in shelbyville put the wrong kind of oil in my car. Becarefull if you go there.

Avoid like the plague! Caused damage to Wifes new Mazda by not properly reattaching protective body panels on the underside of her car. Then the check engine light came on when she arrived home. Brought it back and they said it had a misfire and it wasnt anything they did to cause the light to come on and we should take it the dealer so they can fix it. After an hour drive to the dealer, the Mazda tech said dont ever let Express Lube touch the car again. They check engine light was caused by the Express Lube Tech didnt properly reattach the air filter box. We were promised a call from the owner to discuss the repair cost. Guess what? He never called!!!

I paid for a complete transmission service for my car only to find out by my mechanic it wasnt serviced at all. The transmission fluid was so old and dirty and full of sludge it was causing my sylenoids to stick and not change gears. This put my transmission in jeopardy. Im also extremely upset with the service I received when I confronted the business about what had happened. Its terrible to have such dishonest people and service from a local business. I encourage everyone to steer clear of this business or atleast be sure you receive the service you pay for. I would not give this business the 1 star its receiving in order to leave this comment.
