Friendly and helpful staff. Very thorough and made sure I knew what they did and explained any questions I had.

They no longer do emmision testing. They werent exactly eager to let us know who does emmision testing.

Absolutely unprofessional. It’s mostly minors running the store. Most of the time I’ve seen it’s just 2 minors. How unprofessional and unclean. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks no mopping

The two gentlemen and lady that served me were great! Treated my car like it was their own. The man that told me which oil he recommended and related it to his own experience! Free check ups I’m between services too! Highly Recommend this place! Will definitely come again.

The air in one of my tires was low. I went to 2 different gas stations and at both places the air pump was out of order. I pulled up here to ask just in case, and they were so kind! They not only filled the air in one tire, they checked all the tires for free! Thank you!

Not a bad place to get an oil change plus during the winter if you get your oil checked they check air in tires free of charge plus other things which is nice

Got basic oil change, fast quick service and all, but way way too expensive for a oil change when walmart will do it for 20 bucks.

They never tighten my oil filter and then when I went to Michigan for the weekend I blue up my motor and I still havent seen a dime for the new motor

I honestly don’t believe these negative reviews. Every time I go here (which is for every oil change I’ve needed in the past 2-3 years) they go above and beyond. They check under my hood and occasionally notice things my mechanic doesn’t. They check my lights and even fix my tire pressure. I have and will continue to recommend them to anybody who asks. Definitely 5/5 stars.

I normally change my own oil but the old oil filter was jammed on there, they did a great job and changed everything out. Friendly and fast service, I would recommend this shop.

Terrible! Had Oil changed on Sat. They said I needed a new air filter. Ok change it. Not in stock. The tattoo lady said come back on Monday. Monday was a Holiday so I come back on Thursday and the manager said nobody told her so she calls and orders. I tell her I’ll be back on Friday. I come in today and a tattoo guy says it’s not here, we don’t get orders in here until Tuesday. I said I’m not coming back. He says you can’t change it yourself . Not the point dude.

They were able to change the oil on my alfa romeo for a great price.

Went in for a simple oil change on my truck. Got home and my transfer case was leaking everywhere. The truck has never left a spot of any fluids on my driveway in the 35,000 miles that Ive owned it. Took in back in to show the shop and the tech told me my drain plug was leaking. I had to go under the truck with him and show him that the transfer case was actually cracked. After they denied responsibility for weeks, I had to pay to get the truck fixed on my own. The shop that fixed it for me said someone clearly overtightened the transfer case plug. They also have other quick lubes in Sheboygan so watch out! I will obviously never go back and I advise you to do the same.

They were rude and um happy to see me pull up 1 hour before closing.the manager lady told what I need in a piseed off tune the shouted for me to turn my headlights on..which I didnt hear due to my window being closed then she pceeded to call me an idiot..which then I asked her to please let me out I wasnt going to pay my hard earned money on probably a half fast job..dont go there..thats why theres nobody ever there.

After getting a car wash across the street I showed up at 3:04pm on a Sunday. A guy walked out and said they closed at 3pm. After talking to the guy and asking, you cant change the oil and rotate the tires because I showed up 5 minutes to late? He replied back saying, no, the manager wont allow it. I could understand if they had been closed for 15 min but 4 min?? Maybe its because I run a family business but that is NOT how you take care of a customer. They have lost my business and highly recommend that people take their business else where because clearly the manager doesnt understand what it takes to serve a customer. Id definitely like to hear the owners thoughts and speak to them about the matter.

The people that work here are rude and unhelpfull. Ill never use this place ever again. A 5 year old has better manners then these clowns.

Took the truck in for an emissions test, they pitch a fuel filter change an I say okay. Filters changed, I get home and I smell gas, I look down and the truck is leaking gas like crazy. Take it back and they say they dont see a leak, after arguing over this they finally look again and find the leak coming from a bolt they didnt tighten completely. They tighten and CRACK the bolt and Im stuck there for over an hour waiting for the mechanic to run to Walmart to get a new bolt. Fix the bolt and says the leak is fixed. The next day I get out to my truck and all I can smell is gas, I start the truck and Im a QUARTER THANK lower than when I parked.I take it back an AGAIN they say there is no leak until I GET OUT OF MY TRUCK AND SHOW THEM, they finally trace the leak and turns out they also CRACKED MY FUEL LINE and not only did they say they want 300$ to fix it but it also wasnt their fault.Just unbelievable.

Fast. Little pricy

Fast Track is as bad as it gets. (They are the ones with the Quaker State rags flying)First, youll notice a large amount of trash and reffuse lying around the yard. Barrels, car parts, I think I saw a half of a scooter, this is all before you get to meet Sheboygans worst.The people who work here are idiots. Mouth breathing, knuckle-dragging, morons, who, can only be managed by the finest, as wellMy experience was so bad I will never return, and Ive been going there a long time. It was so bad I will not begin with the details, but condescending, rude, angry, brooding, and completely unprofessional.They are so bad, I took my car to another shop to have Carl and Fast Tracks work inspected for competency and thoroughness, immediately upon leaving.After contacting Quaker State, Ill wait for a response.Fast Track, the actual oil-changers, are ridiculously bad -and had nothing to say except, bye.

These people are incompetent and unprofessional. Took the guy 3 minutes to find where to put my dip stick back in andThey messed up my tire just from putting air in it. Now I need new tires and I will never go back to this place. Terrible.

Ive been going here for oil changes and other small inspection/repair issues for the past year or so. They have always been quick and efficient at fixing any issues that I might throw at them.

Messed up my drain plug on the last oil changeI did go back but they Charged me full price plus I had to buy a new plug.

Before they changed the name again... they were supposed to be lubing my ball joints I paid for it more than once. i had my new ball joints less than 2 years but because they failed to do what they where paid to do mine were metal on metal. had to have them replaced again after that dont go there...
