Excellent customer service! I was going to do new tires two weeks ago, but the gentleman informed me if the upcoming sale. I waited, that allowed me to upgrade my tire selection. This will be my go to for automobile needs!

I had taken a set of custom wheels to Firestone to have the old, sidewall-blown tires off that was caused by a pothole in the local Target parking lot. When I took the wheels there, they told me that the tires their site said they had in stock, were in fact out of stock. Those tires were priced around $85/tire.After informing me they would not see those particular tires until 2 weeks from now, they said the cheapest set of (2) tires for the front of my Lincoln would be $160/tire! After installation costs, the bill was $395! Again, that was for 2 tires, NOT 4.Now, the price wasn’t why I gave this place 3 stars. Frankly, I was also disappointed with how they handled my wheels and tires. When I had taken the wheels in, they had chrome valve stem caps on. When I had gotten the wheels back, they had BLACK caps on them. So, I had chrome caps on my rear wheels which didn’t go to Firestone to be replaced, and I had black caps on the tires that were replaced. Now, my issue isn’t the fact that they took $5 away from me in valve stem caps, my issue is that they were made aware what these wheels and tires were going on (a 2005 Lincoln Town Car that goes to Car Shows), and still just disregarded that fact and threw MY stuff away. I repeat, IT’S NOT THE MONEY, IT’S THE DISREGARD OF SOMEBODY ELSE’S PROPERTY.Now, I went back and complained and they DID fix the issue. They gave me 4 new chrome valve stem caps for my car. The Service Advisor, Jenny handled the situation professionally, quickly, and with grace. She is without a doubt one of the best CSR’s I’ve had the pleasure of working with.All in all, I would recommend Firestone, because even if they do present an issue, they take care of the matter immediately and try to help you the best they can. I will definitely return to have tires installed, but personally, I have 17x9 and 17x10 wheels on my car - maybe I’ll be bringing my own tires to install.

During a tire change I asked them to look for any loose plastic in one of the wheel wells while they had the car lifted due to noise I heard. Said it would be a $21 inspection. Seriously??? A huge banner out front states free tire inspections, however once their eyes move 3” to the wheel well it costs me?? This is not a good repair shop. I’m newer in town and at previous shops I frequented they acted as a partner for my car care and did small, simple favors and shared feedback when they noticed things. Yeah sure, protect your time if customers are asking you to do involved things or take stuff apart but for goodness sake.

What a jip! I had an appointment to get simple things inspected on my car. Without even looking at my list of things I need, the woman behind the desk, with a bad attitude, told me it would take an hour and a half. I took it around the corner and got much better treatment, a quote of 20 to 30 minutes and an even better price! Dont go here, theyll rip you off and be rude to you while theyre doing it!

It took them 3 hours to mount and balance my tires. The first hour that it was in the shop it did not leave the ground.

I made a appointment, they didnt take my truck in they bay for 30 mins after I got there, all said and done I was there for 1hour 45mins to fix a flat tire. Kinda ridiculous, and no wifi either

I went for new tires. I was greeted and given a short explanation of what to expect. I was told Id be informed of anything found on my car to be fixed or attended to, and nobody came out to tell me anything. I was there a little more than an hour, which is good timing. I liked the coffee, and charge station, and the chairs. Just need more communication.

Firestone in Sheboygan has fixed issues and found and fixed critical issues that other mechanics have made during routine services on my car not once but twice with 100% accuracy. The team was was excellent and explain to me the issues seamlessly and even helped find the root causes. Needless to say they have earned my trust.Keep up the great work!

We bought tires from TireRack and just had Firestone mount and balance them. We did check around some and found Firestone to be the most reasonably priced for what we were having done. Service was good enough, it took a little longer than we expected but it wasnt a big deal.

Ive been taking my truck to Sheboygan Firestone for years and Ive never had a complaint. The quality of work is very good and prices are very reasonable. In all the times that Ive brought my vehicle in Ive always received great customer service. Ive only had tire rotations, oil changes and minor repairs done so I cant speak to the service and cost on major repairs.

Bearing in water pump froze on my CRV. Belt snapped causing alternator to no longer charge the battery. Vehicle was no longer drivable. Firestone service manager took my car in at 7.00 a.m. as soon as shop opened. Firestone diagnosed the problem; provided a quote and did the repair quickly at a reasonable price. Cant beat that for service.

This shop goes out of its way to make sure you get quality work done at an affordable price. Id highly recommend.

They did a great job accommodating all of the things that were missed getting my service done at a different location. They reinspected my car, caught a few things and only asked me to cover parts. I scheduled a last minute appointment for all this work and although I had to wait, they were honest about the timeline and communicated regularly to let me know when it would be available.

Only place in town I was able to get tires before snowstorm/blizzard comes in on a Sunday. Saturday, I walked out to a car with a completely flat tire which my kids where able to get the spare on so we could get groceries before the storm. Sunday, made some phone calls and everything open was booked solid. Kids and I went for a drive and found Firestone open. Dave, at Firestone kept shop open after hours to ensure his customers had their vehicles. Thank you very much Dave and the Firestone team for your hard work and dedication.

