Called on a Friday morning because my unit was not cooling. Derrick was so polite and said he had a full schedule but would try to get to me if he could. Later that morning I got a text from Tyler saying he would be at my house between 430 and 530. I really appreciated this as I was able to run a few errands and did not have to sit and wait all day. At about 5 I received another text saying he was on his way. Tyler was so polite and professional. He assessed the situation and had it working in no time. He is also the best whistler...anyone who whistles the whole time he is working tells me he likes his job and is a happy person!! I would highly recommend this company. I promise they will do you right!!

Every step of the way Reeses Mechanical gave prompt responses and accurate times of service. They also clearly gave the pros and cons of different units which allowed us to make an informed decision. Their workers were polite and professional especially Jose.

Excellent service, Came and brought heaters when our heat went out which was a big deal because they brought them late in the evening! Then fixed our unit the next day!

We had a Trane Unit installed by the Reeses Brothers and are very well pleased. The crew came in and went straight to work, installed the new Trane unit and talked to us on how the controls worked and cleaned up everything down to the last screw. Made us feel like they were doing work as part of their family. Highly recommend them to anyone.

I can not say enough about this LLC. They were very professional and did a fantastic job.The clean up was amazing I really was expecting a lot more mess. We contacted them first several weeks ago for an estimate and after doing research could not have decided to go anywhere else. They were knowledgeable about what we needed for our home and helped us fix alot of air and humidity problems. They took the time to make sure we understood everything bout the unit. Finally a few weeks later the unit died completely when we called they said it would be about 3 weeks before they could help us but they came early after we told them the old one died. They helped us with the financing process and who to contact. I can say this company went above and beyond and in this world today you dont see that.
