Jay responded on time to repair refrigerator. He was extremely professional and informative. Highly recommend them. Also price was very reasonable. Thank you! Will certainly use them again.

Came out and replaced a part on my dishwasher and it didnt work. Came out and replaced it again, didnt work. Was told he dont know why its not working and dont know what to do. I had a GE tech come out, he replaced the SAME part and told me that the part that was previously installed, was NEVER programed for my dishwasher. ALSO, he said that part couldnt even be programed because ITS NOT A REAL PART! Its like a model or sample part and can never be programed. I have tried to call Appliance Dr and he wont call back. I sent text to get paperwork...wont respond. Ive asked for my money back for the part....he wont respond. Now....I gotta take it further. I WILL NOT STOP until I get my money back for a part that dont even go to my dishwasher. I would think that as long as he said hes been in appliance repair,, he would know that this part has to be programed. And YES...the GE tech wrote it all on the receipt and left me the bad/fake part and the paper that shows the programming. And is going to help me get my money back. RIDICULOUS!

I have called Jay (Appliance DR) to work on my washing machine, dryer, refrigerator and stove. If the item in question can be fixed, he is the man to do it. He is honest, fair and fast! I recommend checking with the appliance doctor before replacing the item. My refrigerator was about to be tossed out and he came by and fixed the thing which saved me at least $1000.00. I have never been more pleased!