We recently bought a used car and a week later started hearing a knocking sound coming from the rear when going over bumps. We brought it into Firestone expecting a hefty bill to fix whatever was wrong with it but ended up receiving a phone call telling us that the last person to change the rear brakes didn’t tighten the calipers all the way and that’s where the noise was coming from. They recommended changing the serpentine belt because it was in rough shape and also pointed out some other minor issues with the car but told us we didn’t need to be in a rush to replace anything else. This was my first time back to Firestone in over 5 years due to past managers trying to force so many repairs every time you walked in the door but they have a new manager now (Jeremy) who recognizes that used to be a problem and is working very hard to repair their reputation. I will be a loyal Firestone customer for as long as Jeremy is managing that store.

Sometimes around May I came in for an oil change for my 2012 Chevy equinox. It requires 5 quarts of full synthetic oil. First Id like to note that the service was terrific, very friendly people. However, after about 2 months my car began running some codes after my check engine light came on. I came to discover that my oil filter hadnt been changed, although it was stated in the receipt that it had been. I also checked my oil levels around early July and noticed my oil level was at 2.5 quarts. I did not notice any leaks, and I hadnt burned up 2.5 quarts that quickly. I believe they did not put the proper level of oil in my car.

I needed to have my snow tires put on the car. I originally called Good Year, and they priced me $130 to do it. Called Firestone next, and they placed all four snow tires for $67. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be going here in the futureUpdate: called to have them take off the snow tires and put the all-season tires on. Quoted me $80-90 this time. Said that there was a special on them when I initially went to them. Staff was still very friendly. Called around, and Wittrock will do the same job for $70.

So far my experience at this place has been bad. I had an appointment for 1 o’clock, dropped it off. Just two tires that needed to be mounted and balance, both of which are already off the car. Called in at 5:00pm to see if it was done. But the service advisor, Lee told me it wasn’t and that he will get someone to work on it right away. I was already in the area so I thought I’ll stopped by to check the progress. Not to my surprise, the tire is still there and if I hadn’t of came in to check. I probably will not even get it til the end of day, thus wasting my time.My advice, don’t promise things if you aren’t gonna go through with it. Additionally, it doesn’t take four hours to mount and balance two tires already off the car. Service needs improvement. I will be taking my car services else where from now on.

Went there to get help with flat tire. They said it would be a 2 hour wait and then wanted to charge me $50 to put my spare on for me. Needless to say I declined, I went across the street and the Quick Oil Lube Express changed my tire out for free and sent me to a better shop to get my regular tires repaired.

Blew a tire right down the road from them and was able to walk in and get a new tire on within a couple hours. It only took that long cause they were very busy. Besides that, they were very friendly and helpful.

I made an appointment to get some tires online and was called a little while after saying they didnt have an appointment opening at that time. Even though I was able to make it online with no issue. It even recommended it to me. Than they rescheduled me for today at 4p which I was ok with. This morning I get an email saying my appointment is for Monday at 1p. Which I know I didnt make because I will be at work that day until 630p. So I called they said they had no openings and that what I have to take if I wanted tires. I told them to cancel it and not only did I fine the same brand and everything for tires at Walmart but they can get me in at 4p tomorrow. Sorry not sorry. I really enjoyed the service in the past at this Firestone. But they REALLY dropped the ball and did nothing to accommodate the issue which was obviously on their side. If your looking for tires dont pay extra to get pushed around. Shop around and find the deals, and a place that will accommodate your schedule.

Went in for a tire replacement. Rather than try to sell me a new one, they fixed it for $20. Convenient online appointment scheduling. Not pushy. Planning on going back for an oil change.

I came in on a Sunday when they were swamped but the promised to fix my tire before they left for the day and did. They stayed open to accommodate me and I was very impressed with the service all around.

When another autoplace overfilled the oil in our family vehicle we called this facility for advice and they offered to, at no costcostremove, remove the oil and check the condition of the vehicle. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and I observe them offering advice to another young woman at no cost. Although if you actually do I have seen the businesses of Sheboygan that offer such generous customer service boom to be successful and well-known. We enjoyed lunch at Culvers next door well we waited for a car. We will be back for sure!

There was a small misunderstanding, but they took care of it. Ive been there on a few occasions for service work and purchased tires as well. They are a reasonable choice when comparing against the dealership across the street.

3 hrs to change 4 tires, then they argue with me that my tires will fit?? Terrible service. Terrible knowledge of the work they are solely supposedly specialized in! I will never take my business there again. Fyi my tires fit perfectly with zero issue after installing. As I said they would.

I would not recommend this shop because I had a customer of mine purchase a car from me. Before she did though she told me I want to have my mechanic look at it first I said sure lets go. After some time past they told me and my customer that the car needed new brake pads and rotors. They were not willing to show me anything I might add. On their paperwork they messured the pads and they were 10mm thick and new pads are 12mm on average. Also said all the spark plugs needed to be changed not willing to show me that either. Ill let you finish the conclusion.

The customer service sucked. After going there for them to check out my coolant they told me I have leak and it would cost me $2000.00 for repairs. What they didnt tell me is that it was all wrong. So after buying my parts for my truck someone else did the work for me and I paid alot less. So I say this do your home work and get a definite place to look and get more then one price.

Absolutely terrible..they messed up the brakes on my car..paid 900 bucks and brought it back 4 times.. on my 4th visit they said maybe you need back brakes😏😣🙄🤔..my vehicle was totalled in a hit and run by a drunk driver but i was going to report them to the BBB before that..also rude staff..asked for management and would be told managemnt was in vacation for a week almost every time..dont waste your money here..its a new business and you will be their guinea pig..they dont care that ur a single mom that gave them your whole check and thensome just for my brakes to squeal worse than they did when i initially came in!
