Sheboygan transmission is simply one of the best places Ive ever taken my vehicle to get worked on. Not only have I had them rebuild my transmission, theres no limit to the work these guys can do. I personally plan to use them on any project I have on my vehicle in the future and I refer them with very high standards. Not to mention their prices are very reasonable.

They are great honest and hardworking people. I only trust them. Yuri is amazing.

Very, very good work on my Mazda b3000 transmission. The shifts are crisp and positive. I put on about 20,000 miles since the transmission rebuild. much better quality than a big name rebuilder could do, and cheaper to. They stand behind their work. defiantly a 5 star ratting!

Great service! They are knowledgeable in the field and are honest. I had them take a look at my 03 Silverado and they fix my lack of 4wd. The transfer case was shot and they told about it. got the new case in a day and they put it in. I am pleased with their work. My truck is like new again! :)

Just had repairs done at Sheboygan transmission for the second time. they are charging 3.99% if you are using a credit card. Ive owned a business for 20 years and never passed on those charges. It is a choice that they make and it is ripping off their customers because they are too greedy to eat it themselves.

Called this place for a quote on my 04 acura tl 6 speed to have a syncro replaced and, i was told they wouldnt do it, after asking dont you rebuild transmissions ? they stated its to much going on in a manual transmission for them to deal with how can you be a trans rebuild shop if you wont work on a transmission

Complete lack of care for repairs. Lowest quality work Ive ever seen done to a vehicle​. They put in a used transmission with a stripped out drain plug. And then told me they saw it but chose not to replace it. They act as if there is no other shop in Sheboygan that is competitive with them.After the transmission was put in the truck needed a rear differential. They got a used diff put new seals and bearings in. They then put in new pads and rotors. Got into the truck and left I didnt make it to I 43 when I could start to smell the brakes getting hot. I took it right back they told me its the rear calipers. They claimed they took it for a test drive and found no issues. I stopped at 2 red lights and knew there was a problem. I asked if it could be the flexible brake line going to the calipers and they said that never happens. They put in rear calipers and replaced the pads and rotors. claimed they drove it 10 miles and checked rotor temps with a temp gun and that the problem is solved. Drove the truck home and had the smell of hot breaks. I ended up replacing the flexible lines myself and havent had an issue since.As I was picking up the vehicle for the second time I was told it needed new front bearings and they could do them the next day. I asked how he knew it was the bearings and told me he could hear them on the test drive. I lifted the front of the truck off the ground and checked for any play in the bearings. I could not get a pinch of movement out of them. But I did notice a great deal of cupping on the front tires. I rotated the tires and the noise went away.They would have replaced good parts and still not solve the noise.As an ex-machanic I hate to say it but this is the shop that makes good machanics look bad. I shake my head at this place and would personally feel humiliated if I worked here. There attitude towards costomers and there knowledge needs a huge change. They push getting unnecessary work done. And on top of it they dont diagnose the problem they just throw parts at it until they finally replace the right part
