My AC stopped working. I called Andrew and despite my non typical schedule he was able to work with me and find a time the very next morning. After repairs were completed, Andrew explained to me what went wrong and why. He also examined additional AC/Heating components and made good suggestions/recommendations. Highly recommend! This is the third time I’ve used this company for our HVAC installation. We have flip properties and most recently we have built a tiny house. They have installed mini splits and they have been awesome! He is super innovative when problems arise and work through the rain outside for many hours installing! It’s now been about two months since Quality Comfort replaced my furnace and air conditioner at my request. Since I often research companies and products before making a big purchase, I thought I’d share my experience to help others. I chose Andrew’s company because of the professionalism shown during the inspection and quote, his knowledge answering questions regarding the various options available from a new system and the comparative pros and cons of higher efficiency systems, and his honesty.My furnace was shot and I had stopped using it in January or February, but the air conditioner was working fine. After questioning how my AC had been doing and any repairs that had been done to it, he told me that I could probably get another five years out of it, which would have saved me thousands. For other reasons, I chose to replace both at the same time, but I appreciated his professional opinion and that he wasn’t just looking to make the largest sale possible.Ultimately, I chose him and his company to do the work. Both Andrew and his helper Chase were pleasant to work with, did a professional and clean install, cleaned up after they were done, and respected my wishes while working inside my house for hours. I wouldn’t hesitate to have either one in my house again for service work. Furthermore, Andrew also researched rebates available from both my electric and gas company and the amount of the rebate based on the efficiency of the unit selected. He passed along this information when I got the quote and I would have been able to use it even if I hadn’t selected him. Once the work was complete, he went above and beyond by filling out the rebate paperwork and submitting it on my behalf.I had never met Andrew before asking him to give me a quote to replace my furnace but we have now spoken or corresponded several times. By both of us being open and honest at the beginning, I feel like I got a lot more than just a new furnace and air conditioner. Andrew and his his helper came out and cleaned and serviced my furnace. I have to say they were very professional and very courteous. They dont a wonderful job and I feel went above and beyond do to they even cleaned up the space the furnace was in. They showed me how to replace the filter for my spring time change. Called on Saturday morning before hours because they advertise 24hours and we didnt have any heat. Call went to voice mail. Left a message but never got a call back. Not even in the next week after. Very disappointed.

6/5/19. Come out checked old unit tried to fix it. But couldn’t Compressor was shot. He tried to get it running for about a hour. Didn’t even want to charge me. But I insisted. Can’t stay in business if he doesn’t charge. So I hired him to put a new Ac system. Done a excellent job. And even cleaned up after him self. I was shocked. Made sure house looked as good as it did when he got here. I’m impressed. I would highly recommend him. Nice guy to deal with. Very satisfied.

Andy had done a quote for my sister and she recommended him to me. He was the 3rd HVAC company I had come out that day and he was honest, upfront, professional all while also being personal and understanding of what I needed done. His personal approach made me comfortable with purchasing a brand new furnace and AC unit which was not what I was hoping to have to do. His prices were roughly $3,000 less than the others and I didnt feel like I was being pressured into anything. About 5 days after the install the AC wasnt coming on. I called on. Saturday morning and by midafternoon he came back out and realized there was a small wire not hooked up right probably from the manufacturer. He fixed it and it has been working fine since. Good service and he stands by what he says.
