This was the WORST MOST UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE that I have ever had to deal with, from start to finish. They rescheduled my appointment 5 times and the first day I spent 5 hours waiting for them. If not for feeling sorry for the elderly man who finally showed to finish the job, I would have cancelled.

I called to set up an appointment for a place called Shelbyville Appliance Repair and was advised that they dont cover this area. A little confused by a company that doesnt service a town they are supposedly operating in.

Set up an appointment and they called the day of saying they no longer service my area. Im a very short drive away from them. This is after they collected my credit card information of course... Buyer beware.
